Same here. On the chart it looked like the gap closed not long after open when it dropped into the low 90's and then shot back up over a buck. It's trading in a channel now and I think once we break that channel we'll be up around a buck again.

Good old fashioned speculation dying off if you ask me.

you can't by chance pull up a chart for the few days or week ahead of when VNDA, TTNP or any other drug got approved can you? just curious to see what their target prices were and how well they were obtained once approved.

Is it true that all FDA approvals happen through an FDA committee at one of their meetings?

If so, I can not find HEB or Ampligen on any prior committee meeting agendas.

Don't think that's what made the pps go down. Just fair valuation if you ask me. We should've gradually worked our way up to where we are now. But, because so many people jumped in after they saw VNDA and TTNP, we went on a roller coaster ride up higher than we should have.

10/2007 VNDA @ 12.55
Before approval was in the 1.0x range ... after approved went as high as the $13 range

10/2007 TTNP @ 2.00
Before approval was in the .60 range ... After approved went as high as the $2 range

10/2007 HEB @ 1.58
Pending approval trading in the $1.20-2 range ... a lot of people averaged in the 1.50's

Anybody read the Def 14a filed today?

They want to raise the number of authorized shares from 200 mil to 350 mil. 75% increase.

Will see .0002-3 soon.

I'm sure there were negotiations between the intstitutional investors and HEB and when all was said and done the institutional investors want to get in at the lowest possible price.

And why not $3 or $6? ... because we're not trading there lol.

we won't see green again today. which may be a good thing, a slow steady move up the chart is better than a gigantic run where everyone is afraid it's just a pump and dump.

Glad to be in this too! Jumped in on Friday for a day trade of +50%, jumped back in monday and waited it out...sold out before market close yesterday (glad I did!) and got back in today at .93.
