"EMXC has been working very hard every day for the uplisting. The Small float is directly proportional to the idea that the company truly believes in itself and is hogging their own shares. This company is going to make a lot of people rich!"
.........this is what got me very interested, and even as a newbie and not understanding in full, I know this is a very good thing.
BTW......any thoughts on date/time of next PR? We would be looking for the audited financials in this right?.......
AMAZING!!......any thoughts on how close they are to uplisting?
like i said i'm new but float at 283 Million.......very good right?
Been watching since mid march.....good news released and I think it goes.
edited message....
where are you getting the $6.7 Million in assets?
By the way, im new so although I looked over a couple things, it could be right there in front of me.
another good testimony. Thanks for sharing Warren.
Well thats a great testimony for NPHC. While doing some DD on this, I was having trouble finding evidence on this being practiced on people. By the way, honest evaluations is what i'm looking for also. Thanks for being open here on this board.
Whats the current share structure?
In the stickies, I noticed the total amount of shares owned added up to about 1.1 billion. Was the 1000:1 stock split factored into this and how does this affect it now? Just looking for the correct #'s here. Also, what about the float? TDA and Etrade has 25 million as the float with market cap 156k.
any help appreciated.
I ordered the spray online, and should receive it this week sometime. I'm anxious to see how it works.
Good info Flem. You do a great job here!
SSV effort to cut greenhouse gas emissions
Sustainable Silicon Valley (SSV), a collaborative association of organizations including leading businesses, governments and non-profits throughout Silicon Valley aimed at producing significant regional environmental improvement and resource conservation, is partnering with SSV member Ennovationz, a provider of free, expert and independent guidance to help make homes more energy efficient and green.
The partnership launches with The Ennovationz Greenathon, a year long, group competition starting Earth Day (April 22, 2010) to reduce residential CO2 emissions of employee and member organization households. Besides bragging rights as the ‘Greenest of the Green’ almost $20,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded to groups and individual participants.
“The Silicon Valley region is playing an increasingly critical and visible role in the battle to combat climate change and we see Ennovationz as a valuable partner in that fight,” said Marianna Grossman, Executive Director of Sustainable Silicon Valley. “What’s unique about Ennovationz is that it adds tracking and accountability into the home, in strong alignment with our goal of demonstrating carbon reduction outcomes. Ennovationz empowers residents to measure and reduce the carbon footprint of their homes.”
And it’s not just Sustainable Silicon Valley joining up. Local companies and organizations including Echelon Corporation, SolutionSet and Astia have also pre-launch signups to the challenge. Clean Energy Associates, a provider of corporate green fairs, has partnered with Ennovationz and Sustainable Silicon Valley for employee outreach.

lol.......yes it is a PR that states it.
yes....within the PRit says,"will satisfy all our DD requirements"
and yes, the PR says "potential buyer"
I'm sure most of us in THRR have read the PR.
Im sure most of us in THRR noticed the PPS today.
.........I'm sure most in THRR know there are no "gaurantees" for this buyout...we each have our own opinions.
thanks for sharing yours.
thanks sarge!
Good read here.

I'm excited to see where THRR is at in 6 months. Whether buyout goes through or not, I feel this is only the beginning of good things to come.
Your right. My fault. The PR says they have a buyer.
Quote:
"No. It's a fact as most hapless victims of this scam will soon find out. They will never receive .01 per share in cash or its equivalent in their accounts. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble, but that's reality."
And thats your "opinion"...........no "facts" just yet. You know that.
Quote:
"Time to brace newbies for the fact there is no .01 buyout?"
.......It is not a "fact"there is no buyout of .01...even you "know" that.
I would think just about everyone here has "concerns",but lets keep it real.
This is only my "opinion" that THRR is worth alot more than its current PPS. It is not a "fact" though.
It is a "fact" they have received a buyout offer for .01 per share. It is your "opinion" to not believe it to go through.
Right now, only "opinions" is all we have, and you and I are among many.

