I will stay here and I will post my thoughts and concerns on this stock, and I will buy back in when I feel better than I currently do about the investment! My Current feelings warranted my earlier sell and my opinion is that I will have many more share for the same amount of money soon!
I agree with G in that greg is the best/worst thing to happen to LGTT!
good luck
Ha, I don't think anyone here would mind. However I've seen it blow several cents past that when there was momentum enough to get it to those levels. With the mention of "Now that Delta Mining has a Letter of Intent signed and is in the process of moving forward with its due diligence of the Delcer Buttes property" in today's release, I expect another release soon of a struck deal! And with the mention in the prior pr of "The area is rich with mining activity as witnessed by the numerous precious metal finds in the surrounding areas including a mine just west of the Delcer Buttes which produces close to 3 million ounces of gold per year.".. We could be looking at a Much higher share price than .10! In My Opinion..
good luck
It's nice to see the effort at transparency. At least they did not go to the dreaded caveat emptor this time. Yes, I do believe Delta may be getting a good act together, and man does this one shoot up quick when warranted! :)
GO DMXC
I do not agree with his approach in regards to the 'told you so' and 'calls to be fired'
as i had said before...

Time
... i wish greg was too
Agreed. I am out too. Only I got out two days ago at .0013
The mention of R/S on Friday made up my mind! I figure now if/when I do buy back in I will have forfeited any dividends. But the way I see things now are that any dividends are not a worthwhile reason to hang on. I can make more $$ buying in lower!
Another one or two pr's like today, and maybe I will be able to get some .0001's
good luck

Appreciate the welcome skeballlarry! I inquired of a board to sell items on using the iHub Q&A board and was directed to this one. The admins have moved your board to the free zone as well, so maybe it'll see some more traffic! :)
thanks
I've done many on ebay myself. Yes it is a free transfer on godaddy. I just wanted to put the 'feeler' out there :)
Thanks!
One would think so. The daily dilution (form t trades) is ridiculous. I have no hope of this gaining in price anymore until LIGATT is done diluting the full amount of the A/S and then doing a R/S to reel the A/S back in and the price back up. It is only then I see this going up, hopefully with the $$ gained on the present dilution spent wisely, and no increase of A/S at that point with another dilution spread! I would not feel this way except for the mention of the R/S by Evans in the conference call last week as some have reported. Seems to me there is still time to finish dilution and do a R/S and recover from disgruntled sentiment before November! All my opinion of course!
Good luck!
form t = afterhours trade
R/S = Reverse Split
A/S = Authorized Shares
Wow, excellent! Thanks for the reply. I'll post, and you move it to the traffic ;) please! :)
thanks again
Question: Is there any board on the site that accepts posts for items for sale? I got a couple of good domain names and this is prime hunting for buyers! ;)
Can't hurt to ask.
Thanks,
Vance
I believe I said it moves quickly on light volume. Either direction, depends on sales or buys. I did not compare today's volume to the past year. I have been in and watching for well over a year, so I am certainly aware of the habits of this one.
It moves easily. Buying pressure will move it up. And there is cause to speculate a good return from recent news.
I for one would certainly take it! And it is interesting that for a few weeks now it would 'appear' there has been some accumulating going on.. only time will tell
Yes this one moves quickly with light volume. Per Delta the float is still only about 40 million and I am sure a good portion of that sits in the hands of longs that have not taken the loss yet! With the recent news, there is certainly still hope!
Good luck
I had to duck out early and did also have several interruptions myself. The first 30+ minutes was just Greg talking the usual. He did most certainly confirm dilution, but I did not get whether that is concluded or not as I was interuppted. I really have nothing much to add other than I am pleased he has decided to go with this type of conference and he mentioned he would have more of them. I do hope he is able to enable the CHAT feature as I have used that before and it works great! I have no MIC to return questions with. And I had to leave before the response came to ask ?'s with the email. Sorry folks, have to go now too!
Have a great weekend all!
GO LGTT
seems no one can Chat! Open Chat! voice is Obviously not working! ok there is Voice for someone, but open CHAT
i am not locked out, but i am not impressed so far. may be turning better soon though, i hope!
I assume there is no teleconference number?
LOL @ G.. That was hilarious!
No confirmation received yet.
GO LGTT
So at this point it is possible that for every one share of LGTT you will get 7 shares of CYDM, based on the 2:1 and 5:1 related previous press releases.
ah! shew.. ok.. i took your post as you have to have at least one million share of lgtt to be in on the 2 for 1. some of us don't have quite that many shares! :) thx
where did you come across that information?
I would assume that will be postponed until the November shareholders meeting. I'm sure this news will somehow benefit LGTT shareholders, I'm just not sure how just yet
perhaps you could just take a quick look at my palms?
:)
ah, i appreciate that info! (eom)
Why is it....
that Thomas Hobson still shows up as the Chairman of the Board on the Ligatt investors page?

