"The company will soon be announcing full production and strategic alliances/ large distribution contracts"
I LOVE IT!
When a plan comes together.
I 100% agree
It sure is rifle! and includes, but not limited to:
-Investment Fact Sheet distributed to over 60,000 investors weekly
-Television Interviews to air monthly on Bloomberg Asia and Bloomberg Europe
-Television interviews airing on NewsMax to over 35 million households
-Social Media Network to disseminate Press Releases and Updates
-Global Online CEO Conference
I get what you are saying and I am not arguing with you at all, I just don't understand. They can't put something on hold if It hasn't even been scheduled to begin. Putting something on hold implies a delay in action. There was no delay here. It was scheduled to start in march and it will. It seems the only people playing games trying to get cheapies are traders and flippers, and rightfully so, that hype spike was destined to pull back big time.
I honestly think you are trying to blame this on something that is simply not there. But, I respect your opinion.
Interesting. I don't doubt your experience. Only thing I strongly disagree with is the assumption that Phase 1 has begun. The PR states "Mind Solutions, Inc. (OTC - VOIS), announces the commencement of the Company's media awareness program to begin next month in March".
There has been no indication that Phase 1 has begun(we still have 1/3 of march left). So with that said, why would any of the items included in Phase 1 be expected to have started?
That spike we are now coming down from was a premature hype spike. Hype for Phase 1, which has yet to begin as far as I'm concerned. This has happened over and over again with VOIS investors. MSI gives approximate dates and investors throw a tantrum when 2/3 of the way to the date mentioned has passed.
F-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c!
I thank you for sharing though.
The first part of what Casey said is no doubt exciting! but I would like everyone here to analyze this statement made by Casey,
"Please understand...We are not putting out news just for the sake of it."
Ask yourself, If you owned a company with great intentions and a very bright future, would you follow this path? Or would you release every bit of business nonsense just to try and pump the crowd?
VOIS is very real and everything is going exactly according to plan from what I can gather.
I can confirm what Peter is saying to be true as well.
VOIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't play the whole predicted PPS game. But if anyone here thinks this is staying at these levels after these PR's start rolling in(especially Joe's contributions), then they're either crazy or in denial.
At that point all we will "worry" about is the RSI getting to insane levels. Enjoy the ride folks.
Anyone wondering what a T-trade is in OTC world see the link. Beau is incorrect in assuming the worst.

My boy Tryo speaks the truth.......
"This is an UNTAPPED industry that is going to EXPLODE in the coming years. Even if it isn't VOIS, I doubt that we won't see BCI devices becoming common place in houses across America. Analysts and Researchers believe it will be an 18 billion dollar industry by 2017-18. I do not have the source on me but I am sure I can find that statistic as it has been thrown around here many times before.
Think about that: 18 billion dollars in about 2 to 3 years. (A 1 billion dollar slice of that owned by VOIS would be just under a 1 dollar per share amount...although lofty, isn't impossible. In my honest opinion, I believe a pps of at least 10 cents AKA 100 million dollar company is definitely possible in the coming year. Half a million units sold at 200 dollars each would total that amount. I'm not keen on whether pps is profit, networth, or whatever it may be, but 500 thousand units doesn't sound impossible in the coming few years. My final thoughts:1 billion dollars long long term with the right support and market explosion, and ten cents short long term if VOIS gains stability and traction as well as a following leading into the explosion of the market in the coming years.)
This market is WIDE OPEN. There is no clear bread winner and because the market is so small, yet so much research suggests it will explode in the coming years, someone has to take the reins. Top tech companies are researching to no end to create a BCI device of their own that's cheap, reliable, and portable. In our case, VOIS looks like the front runner and you have the opportunity to hop on something high risk high reward. You are lucky to have stumbled upon this now, just as I am.
So why hasn't a company picked up VOIS yet if it's such a clear winner?
To be honest, that's not as cut and dry as I'd like to think. Right now, VOIS is still paying off the financing it required to keep its head above water. Financially speaking, it's struggling to stay afloat in terms of revenue. They haven't really had much to sell in previous years. It has been stated that VOIS has been in talks with other companies, but still nothing. Why?
I'll tell you why and this makes complete sense: no one buys anything until it works. Not only that, but how would any company warrant purchasing a company that's essentially been in debt/barely afloat for MILLIONS of dollars? Google, Apple, and Microsoft don't just buy up companies because they can. That's a dumb business model. They buy when there are results, the future growth of said company is almost guaranteed, and owning them is worth more than what they were purchased for after acquisition.