Engine cradles, reduced NVH, weight and cost
FEAD brackets, reduced NVH, weight and cost
Diesel engine components, reduced NVH and weight
Instrument panel sub-frames, reduced weight,
NVH and cost compared to magnesium
Suspension components, reduced weight,
increased strength
Additional Considerations:
1. Thresher Industries is a zero discharge operation, we are an Earth Friendly manufacturer.
2. Thresher Foundry alloys are secondary ingot based alloys, 100% recycled aluminum is used in our alloys.
3. The Nautilus Core uses no binders and is based on an inert material and is 100% recyclable.
4. Our product mix includes neutron absorbing material used in casks for spent fuel rod in nuclear containment facilities and high strength metal matrix composite planter wheels for the agricultural industry. We are developing personal armor material as well as aftermarket components for transmission rebuild kits. Military contracts and driveshafts using our MMC's, as well as conventional aluminum castings for over the road truck air brakes.

Thresher Industries' Newest Material Receives High Marks From Independent Testing
9:21a ET February 24, 2010 (PR NewsWire)
Thresher Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets: THRR) announced today that it has received the positive interim material testing analysis from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Material Sciences Department. The test report concluded the company's own findings on its proprietary material as well as the process used to obtain its superior distribution of particulate in the base aluminum.
According to the company, the success of the new material is due to the high level of distribution of the particulate and this is exactly where many companies have failed before. These results will enable Thresher to obtain a large market penetration in this highly profitable industry. The company, through its partnership with Cal Poly San Luis Obispo anticipates further developing this material as well as other materials for strength, wear resistance and heat dissipation for use in vehicles, reducing emissions and fuel consumption via weight reduction in this multi-billion dollar industry.
"These test results represent a significant milestone for our company in its quest to be a leader in the development of light weight high strength materials," said Tom Flessner, President and CEO of Thresher Industries Inc. "Our now proven ability to manufacture these advanced materials in a cost effective and consistent manner will make our company and product very desirable to the automotive, and aviation industries," further added Mr. Flessner.

Thresher Industries Continues Testing With Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
9:23a ET February 9, 2010 (PR NewsWire)
Thresher Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets: THRR), a California-based manufacturer of precision aluminum and advanced metal matrix composite parts, announced today that it has delivered, to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo material sciences department, initial samples of its latest proprietary advanced metal matrix composite "ThermaLite" for inspection of dispersion of the ceramic in the base alloy. Testing includes electronic scanning microscopic evaluation to determine how well the particulates of ceramic are dispersed in the base aluminum as well as elongation, ductility and strength testing of the materials. Thresher Industries has been developing advancements in its manufacturing methods to increase both the speed of manufacturing these materials as well as to allow better grain structure for the alloy. Patent applications for these advancements require this systematic approach to material validation prior to the submission of the patent applications.
Tom Flessner, President and CEO remarked, "We are responding to customer demands for higher levels of material refinement, working with our equipment engineers and Cal Poly Material Sciences Department to validate our materials. The results of initial experiments run in our facility with the upgraded equipment have been very encouraging, as we have seen higher levels of reinforcement. Our customers will require higher volumes of material and to deliver those we need to have the equipment that can do that on a production basis. Prior to this, we have been able to produce up to 3,000 pounds of material per shift, this will triple that capability."

