I forgot yesterday to say :
LWLG is waiting for an updated slide from Arista.
and Ted I have a few witnesses that can confirm that I am not making this up; This is a fact
They would not have been re-elected and chose to avoid that to happen.
I know what he said
The slide shows that system companies want new technologies. Polymer is a new technology.
Maybe for once you should show up on one of these events Ted ans ask your questions to the right people instead of making up stories and criticizing people wh do this dd.
in one sentence
the conclusions of Arista are clearly outdated. (2022)
I have done some due diligence and it is clear to me that KCCO ' s interpretatiion of slide 33 is the correct one .

our friends Creative engineerds at work for Niocorp
these lingots are not fluffy scooter lol
so you do not think that if LWLG when they are succesful the shareprice willl eventually follow?
I think Michel's primary job is to make LWLG succesful. In fact to make polymers ubiquitous..
I think your contributions of this week were very interesting PC.
great find and thank you for informing us.
Both are members of the NioCorp board and are actively assisting the company pursuing project financing,
I spoke with Dean Kehler in May and was positively impressed after I told him how unhappy I was about the outcome of the Spac.
X I am not sure I know Herwig
It is certainly not Herman.
The Herman that I know does not read IHUB. He was my previous portfoliomanager at the bank; Great guy but very critical.
We call him the Herminator.
So Herwig , do we know each other?
You are so correct with that last sentence.
when Exim approves financers will stumble over each to participate
I think a substantial Stellantis investment can be the start of the turnaround.
going to play golf in a few minutes
welcome on IHUB.
Niocorp is not only a mine , it is in fact a chemical plant that happens to have a mine in its backyard. So if you want to calculate valuations you need multiples for a chemical plant not a mine.
Management is thinking of several verticals that will add value to the project. Not only building AL- SC lingots but also doing something with scrap aluminium in a uk Subsidiary recently set up in cooperation with a UK university.
I understood the lingots will be produced at Elk Creek if I am not mistaken.
You are here at the right time and will not have to wait as long as I did being me in this project since 2011; The good thing of being very early was I bought very cheap.
AO you know I am one of the strong supporters of this project here is my answer on your poll
In 1974 I was driving with my wife and two kids ( at that time they were 5 and 3 years old) from Toronto to Fort Lauderdale . To avoid that they were asking me every half hour ; Are we already there? I said ; Do not ask me how long it will take ; It is a long road but we will get there and you are going to be very happy and play on the Florida beaches once we arrived.
I have the same reply here; Do not ask me when ? We the believers know it is going to happen . We are getting closer every day. Are you going to sell if Stellantis will be on 14 December instead of 14 November , or the FS will be released in January or February in stead of December; I do not think so.
He said 45 to 60
congratulations with one of your top picks ALDRADJKD123 which you promoted strongly in the past
CBD of Denver INC went up today with 16,67 percent
from 0,0006 to 0,0007
Do you still consider it a strong buy?
what lebby told you is consistent with what he told me in Belgium in May and jeunke more recently.
I have been wrong before.
As long as I am more right than wrong I am happy
still invested Advocate and I understand so is Mark.
I am not running away when there are issues and never shoot in my foot like you are doing all the time
yes.
he is one of the jokes on a local forum.
will check and repair
my point is . the more attractive you make the project the easier we will get financed.
Stellantis may already be the trigger
It is a matter of connecting the right dots Stark.
I know you are a believer. I am not trying to convert the non believers to believers so non believers please put me on ignore as I did with you.
I will try to explain why I think these verticals are key in the development of Niocorp. here is my reasoning ;
We need big financing and that appeared to be more difficult than anybody anticipated. With the feasibility results of the past we did not do the job. .
Scandium revenue makes up a large part of the NPV but that market needs to be developed . The total scandium market is 25 tons and Niocorp is going to produce 100 tons. Is Niocorp ever going to be able to sell that amount of scandium and if yes at what price?. Financers however do not like uncertainty . They want to be sure they get their money back. They want to see that this market really exists.
If Niocorp can show offtake agreements with large respected partners that show we can sell the 100 tons I am certain we will get our financing both from Exim and other equity and debt financers.
This is what Niocorp is doing right now by developing the market themselves. Mark told us that customers are not buying scandium on its own but they will buy AL-SC lingots; So we decided we are going to produce these lingots ourselves and cooperate with OEMs which will produce parts and components for Ev's.
We found out this week that Niocorp technologies a subsidiary in the UK will be cooperating with a top UK university and with OEMs to recycle automotive components which will be a mass market.
Niocorp needs to start developing that market now to be ready by the time the mine opens . And more important They have to show the financers offtake agreements .
Setting up these verticals will result not only in offtake agreements but most probably in JV's and thus additional cashflow.
I hope this helps . I could elaborate a lot more; I had my " aha erlebnis" on scandium a few years ago when I visited the lab of Arcelor Mittal in Ghent where they howed me the potential markets for scandium , so nobody on this board is going to convince me that we are not going to sell 100 tons of scandium .
So to summarize ; These verticals will be key in getting offtake agreements which will help to get us financed.
I disagree respectfully.
This Subsidiary in the UK is imo the birth of another vertical where Niocorp could be entering the market of recycling which could be massive;
And this is not included in the NPV calculations.
very proud to be part of this project .
it appears to be a subsidiary
would love to hear more about this part of the presentation

I also think they are very close
I am puzzled as well given the nice new contract with Lockheed. The copper division seems to be doing great but the EM division not until recently so I have to wait and see.
I would think he is very busy in preparing the 2 day conferences for this week on scandium and rare earths.
because it is BS
google the lawyers and you find hundreds of these claims and almost all of them are BS.
Monocle
I have seen the same BS claims on several of my startups and nothing ever happened.
I am in retirement since 1997
would love to see that website
too early for a big 4. Let ' s first build the mine.
I was a partner in one of the big 4 and would not recommend them at this moment
Mr. Mark Smith reports
IBC WINS $7.38 MILLION IN NEW ORDERS FOR BERYLLIUM-ALUMINUM AEROSPACE COMPONENTS FROM LOCKHEED MARTIN
IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. has won a new purchase order for its beryllium-aluminum alloy products from Lockheed Martin, the maker of the F-35 Lightning II aircraft and many other defence systems.
The value of the new order is approximately $7.38-million, which the company expects to fulfill in 2023 and 2024.
"This is an important order for IBC, and our team looks forward to delivering strategic alloy products to help Lockheed and the U.S. Department of Defense meet global national defence mission objectives," said Mark Smith, IBC's chief executive officer and chairman.
IBC is also currently exploring strategic options with potential partners, investors and others with regard to its Massachusetts-based engineered materials division, which produces beryllium-aluminum alloy components for defence and commercial applications, including potential joint ventures, a restructuring, a sale or other options.
