You asked,
You are correct about the word "Headman" in that you did not use it in regard to Asswell Africa Gurupira. As I have no knowledge of the Shona language, I used Kushmorning's interpreteation along with a similar interpretation found on a Zimbabwean news site. To be fair however, I will restate my post.

According to RRHI and its subsidiary MBMI, if reality sucks, if your assets, equipment and operations are laughable, just use pictures of someone else's assets, equipment and operations. It's OK. { 8^D

But.....Is it really their mine?
NO....It's the Bingham Kennecott Copper Mine near Salt Lake City, Utah!

There's more but that's a start. What do you think?
Tell me about it. Some of the posters on Yahoo are downright NASTY about it. You wouldn't believe....
Notice the nice background images of the bucket wheel excavators on all the web pages? They are Krupp "Bagger" series excavators. Some of the largest self propelled objects on land. The picture is an evening shot of several operating in a coal mine near Nordheim, Germany.
The pictures do give one a sense of quite an operation going on. Too bad the reality is they don't even have a hole in the ground. ( 8^D

RRHI - Raptor Resources Holdings, Inc. - parent company
MBMI - Mabwe Minerals, Inc. - 80% owned subsidiary of RRHI
If I were you, I'd question my online broker/trading platform provider's customer support. It is possible they had a glitch of some sort. If it was on their end, they may go make good on it. Do it quickly.
Did any sales go off at or above your price while your order was in effect?
If you want to sell at 1.00 and the highest anyone is willing to pay is 0.99, they could trade all day at 0.99 and your order will not be filled. If you have an AON (All Or None) modifier set, you might also get bypassed.
If the price never reaches your limit or if it just reaches your limit and there are more shares ahead of you in line than oders on the other side of your trade (it's mostly first come first served), your order will not be executed. There could be other "special" conditions too but those are the most common.
I don't think the whole company is worth that much but we'll have to wait 70 days or so to find out. From indications so far, Kinsey is not taking much of a risk as they are not committed to putting much into the pot.
The company doesn't care because it's all just "shares".
Seems like the mothership, RRHI, is headed for sub-penny land. That may make it even more difficult to attract investment.
How does that effect MBMI? Well, since early on MBMI has been described as RRHI's "piggy bank" millions of shares to be sold or traded as "chips". With the 10 day average volume at just over 15k, it's easy to see that it wouldn't take much selling to plunge this into a real tailspin.
They have apparently realized there is no gold in the hippo poop they were sifting from the "Hippo Pools" and Watakai River and have removed them from the list of "Projects". That, along with the apparent elimination of the Lantis Laser dental play from the mix, seems to leave RRHI almost an empty husk.
There's more than just the TOS. Have you read the User Handbook and FAQ?
Why Messages are Deleted
FAQ
These give a little more detail on why certain posts are removed. For instance something some people don't seem to get is a post can be 99% good DD and it gets deleted for finishing it with something like, "you obviously don't know what you're talking about."
Looks like someone just discovered that stocks like this are easy to get into but can be hard to get out of.
Just about 30,000 shares dumped at 0.002!
Looks like DUMPING 400,000 shares at 0.017 while reassuring others to hold onto shares worked well.....for one or two people, anyway. { 8^D
Yeah, something funny going on. Berkshire's 10q posted twice (maybe MBMI is supposed to be twice as good a s Berkshire { 8^D) also current report 8-K comes up three times with subtle differences and PR on "Master Supplier Agreement" comes up twice.

The company has a history of deceptions starting with the CEO's fake credentials and going up to the latest faked pictures on the company website - The pictures of the open pit mine they show are of the Bingham Kennecott copper mine near Salt Lake City, Utah. The excavating machines shown as the background on all the company web pages are Krupp "Baggers" in a coal mine near Nordheim, Germany. There are other pictures of ore, operations and equipment that are similarly "fake" and designed to impress the "Rubes".
Add in a really complex corporate structure ideal for shifting off balance sheet accounts to make it look as if there is activity and it is definitely something to watch. I wouldn't touch it with a stick right now. There are so many red flags but who knows....someone might make a buck.
If you KNOW some of it is a lie and you're not sure about the rest of it, how can you believe ANY of it?
Perhaps those who might have been interested have done their DD realize that the company's foundations are just lies and hot air, beginning with the CEO's fake credentials and continuing right up to the latest fake photos on the company website.
These guys always shoot themselves in the foot by lying. Do they really think investors won't do a little research and find the truth for thmselves?
If you KNOW you can't believe some of it, how can you trust ANY of it? { 8^D
Hi Streach, nice to hear from someone from Zimbabwe.
Can you please give us your views and insights into what is going on?
Thanks
Regarding the new "faked" pictures on the company website.....
In addition to the faked photos listed in the iBox, The picture of the open pit mine in slide three on the home page and in the image gallery is actually a picture of the Bingham-Kennecott mine near Salt Lake City, Utah. It is owned and operated by Kennecott Utah Copper.
Here is a link the SAME picture.....

What's with including Berkshire Hathaway's latest 10q under Mabwe Minerals, Inc. [MBMI] 'News'? Also three identical 8-K postings for same day, same time last Friday.

Some kind of joke? { 8^D
Just a reprint of the PR with no additional information or detail. Kind of a waste of money filing this 8-K.