I think your right.
I'm not experienced to give much of an opinion here, but if the CC is good news wouldn't 4 PM ET be the "BEST TIME" to set it up? With the current day's trading not being affected by the CC, this time would allow MAXIMUM exposure to EKCS for many more to get in rather than having it in the morning or even during the day. Right? Are these newbie thoughts going through my head again? LOL.....I dont know...... for the time of the CC, IMO, is a hint of good news to come.
If bad news, why not drop it in the middle of the day or something? Again, probably just my inexperience speaking here, but different times I believe would have a different affect on the PPS, whether good or bad news.
??????????????we'll see!!!!
I guess it got picked up didn't it...lol, my experience with the plays that promoters get a hold of dont end well it seems. I've been in a few where a week or two later, I'll see it begin getting promoted and then the PPS tanks...I dont know, just saying how its been for me...wish you the best here as well with all.
I have a small position in CDIV. I'm definitely adding more come Monday. You should check it out. It's currently in a short squeeze position, which I don't think has fully happen yet. The board should tell you more.
Thanks for the reply. I also have been in CCTC. I got in at .10 and out at .15....I'll look over the other ones you listed. Some of my early mistakes have been my exit strategy. I know there shouldn't be any regret in any profit made, but it seems I sell too early. Many times I'll make 40-60% in a few days on a stock, but then it will continue the next day or two with what wouldve been a total of 100-120%. I know I shouldn't get greedy but I'm learning. I've done a good job I think in limiting my losses to about 10-15% where the following days wouldve been more, so I'm happy with that....Anyways, thanks again for your thoughts!
CMA
wow, you've been in this for awhile I see. I've been trading now for about 4 months and I'm looking for a couple companies I can invest into over the long haul. I work too many hours during the week to manage my stocks hourly/daily.
Whats been your experience in this when it comes time to sell. I've been in stocks where there has been alot of volume so I dont know what to expect here.
Overall, whats your opinion on a small position here?
Thanks
Craig
LOL....sad story if he "knows" bad news is coming. I'm sure he advised the grandchildren to have their finger on the sell button to go with this great experience. I wonder if he said, "listen up kiddy's, grandpa is going to give you this much right now, but this money is in your hands now, and you could lose most of it after the conference call which I "DIDN'T" tell you about by the way."
LOL...sorry, but this is enough confirmation for me....I'M IN ON MONDAY!!
Thank You! I got it.
how do I post a link of an article?
last time I tried it, it came up blank when clicked on.
thanks
thanks
what is the date of the "recent" money tv interview?

IGEN Networks signs memorandum of understanding for rights to patented diagnostic technology
IGEN Networks signs memorandum of understanding for rights to patented diagnostic technology
PR Newswire
LAS VEGAS, March 31
IGEN Networks Corp. (IGEN: OTCBB)
LAS VEGAS, March 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -
Mr. Monty Ormsby reports:
IGEN Networks Corp. is pleased to announce that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Bio Business Development Corp. International, Inc. (BBDC) to negotiate the acquisition of the exclusive global distribution rights to the patented lateral-flow diagnostic testing platform technology for rapid detection of the infectious prion protein diseases. Prion diseases are neuro-degenerative or "brain wasting" diseases with severe symptoms and are always fatal. They are transmissible across different species, the most commonly known being human contraction through infected beef.
BBDC is a private life sciences company specializing in prion diseases affecting the brain and nervous system. BioBDC's world-leading research and technology in this field represent the most sensitive and rapid detection of the infectious prion protein common to the family of Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (TSE), including variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (vCJD) in humans, Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE or "Mad Cow Disease") in cattle, Scrapie in Sheep, and Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) in Elk/Deer. The Company has already recognized and validated Rapid Prion Test (RPTTM) for the diagnosis of TSE diseases represents its immediate revenue bearing business. This includes not only disease monitoring and control in the affected species, but primarily the protection of the food supply from infected beef originating in BSE diseased cattle, thereby preventing human contraction of vCJD.
A quote from the World Health Organization states "...the possibility of a significant and geographically diverse vCJD epidemic occurring over the next few decades cannot be dismissed."
The purpose of this MOU is to continue to develop and expand a framework of cooperation between BBDC and IGEN to implement a mutually beneficial program, whereby IGEN will acquire the global exclusive distribution rights to the Lateral Diagnostic Platform Technology for BSE and other related animal prion diseases from BBDC. Under the terms of the MOU, the parties will execute a distribution licensing agreement, and IGEN Networks has issued 3,000,000 restricted common shares to BBDC to be released in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
On behalf of the Board of Directors
IGEN Networks Corp.
