Per my previous posts, I believe that most don't really believe this will ever come to reality. I'm at 80-20% that it will be at least a billion sale. But, should be a minimum of $ 2.7 billion.

Dilution I believe is the first reason for only be a $ .07 PPS.

It's the "too good to be true" factor.

We all have told a few friends and some may have bought but, I'd be willing to bet most haven't. Why, well, you need to ask them.

My prior posts explain the lack of education of the potential revenues that these patents will produce. And management apparently doesn't want to explain it.