Well, let's start with the pictures of the "mine". Doesn't it seem like they got too much work done in too little time? I mean, that's a might big hole they dug with a couple of small excavators and a dozer.
Should anyone believe they've already dug a huge open pit, yet won't ship anything until MAYBE Q3 next year?
If you know some of it is not real, how can you believe ANY of it? { 8^D
Agreed, Bull Bet. No 8-K and no detail indicates that it is "non-material", just more PR fluff.
Seems similar to the paid pump back in May that went nowhere. This time it's generating even less interest though, so far.
Good morning hyrpwr,
Thank you for your concern but there was no need. My brother and his wife dropped in for a visit so I've been occupied. I probably won't be around much today either.
Regarding the recent news, I wouldn't get too excited about it. It seems like a repeat of the three day paid pump back on May 6, 7 & 8. Until the company releases details in an 8-K, it is best to consider it a "non-material event". Like the paid pump back in May, the "news" has not generated much enthusiasm.
Interesting to note that the "dental play" has apparently bit the dust.
Have a great day.
Any comments on the following from the RRHI company website? TIA
http://raptorresourcesholdings.com/projects/dodge-mine-project/
Dodge Mine located near Shamva, Zimbabwe is 123 hectares. Due to its Precambrian aged location of unique mineral & metal deposits, Dodge Mine is classified as an irregular ore body. The property boundaries have been expanded along the hydrothermal mountain range to include an additional 75 hectares contiguous to the west of Dodge Mine. The property lies in the southern range of the Shamva Gold Belt. Gravity mapping of the property indicates massive deposits of barite with an on-going core drilling program to continue developing the proven reserves in addition to further exploration of reported widespread occurrences of gossan deposits often associated with gold, nickel, copper and lead. The presence of these metabasalts often point to gold in the host rock.
The company has secured a long term Master Supplier Agreement (MSA) with an established oil & gas drilling sector corporation representing 3,000,000 metric tons of American Petroleum Institute (API) grade barite to be delivered at a rate of 220,000 metric tons per year. All mining operations will be managed by our minority-owned partner, WGB Kinsey & Company, a 4th generation mining and construction company in Zimbabwe since 1955. As the company expands its land transportation capacity to the Port of Beira, Mozambique, the company will expand mining production to support non-API customers scheduled to begin white barite qualification upon delivery of samples in CY2013.
The hydrothermal barite deposits on Dodge Mine are considered “World Class” in quality due to their high percentage content of barium sulfate (BaSO4). The key compound in barite is barium sulfate with a specific gravity of 4.5 g/cm3. Samples of white barite scored 97.25% pure BaSO4 and pink/brown barite samples scored 95.50%. In terms of mining production efficiency, once situated in a vein, Dodge Mine barite is nearly 100% recoverable. For comparison purposes, sedimentary based barite deposits located in Nevada that the company is aware of are < 50% recoverable indicating sizable amounts of waste during the mining process.
80% of the annual demand for barite ore is used in the oil & gas drilling sector (API-grade) as a weighting agent during the drilling operation to prevent well blowouts and/or shaft collapse. The remaining 20% (non-API grade) is primarily used in paint, automotive and medical applications that command a price premium for white barite.
Can anyone comment on the following? TIA

Good morning, carryanthony.
Assuming by "mabwe" you mean Mabwe Minerals [MBMI]..... What makes you think Mabwe will be profitable and in what way?
Profitable for whom? So far it's been profitable for the Gurupiras but not for long term shareholders.
Great news???? Great news doesn't usually start out with,
General question for Admin. Is there any guideline on when these "one liners" are considered noise and should be deleted?
I'm talking about the, "buy xxxx - it's a 10 bagger" and/or "sell now, xxxx sinking like the Titanic", and similar posts that really add nothing but noise to the board.
The Dodge mine was originally owned by TAG-Z which is 51% owned by Tapiwa Gurupira. Of course, the company paid for this so it was basically a gift to Gurupira but the explanation was that it satisfied the Zimbabwe Indigenization Law.....OK......
Next they basically PAID Asswell Gurupira to take the Dodge mine operation. Why? Tapiwa Gurupira already fulfilled the requrements of the Indigenization Law, did he not? Why this seeming Gurupira family "enrichment program"?
It makes me wonder, did the investment in TAG-Z not "work out"?
I suspect they are trying to create Assets out of what amounts to "gifts" of stock. Similar to the "purchase" of Ontage. { 8^D
Hey, a whole $10 worth traded today. That's "enthusiasm" for this stock.
"Mineral King of Wall Street", indeed, what a LAUGH! The stuckholders are hoping for this to get back up to 4 cents so they can dump but investors have had too much time to investigate for themselves. All they see deceptive practices by the company and broken promise after broken promise.
Too thinly traded to flip effectively.
Have you reported that issue to tech support? { 8^D
One poster is positive.
One poster is negative.
Which one should be eliminated? The one who does not believe YOU, right?
One can always discredit the negative poster by asking, "How many shares do you own?" (That's one of the reasons iHub considers that off topic)
There is NO correct answer. If you own shares, you must be crazy for owning share of a company you don't believe in. If you don't onw shares, you must be crazy for posting on a board you have no interest in (or you have an ulterior motive). If you don't answer, you must be hiding something and I am free to speculate on what that is because you can't PROVE me wrong.
I could claim you are a woman, or a man, whichever you are not, and you could not PROVE me wrong, could you?
There are countless false arguments available to both sides that generate a lot of noise and animosity but no DD.
That is what you are proposing these forums devolve into.
So who do you want in charge of determining who is a pumper/basher/scammer? Who determines what's a "falsehood"?
Personally, I don't want someone else filtering what I read on the boards or trying to censor what I say because they disagree with me.