For all we know, VOIS and the people who run it for SO MANY YEARS are not content with a small multi-million dollar, low ball buyout. They know the potential, they know their worth, and they won't let their work go unnoticed without a significant return on their efforts. This is why I believe they have not been bought out. At present, all they have is a patent (which is worth a lot by the way...) but no product, and probably won't be bought out unless the price is right, but no reputable company will buy a company specializing in a non-existent market on speculation alone. Period. If companies had it their way, they'd want to own the patent, not the company that owns the patent. That would make it cheaper and easier for them. Fortunately for you and me, we are standing on the VOIS launch pad that has their BCI Ear Piece patent locked up inside of it. The two are inseparable. We all have the amazing option of getting in the rocket before take off or wishing we had as it blasts off. That or we at least say we tried as it falls slowly back to Earth. Nothing is certain here, but from the looks of it, the potential and Risk VS Reward here is incredible.
Who is leading the field in this market? Look at Emotiv: they look poised to take a large chunk of that market, as well as the top name technology companies (Samsung, Apple, Google, etc.). HOWEVER, no one has a foot in the door among the top tech companies for a general consumer level BCI product. It's all in its infancy. They might be working on it, but no one has released a consumer level product like VOIS is about to.
At present, other BCI devices are clunky, large, strange looking (no offense, but even though I would definitely use them in my own home, you won't see me using them openly in public). If you've lived anywhere where there are social norms, you'll know that a kickass idea can fail if trends and fashion kill it way before it has a chance to breathe. We all went through school and understand how fads rise and fall. This is not a fad. This is the future in BCI devices.
Its buying points are its small size (the smallest), its appearance (looks like a standard Bluetooth earpiece), its functionality (Bluetooth and battery operated AKA lightweight), and its price(Less than 200 dollars, something basically unheard of in the current BCI market that is reliable and high quality. This price comes from years of research and development that allowed them to minimize costs of production while still creating a highly affordable product.)
I'd be happy to look into or answer any questions about this technology. I'm no expert and have never used such a device, but I do understand electronics and computers as I went to school for it. In all honesty, the only thing to be unsure of here is what the SYNAPSE is going to be capable of and what its specs are. If they are even half decent on product launch, all investors will be very pleased soon.
The more long term investors we have now will reduce the total outstanding shares and all previous long term investors shares' worth. That's why we all care to get you on board as well."
2 words. Take Advantage
You can bet your bottom dollar Doug Frank's current VOIS presence as we know it is just the tip of the iceberg.
Dr. Chiu comments, "Is music food for the soul? Famous playwright Shakespeare once said, 'If music be the food of love; play on.' Scientists have long discovered that music has significant effects on the brain. In 1993, Rauscher, Shaw, and Ky investigated the effect of listening to music by Mozart on spatial reasoning, and the results were published in Nature. The development of applications in medicine and technology towards learning, parenting, sports as well as therapy for vast chronic disorders (i.e. insomnia, Alzheimer Disease, anger management) are substantial and needed public health alternatives. In studying EEG, brain, and music, we have found remarkable correlations that can repeatedly generate experiences such as nostalgia, happiness and sadness. But research and clinical evidence aside, Doug has lived a successful career in the music and entertainment industry. His insights are an invaluable asset to the Brain Trust including producing expansive applications and even self-help consumer products."
Brent Fouch, President of Mind Technologies Inc., stated, "We've come very far in our understanding of brain computer interface technologies thanks to the leadership of Dr. Gordon Chiu and the quality of the members in the Brain Trust. Today's addition of a legendary talent like Doug Frank is indicative that Mind Technologies Inc's potential value and assets are increasingly attractive within top industries."
Good point, my mission for tonight shall be to email Sir Richard Branson. You know, the guy who currently runs over 400 company's.
I'll tell him he's doing it all wrong. Should have Stuck to only one company.....
All you guys keep posting what VOIS shouldn't be doing, yet when I research it, VOIS and it's board members are following the strategy's of real company's and businessman with proven success.
Comfort and mobility were obviously on the white board when designing the Inner Ear EEG known today as the Synapse. GloomyBloomy's post #44091 let everyone here on a little secret. I feel this needs to be repetitively posted for non tech geeks to understand.
"And from a physics perspective, it has advantages of being inside the head as opposed to being outside it.
You notice how your cell phone doesn't get a proper signal from time to time? Well that's due to you being in a shielded area. Once you get away from the shielding, your phone signal goes back up to a full 5-bars.
Shielding is bad for cell phones, but on the other hand, great for a device of this nature.
