here come 3s ...aaaaand NITE (aka stupid seller) blocks it
Last PR was out at ~11:20 or so. We'll see. If not today then next week!
Looking up from here. Freddie refused to go lower so fannie went up instead..
they might try to dip again. they are possibly just trying to trick people into thinking the dip is over for volume to go up.
Just look at the volume when it hit 1.25 yesterday, went up a bit then dropped to 1.20 ... they made the L2 so thin it was literally 1 MM on ASK per 5 cents back to 1.60
Nothing other than a correct hypothesis. Smart traders are selling high and buying low when possible.
Guess what - I was right!
Objective accomplished.
Big drop in T-minus 5 min.
Word. We are here because we concur with your evaluation.
EDXC has carved out a role in the MJNA sector that no other company has even considered.. we're just waiting for everyone else to catch on.
Thanks for sharing the chart info, sgodar.
I'm trying to be quiet but I couldn't help myself: I literally laughed quite loudly when I read that.
Who sells at the bottom of a pending large run-up? If you sell, give your proceeds to charity and not to the stock market.
they wont let you out in this damn stock even at the bid
I presume the chart is what brought you here sgodar?
Those are some rare candles.
Got 4 bidders playing leap-frog. haha
They're desperate to get shares but everyone wants them at yester-year's prices. This should be much higher, bidders should be happy to get it AT the ASK price.
I almost feel bad for the sellers. But not as sorry as they will feel soon enough.
I have absolutely no worries with EDXC:
With all of the recent politics regarding marijuana - from legalization in many states ranging from full to limited decriminalization, and massive pushes in the lime-light on the federal level - EDXC is perfectly setup to provide a valuable service to both sides of the alley.
They have perfectly positioned themselves. Between their tech-savvy abilities, their pharmaceutical components, and their vending/distribution(m3) services, they're fully prepared to provide the type of control and overhead the state and federal government will desire if fully or even partly decriminalized. As far as I'm aware, no other entity is even thinking about this part of the marijuana industry. This is where the BIG money is.
Even if all previously mentioned points go straight to hell, which is beyond improbable, EDXC owns a highly renowned solar construction business which is already huge in a rapidly growing niche market and appears to only be getting larger.
I see other plays every day that could produce 20% gains, sometimes more if played perfectly, but I cannot justify unloading my position here to take my chances when I feel I'm practically guaranteed to make at least 3x my money by sticking with EDXC in the short term, and far more in the long term once the marijuana industry gets straightened out.
So I am amazed to see the bid has dipped so low.
I presume the confidence of some shareholders has reached it's lower limit after the 10-Q late-filing.
Never thought I'd see it dive so low but I can almost assuredly say that anyone selling at market price this week will be met with total regret next week, the weeks to come, and next year.
Honestly, I'd prefer to wait a little to churn and let the guys who have a cost basis in the triple zeros jump out - they can have their profits if they don't want to share more with the rest of us.
We've been making a nice new base here in the 2s. Many of whom I believe are not going to be flipping any time soon.
I have a feeling the churning process is almost over here.
Side note: I hear you doji, no big.
I realize that many "investors" grabbed big lots of shares through private placement by VOIS but when you think about the value of that many shares, it adds up to maybe 10-50 public shareholders taking a position here.
We just need to churn out whatever the said "investors" are willing to give away at low share prices and then we can make some money with or without them on board.
Couldn't resist another 10K ask-slap after those posts, Com.
Patience, grasshopper. The pr said approx. 2 weeks. The follow up may not come until early next week.
I'm hoping we see it tonight or tomorrow morning, but I won't fret it if we don't. Let them get their things in order and we will run with the bulls.
Need the jerk with 1mil ask to get off
If you actually read the 10-Q or 10-K of ANY legitimate pink sheet and many OTC stocks, they have the going concern clauses in their reports.

