IMHO, if management were concerned with the PPS, they'd be promoting and educating the investment community on how these patents would generate revenue.
Apparently, that's not a concern with them. For example, if any offer was in fact rejected, why in the world wouldn't they mention that. A lot of companies that are interested in selling their company, do. Why wouldn't they?
Dilution maybe the cause for the price falling. But, in the conference call, they stated they wouldn't. But, we all know how that works, now don't we? IMHO
How do you manipulate the PPS?
The volume is extremely low. The issue is that "Most do not believe this will be sold for billions!!! I believe it possibly can be sold for billions.
If it were that easy to make lots of money, MOST WOULD!!!
But, for those that believe, you need to have patients.
Although I am VERY excited about the potential of what this stock can produce. Like I have stated, there is the "too good to be true factor". For example, I got a friend excited about this stock and bought in at $.08. He's down 15-25%. And he has no interest in buying more. Why? Well, he like most aren't 100% convinced. Just like most of you and your friends! If you all were, the volume would be a lot more than it is and the price wouldn't be falling. Or, you maybe like me, all my funds are tied up.
But, it maybe best that the price has stabilized. Wouldn't you rather wake up one morning and hear that a deal has been made at a certain price, with shareholders of recorded? Than, question whether you should sell if the PPS took off and keep rising?
Per my previous posts, I believe that most don't really believe this will ever come to reality. I'm at 80-20% that it will be at least a billion sale. But, should be a minimum of $ 2.7 billion.
Dilution I believe is the first reason for only be a $ .07 PPS.
It's the "too good to be true" factor.
We all have told a few friends and some may have bought but, I'd be willing to bet most haven't. Why, well, you need to ask them.
My prior posts explain the lack of education of the potential revenues that these patents will produce. And management apparently doesn't want to explain it.
I was told outstanding now at 831 million and not sure of the float.
Smcluke.....TOO scary to even think about!!
But, $ 2.7 billion ($ 3.00/PPS) should be the least they should accept. And realistically that maybe even too low.
We're talking about patent (s) that are applied to every Voip call worldwide!! Do the math. When management ever gets around to educating the investment community, we might see how the value is (yet) to be determined.
Not on a Friday....
To tell you the truth, I don't believe IMHO that even most on this site, really believe this will ever come to fruition. For me, I am in at $ .008 and added countless times up to $ .07...I am 80-20, that this will be sold for at least $ 500 million or more....and feel if VPLM, plays this out correctly in the best interest of their shareholders, $ 2 billion, possibly $ 2.7 billion minimum $ 3.00 PPS. (If they don't dilution and line their own pockets) And any dilution over 901 million will be just for that reason, if they already haven't done so? IMHO.
But, it's very peculiar to say the least, that the PPS is not constantly moving upward!!! I am sure we have all told our friends and a few might have bought in and I'd be willing to bet most of them haven't. I'm I correct? Yes, I am.
Why? Is it the "too good to be true", factor? I mean where can you invest at SEVEN CENTS and talks are that the company will be sold for twenty-thirty times this initial investment? WHERE? And why is the volume not increasing daily? Strange, Odd, peculiar, isn't it?
Just something to think about!
The doors have been shut...
IMHO when the freaking investor relations man doesn't return eight calls. You know they're going out of business...This speaks for it's self. Keep dreaming....when the spokesman for the company doesn't speak, it answers all the question it needs to.
This company is apparently not doing enough business to mention.
Well if they have, IMHO they have an obligation to present it to their shareholders. But, they apparently don't want to state much until all the patents have been finalized. For whatever reason.
But, even if they have rejected any, there will be the few that would argue that it's bs and just pumping the stock.
The best case scenario would be to wake up one morning and read that a deal has been done and the shorts, if any, have to cover and it sends the PPS through the roof!!! Over and above the agreed upon sale price.
JC RI............$ 3.00. I thought it was interesting that Malik (in the conference call) mentioned the Cisco paid $ 2.7 BILLION for SourceFire, WHEN THEY ONLY HAD $ 4.9 Million Net Revenues on $ 223 Million Revenue!!
This to me is either the starting or ending sale price, IMHO.
I believe the interesting thing if this stock is in fact being shorted, that it just might catch whomever is shorting this stock, in a BIG SHORT SQUEEZE! We can only hope!..
The current price PPS, even thou it's odd, strange to say the least is not moving, isn't an issue, if the company is taking offers to sell the company.
What is the current up to date short position?
If we do in fact wake up one morning with an acceptance of a share price, for example of $ 2.00 a share, and they have to cover, it may very well send the stock over and above this price.
It could get very scary for them.
It's all up to management how they play this out.
Do you actually believe this company is still in business? Come now. After countless calls to investment relations, and no response, what else would you think? IMHO
Today's news...
was very educational on text messaging, etc. Something I wasn't aware of, were any of you? Now, hearing more about the remaining patents, RBR, Mobile Gateway, 911 and how they work would be extremely helpful. I am sure when the time is right, they will do the same.
NOW, the next step is how are they implemented to GENERATE FREAKING REVENUE???? Is it half a penny per subscriber? Or a penny or two? How many calls, texts, etc., are made per month.
This is what the investment community is looking for. Or at least the few I have spoken to? What does it all mean in terms of determining a sale price.
If you haven't listened to the conference call, you need to do so.
They stated that they are very much aware the Cisco paid SourceFire $ 2.7 Billion dollars, when they only had $ 4.9 million net revenue on $ 223 million revenue!! This IMHO is the starting point.
Regarding the PPS not moving as you would expect....
it's strange if not odd, to say the least but, IMHO dilution is probably the first reason and the fact the market doesn't know about Voip-Pal.com maybe another reason, although a weak one.
