.......It is not a "fact"there is no buyout of .01...even you "know" that.

I would think just about everyone here has "concerns",but lets keep it real.

This is only my "opinion" that THRR is worth alot more than its current PPS. It is not a "fact" though.

It is a "fact" they have received a buyout offer for .01 per share. It is your "opinion" to not believe it to go through.

Right now, only "opinions" is all we have, and you and I are among many.