I believe the information in regards to IT professionals not directly reporting all incidents. However, it is my opinion this press release went about that exposure in a very poor way.
Well we know of one business owner on here who is ashamed to recommend the stock now. I know if I was a business owner in the market for cyber security and ran across this press release, I would keep looking. Poorly written, distorted conclusions, and overall bad taste. Lord Is Good All The Time, I wish Greg Evans was!
I am still long, and also hope we overcome this release!
GO LGTT
Actually, the bid was much lower. Both of the amounts you mentioned were buys: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=trades&symbol=DMXC
And there is activity due to the "cookie" released by Delta last week!
Good Luck
I believe there should be a patsy to take the fall for an unauthorized release! (no offense intended to anyone named patsy)
Ashamed is indeed the word here. You have Got to keep the thinking cap on!
Ok, this is Whack;
Dude, I give the OK to dilute enough shares to hire a proofer!
***************************
ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - 08/25/09) - LIGATT Security International (Pinksheets:LGTT - News) CEO, Gregory Evans, has been saying for years that IT managers need to be fired because they are not computer security experts. Evans wants Presidents, CEOs, Mayors and other figures of authority to know that they cannot trust Information Technology (IT) Managers, Chief Technology Officers (CTO) or Chief Information Officers (CIO) to protect their client, business and personal information from being hacked. Research shows that IT personnel only report 17% of company hacking incidents to avoid revealing vulnerabilities and mistakes.
"IT, CTO and CIO mangers' jobs are to network computers and keep the company's network up and running. The most these managers do is set up a firewall and put the network up on the other side, thinking they have properly protected the company's vital information, only to find out that the later isn't true. When you take cyber crimes like the T.J. Maxx, Ross and Marshalls breach, with costs of over $300 million, it shows even the largest, most profitable companies, with the most educated IT, CTO and CIO personnel are still at risk of being attacked," says Evans.
When reviewing the ten costliest cyber crimes of all time, Yahoo!, eBay and Amazon all lost $1.2 billion in February of 2000 due to a Denial of Service, which shut these sites down for several hours. Flooding servers with paralyzing amounts of network data, hackers' programs brought Yahoo!, eBay and Amazon to a crawl and eventually crashed their systems. With research findings, such as the above statistic, being so startling, Presidents, CEOs and any other authority figures need to take a look at those they hire protect their company's most vital information.
"Most corporations are paying IT managers high six figure salaries to make sure situations like this don't happen. Big corporations have budgets of millions of dollars and have up to hundreds, or even thousands, of people working in their IT department, but yet people who haven't even finished high school, are able to hack in to these networks and steal information at the click of the button. Firms like Deliotte and Touche and Price Waterhouse Coopers have departments that deal specifically with IT security and have employees working for them who may be certified because they took a written test, but these people are not computer hackers, they are simply text book educated. In order for a company to protect themselves, they need to hire a true computer hacker; someone who literally knows everything about the vulnerabilities a network may have. This means companies are going to have to hire people who are either ex-computer hackers and have a firm with a clientele list or they are going to have to hire people who have worked for federal government agencies such as the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) who did nothing but computer hacking. If not, this is going to continue to happen time after time."
Evans states that anyone can walk into a bookstore, get a book on how to become a security expert, how to obtain a CISSP or CEH certification. Having at least two years experience of networking computers, virtually anyone can become certified, but that doesn't make them a computer security expert.
"The biggest problem occurs when IT managers have a security audit done. The manager may find out they have several holes in their network, but the problem comes in is when they don't report this to their boss. This is because their job is to make ensure there aren't any network loopholes and when somebody conducts an audit and finds out there are vulnerabilities, the IT Manager is not comfortable giving the results to their President or CEO in fear of losing their job," says Evans.
For a more detailed description and to see Evans' explanation of his opinions, view the video blog on www.ligatt.com.

that's a bit ridiculous considering no one can predict the highs and lows of the share price. boy howdy if I could have known that, oh yeah!
I am not upset at today's results. For one, the Form T has been ongoing since before this PR. Two, my investment is based on my due diligence. Three, daily swings are not going to sway long term investors such as myself. And four, It did not close in the red!
Go LGTT
when cydm closed, there was a video blog mention of another deal being closed as well, one that could not be talked about at that time. i wonder if that was the whole handoff of spoofem to that new lady, or if something else? just thought i'd throw this out there to instigate any relevant discussion!
GO LGTT
After back to back reverse splits...how did the PPS get back down so low again, and the share structure get so outrageously high? I'll answer, DILUTION! all jmho
I do not believe you when you say jmho, because that information is a fact! I was a bag holder as well during the previous R/S.
I feel for you people dwindling on this board hoping for a better exit point. My advice is take what you can get Monday and do not look back. Daily posts sure are down in count today in comparison to the past few days/weeks. No fluff PR is going to budge this dilution machine enough for you to make a killing. That last statement is certainly IMHO
g'luck
Here is a link to a post that I consider to be of value in the DD department for LGTT!