There are hundreds and hundreds of shareholders that know others (I for one got at least three into this stock) and I am sure some of you have as well.
They went from 306 million outstanding shares (11/12) to what now, 831 million. That's about triple so, therefore time $ .07 and you have a pps that would equal around $ .21-23.
But, like I stated in one of my previous posts, the PPS shouldn't be a concern, when they're in the process of selling the company.
Once all the patents have been finalized, the next step IMHO is educating the investment community HOW these patents will be used to generate revenue to substantiate a true value for a acquisition price.
JC RI....It may just be best for us to wake up one morning and read that a deal has been struck. Because if the pps starts to move up and up to the point of the temptation of either selling or holding, we all might go nuts.
I just hope that we're not put in a situation of selling way too early before any deal is done.
JC RI, from yours lips to God's ears.
Yes NoMoreRoolBacks, I agree, and next time it would be much better
if Malik, isn't on his speaker phone. Audio was awful to say the least. IMHO I didn't understand half the words he was saying.
Yeah, the $ 25 Billion wasn't a serious evaluation,..IMHO, I believe he was trying to say that they just don't know exactly. He then went on to mention the recent acquisition between Cisco & SourceFire, who ONLY had $ 4.9 million in net revenue last year on $223 million revenue. So, they are very much aware of what the market bares. Low interest rate and a ridiculously high stock market. Which equals available cash to spend.
IMHO, this is the new starting point. $ 3.00 per share or more. I believe it was Dr. Tucker who then said, that they would like to get a bidding war started...But, as I recently mentioned, this is five-six months away. IMHO.
I would be presently surprised!! Only four months to go....IMHO, early next year.
Maybe you should post it on Microsofts board?
Issuing all these shares to the athletes for promotion, IMHO was a waste of money. Those shares couldn't have been issued to promote the product. No one I buying based on the Big Pappi using Fuse.
IMHO
Unless, this patented technology can be sold to another pharmaceutical company, I don't see the OTC product saving this company. The big mystery, is why Tiger Woods involved in Fuse? There has got t be something on the return for him. Hanging on for a big acquisition??? If not, what then?
What's this Shark Tank guy been doing?
Share structure is getting out of hand.
I don't believe any acquisition will occur anytime before the
end of this year. Possibly first quarter '14. IMHO. Therefore, I don't understand the urgency for the final approvals. In due time. But, unless talks are happening as we speak, the time frame for any sale within four months, seems too optimistic. Not at the price range we praying for.
IMHO the big statement (s) will be made when
management shows how all these patents GENERATE REVENUE!
That'll be the biggest statement, which could possibly send the PPS through the roof. IMHO
One of the interesting points that was brought out in
the conference call by Milak (the inventor) was they are
very much aware of Cisco paying SourceFire $ 2.7 Billion for a company producing ONLY 5 million dollars in net revenue!
IMHO,this is a starting point, if not an ending point
FYI....Conference call...
was very encouraging. Dr. Sawyer, Dr. Colin Tucker and the Inventor, Malik were extremely professional. This was a last minute development. Nothing new was stated. Rich Inza, in Investment Relations did a tremendous job.
What I got out of it was credibility from the two board of Directors and the Inventor. Hearing voices behind the names and bios lent tremendous encouragement that this company is real, AND not just another penny stock.
They don't know exactly what the company is worth. Or IMHO, won't disclose it at this time. Just depends on what someone is willing to pay for these patents. They want it to become a bidding war and will not sell it below a fair value. As they seems to be aware of the recent acquisitions with Cisco and SourceFire, not to mention Tumblr. I was extremely happy to hear this.
To answer one of my (questions) statements about educating the investment community about how these patent (s) will be used to generate revenue (value), they clearly pointed out that in due time this will occur. They need to patiently wait for the final approvals (Mobil Gateway)of the patents and when everything is in place.
Why investors aren't loading up on this stock, is beyond me. IMHO
$ 1.00 TO $ 5.00 IMHO
I like to dream too but, I doubt it very much. We wouldn't be trading at sub-$.08 now would we.
It's the same questions my friend have been asking me for months.
How do you determine the value and how will these patents be implemented.
It's getting old. Enough is enough. IMHO
Well, as I have repeatedly stated in prior posts. ONCE management finally gets around to educating the investment community how these patents will be (or can be) implemented to generate revenue, the PPS will not budge. IMHO
This is a perfect example.
Today is the end of the week. If not, today then next week, I hope. Friday is never a good day for a press release. IMHO
More like one giant leap!!
This will be sudden without notice, IMHO.
My prediction, is that we'll wake up one day in the next 2-3 months and an offer will be announced between $ 2.00-2.50 a share. With the previous morning's pps at $ .08
Up to date outstanding shares....
does anyone know. Last count was 265 million.
My gut feeling tells me they're out of business. I'd be willing to bet on it. Scam city. IMHO.
No return calls equals no business.
If this stock is in fact being shorted....we might very well see a tremendous short squeeze. Over and above any acquisition PPS.
But, I can't imagine that it is.
Don't be silly, you need a new broker. Try E-trade or Schwab.
A 30-40 bagger is more like it. Very realistic. IMHO
Has anyone tried calling their phone and asking for inquiry on using their service.
Yeah, I know but, google what the shareholders of SourceFire are doing over the sales to Cisco, last week.
When is lining your pockets enough?
I have the feeling the final acquisition PPS will be SHOCKING, in a positive way!!
IMHO
Remember, Microsoft paid $ 8.4 Billion for SKYPE. Tumblr, was acquired for $ 1.2 billon on just $ 13 million in revenue and CISCO, just bought SourceFire for $ 2.7 billion on $ 4.9 million net profits.
What in the world could Voip-Pal.com fetch?
Just crazy, crazy! IMHO