That is because the electromagnetic waves generated in the brain are minuscule, and have to compete with all the other surrounding electromagnetic waves.
Sensors outside the head get the full brunt of the electromagnetic noise in the airwaves, but once the piece goes into the head, it is very well shielded. The thick skull and brain matter, and especially the liquid blood are excellent shielding materials.
What all of this means is that the earpiece picks up more brain signal and far less noise from the outside." - GloomyBloomy
I have first hand experience with signal/noise distortion in my field of work. The difference between a clear input signal and a distorted one is almost like trying to use "Siri" on your Iphone while blasting your favorite song, It just doesn't work, she has no idea what the hell you want. Voice Recognition is nothing more than electrical signals being interpreted via a software program. Sound familiar?
BRAVO!
As far as I'm concerned the MM's can keep shaking the weak leaves(emotional traders) from the tree. More sunlight for us who know what we own.
Thanks for the 28's today!
Not really...It could be a number of things. You obviously only see the negative.
To whomever sold me those sweet sweet 28's a little while ago......Thank you, seriously! You just paid off my trip to Colorado!
Awesome! Out of curiosity, was it geared more towards an investment standpoint or more explaining the technology?
Not going to lie, I was looking at your post history's. I think this post was excellent. I missed it because I was well asleep @ 3:30am haha. Very well said and straight forward. A lot of people truly still don't get what you're putting down.
I 100% agree with the exception of the last 6 words. You would be amazed at what a group of driven investors can accomplish. Join us
I didn't imply you were. The fact is, VOIS is using the same business strategy as some of the most successful tech company's known to man. I'm all for following the lead on this one.
If you have any better suggestions please let me know, I would be more than happy to forward them to management.
This is an extremely silly argument. I encourage you to look into what the actual overall build cost of a $4500 Ultra HD TV is.
When you find out, Email Sony,LG and Samsung and tell them they're doing it all wrong.
Excellent points made in this post!
Yes, Sell me your shares please.
While you're at it please forward all of the SEC violation concerns repetitively posted by others here every single day. It's about time we got some definitive answers for you guys!
Please keep us posted on your findings.
Most here would consider that just the beginning.
Joe Abrams. VOIS is a textbook example of what he LOVES!
I also second this. Every single person I know that "invests" fits this profile. I'm currently trying to change this statistic.
"$VOIS is the ONLY PUBLICLY TRADED Company with a BRAIN COMPUTER INTERFACE (BCI)"
I have read and preached this too many times to count. Yet it still brings a grin to my face when I'm reminded! These PPS values will be EXTINCT so very soon!
Next...Leg...Up
I also find your comment about the single sensor accuracy when factoring in "background noise" interesting. In the video @ 4:23 Brent mentions picking up concentration levels during a golf game. This leads me to believe they have been able to segregate the actual requested brain waves vs "background noise". However, I don't know what the brain looks like during intense concentration. I would imagine the lack of "background noise" would prove your brain is more focused on the task at hand.
You should post more often. It's refreshing to read posts with some tech spec's as apposed to what Kerry Driscoll ate for breakfast 4 years ago.
VOIS. RSI has reset. Time for next leg up!
VOIS. RSI has reset. Time for next leg up!
Why do you feel this way? A quick glance at the chart tells me we go green, RSI has reset. The company and confidence is just as strong today as it was during last weeks run.
If your opinion or accusation is that the company is lying or producing fraudulent PR's then the best place to express this is to the SEC or send your concerns to Joe Abrams Team of High Priced Attorney. Otherwise you're wasting not only all our time but yours as well.
Please post any response you get back from them.
If I could, I'd buy 30 units and lease them out to my local country clubs/driving ranges. I find it VVVERRY intriguing how Brent mentions the concentration levels logic for golf in the video.
Anyone who golfs knows concentration is a round breaker or round maker. Do you know exactly what relaxes your mind and prepares it for optimal concentration every stroke?
Can you replicate this technique 100% of the time?
Stick that on a poster board at your local driving range and watch what happens!
Very true. I also see your concern with the functioning of the Synapse. One thing that keeps me at ease is the man, the myth, the legend, Mr. Joe Abrams. Anyone who thinks Joe has not played with the Prototype Synapse is in denial. He's a tech geek, that's what (we) do, that's what we wake up for. It's like trying to keep a 5lb ball of crack away from a crack head. For him to still be here and bring his connections to table, to me answers your question very clearly. Actions speak louder than words.
Going to be one hell of a ride my friend.
Claiming this will "be back in the trip zeros" is not a fact. It was an opinion. It was an opinion that is 300% incorrect as of right now....