Hot ALERT!_VOIS Inc. (VOIS) To Benefit From US Government’s Initiative Of $100 Million To Unlock The Mapping Of The Human Brain_Now Is The Time To Buy VOIS Forecasts Sierra World Equity Review.
Here is why Sierra World Equity Review is long on VOIS. Using cutting edge technology VOIS is now at it’s bottom closing at .0021 on Tuesday, May 14 2013. This is the perfect entry point, those who buy in this range could see huge percentage gains as VOIS is still flying under the radar, it is completely oversold and could run to 10 cents a share in the blink of an eye.
Few charitible share-giveaways today. How nice.
Looks like they corrected the chart, hah.
I didn't know they could do that.
GLTA longs.
So.. how does company with rights to over well over 100million ounces of gold on a small property - implying a low cost to recover - have such a low market cap?
Do we really have to wait to see the extreme investor interest for this to move up?
Based on the wording of the Parieto Capital PR from May 2nd, I expect to see some more news this week.
Tonogold Resources, Inc. (OTC:TNGL) is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Pareto Capital Pty Ltd. ("Pareto"), a West Australian based boutique venture capital and investment firm specializing in raising capital for the micro-cap and junior mining sector.
Under the terms of the agreement, Pareto will serve as lead manager for a private capital raise and provide general corporate advice and services.
Pareto is a privately owned enterprise whose key executives have raised over $200 million for companies associated with Mr. Mark Ashley, Tonogold's CEO elect. Further details of the capital raising and the formal appointment of Mr. Ashley will be announced in approximately two weeks.
Be careful what you wish for - the direction of a move should probably be specified to a genie if you have access to one. :-p
Anyway, we will be moving UP soon enough since we seem to have hit the bottom here.
Quarterly and PRs are due to be heating our pot in the few short weeks to come.

Highlights from the Quarterly Report
Looks like the said "capital raising" is well under-way, after which - if done successfully - Mark Ashley will be CEO!!

Everything on the chart looks excellent. We're due for a breakout from this bullish pennant.

The Paradox of Late 10-K Filings

We analyze the cumulative abnormal returns around 10-K filing dates (see Table 8). Consistent with Griffin, firms that file Form NT prior to filing a 10-K report experience negative abnormal returns around the date of the 10-K filing (compared to firms that do not file NT 10-K statements)28, 29. When our late filing signifiers (the WITHIN and AFTER variables) replace the NT variable, an interesting result appears. Specifically, Column D of Table 8 shows that while late filings within the extension window (WITHIN) experience negative abnormal returns on their (delayed) 10-K filing date, late filing that occur after the extension due date (AFTER) experience positive abnormal returns on their (very delayed) 10-K filing date.
It's nice to finally see some new faces posting on this board.
Word is getting out about this golden egg.
Just wait until Mark Ashley and his investor-groupies are confirmed to be on-board. Volume should jump through the roof with PPS..
Can't wait!!!!
This week is going to be insane.

No worries, I am patient with this ticker.
I just don't know what I'll do this myself in the interim as we wait for news.
I'm actually considering just going to sleep so it comes sooner - absolutely pathetic, I know.
Hopefully our move on the breakout boards did not go unnoticed. Shame we are sitting at #17, instead of #4-5, as Monday rolls around and more eyes will be searching for the next golden ticket.

I can hardly contain my excitement for the weeks to come.
It will be my pleasure to be making money this week, and for the weeks to come, with all of you.
Even if this week doesn't show us some serious green, I will be looking forward to the future of EDXC. I could not justify selling for a small profit given the bright future of this company. The management is impeccable with substantial experience in the small cap markets.
I know that many investors are here because of the marijuana affiliation - that is nothing to scoff at - but I, for one, can't wait to hear the details about the solar and app subsidaries as well.
Proof is in the pudding that our CEO knows the big industries that make a micro-cap stock successful. What's next? 3d printing?
Side note: Thank you, Ty, same to you.
So when is the 10-Q for quarter 1 coming out? This week?
I'm excited to learn some more info about the solar subsidary's contracts/revenues coming in and the status of the other promising efforts of EDXC's management.
