We must be getting close to lift off, we are now getting into the unsubstantiated fear mongering claims. This is often the last stage in the attempt to strike fear into others before news comes out that not only contradicts the unfounded claims but catapults us forward. Notice the "immediate 40/1" reverse split has not happened which was claimed by some. Careful who you choose to believe.
News we are waiting on and anticipating shortly includes but isn't limited to:
- New board members
- Shareholder meeting minutes
- Vietnam factory status/update
- Production confirmation (though it is clearly happening since we know samples are being sent out)
- Financing
- Contracts
- Other info we haven't thought about or considered yet?
Buckle up and get ready for lift off!!

Didn't you hear? After 10 years of fighting to make the company a success, fighting to get into Vietnam, etc, after raising $1M, leasing a factory, creating a supply chain and sharing that he has been partnering with Polartec for 3 years, after all of that, now Kim has decided to turn this into a pump and dump. LMAO
W2R
Would love to see any proof you have to back up these claims.

Milliken becomes part of PCIAW
29 July 2019
Milliken, leader in performance and protective textiles, has become part of the Professional Clothing Industry Association Worldwide (PCIAW), a body created to strengthen the influence of the clothing industry through collaborative leadership and strategic advocacy. Milliken has also become a partner in the 2020 PCIAW Summit and Awards, to be held in London.
Milliken has a diverse textiles portfolio, including a range of apparel fabrics that serve various industries like workwear, protective, military and outdoor markets.
The 2020 PCIAW Summit and Awards, to be held in London, will be in partnership with Milliken. The event brings together industry professionals from around the world in corporate wear, workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE) to address emerging industry topics and current affairs. With the US serving as the host country, Milliken will help to preside over one of the largest gatherings of global apparel executives and influencers, and further industry collaboration.
"Aligning with PCIAW is a natural extension for Milliken," commented Jeff Morris, senior vice president of Milliken's Uniform and Protective Textiles business. "Our reach spans the globe as we provide the apparel industry with a broad range of innovative textiles built on our legacy of quality and expertise. We look forward to connecting and collaborating with the global industry through PCIAW."
Driven by award-winning research and design capabilities, Milliken's global textile portfolio includes leading brands like the respected Westex by Milliken flame resistant fabrics and the recently acquired Polartec business, among other superior fabrics for protective, workwear, fire service, military, retail and outdoor apparel. Milliken's research and development capabilities position it to collaborate with customers to solve their complex textile needs, and more than 154 years of textile knowledge underpins its reputation as one of the most cutting-edge fabric manufacturers. In addition, Milliken textiles incorporate intentional sustainability measures, including responsible resource management and landfill diversion, to create responsible textiles that help create a positive impact on the world.
"PCIAW is the first and only worldwide organisation developed to represent the global companies of the professional clothing industry," states PCIAW CEO and founder, Yvette Ashby. "We encompass the entire supply chain from buyers, suppliers, manufacturers and distributors and understand that our buyers and procurement managers sit at the heart of our industry. Milliken's recent membership of the PCIAW is set to strengthen the PCIAW's international presence. Their support as sponsors of our 2020 PCIAW Summit and Awards will be beneficial not only to other members, but to the industry as a whole, and we are thrilled to add their extensive knowledge and innovation to our collective work." I have invested in KBLB in the belief that they/we will be successful. If I didn’t believe, I certainly wouldn’t stay and would not maintain an investment in a company I think will fail.
Who would do such a thing, endlessly point out the faults in a company? To what end?
LOTS of different reasons for people to share opinions here. Make sure you are comfortable with the risks and potential for challenges because you will be reminded of both frequently.
Know what you own and be prepared to have that faith tested. Not everyone here is pulling for KBLB’s short or long term success.

KNOW WHAT YOU OWN
I’m not going to endlessly debate semantics and the validity of Wikipedia definitions, etc.
Bottom line:
- Vietnam changed its laws to allow KBLB in to the country
- steps have been taken to create a supply chain to support continued growth/expansion
-KBLB has used recent funds secured to renovate their factory in Vietnam.
- Completion of renovations is near. - The company plans to uplist
- Plans were discussed at the shareholders meeting which many attended
- Those that attended, to a person, have expressed their confidence in the company

https://www.crainsdetroit.com/manufacturing/kraig-biocraft-laboratories-raises-1-million-new-capital-boost-silk-production?utm_source=twitter&utm_campaign=socialflow&utm_medium=social
In it it states "Securing this bridge financing was a key piece to funding the Company's commercial expansion strategy and puts us in a strong position as we expand spider silk production we shift operational focus to production," COO Jon Rice said in the release. "This capital is necessary to support commercial expansion, which is essential in establishing market channel collaborations for consumer products."
Kim received $1M in "bridge financing", per COO Jon Rice.. That is financing for the company to continue build out, expansion, etc while it seeks to secure additional financing. Warrants and stock are the assets he has available to secure funds today. Instead of using an agreed upon value of a tangible asset, he agreed to terms based on a certain share price.
When a development-stage company looks to expand, it needs money to do so. He secured $1M to fund those operations and is in the process of securing more to continue expansion efforts. The Vietnam production facility is "nearing completion", per many. Undoubtedly some of this financing has been used towards those efforts.
The company is transitioning from a lab project to a full fledged production powerhouse with a unique, never before seen product offering. They have convinced a COUNTRY to change its laws and provide assistance. Polartec wants as much product as they can get their hands on. The Army is continuing testing for personal protection applications.

I don’t see a buyout any time soon. I think Kim has a vision and intends to execute on it, IMO. I also don’t see massive swings once we uplist and have signed contracts. The volatility comes with the unknown. Once it is known, ie contracts signed and deliveries made, the likelihood of a sinking share price will reduce dramatically. IMO
W2R
KNOW WHAT YOU OWN. DO YOUR OWN DD. DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ ON STOCK MESSAGE BOARDS
A classic pump and dump doesn't sit essentially dormant in terms of the share price for YEARS, which is what happened here while waiting to get into Vietnam WHICH HAS NOW HAPPENED. Money is being made in many different ways on this stock including, but not limited to:
- Buy and hold
- Shorting
- Sell high and buy back in lower
To clear up some misconceptions being claimed:
- The company does have at least one customer, the Army
- The company does have and has generated products. Mass production is not necessary to generate samples, shoot packs, etc, which HAS occurred
- The company has recently received $1M in financing so to say otherwise is to either not be aware or to mislead
DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE. KNOW WHAT YOU OWN.
You will find that KBLB has made MASSIVE strides just in the past few months. A recent shareholders meeting left those that attended VERY bullish on the future of the company.
KBLB is still working towards full production capacity. To provide product to all of the interested parties will likely take expansion beyond what exists today. That is a good thing!
Better financing and an entirely new pool of investors await on higher exchanges. Access to both is Kim's goal and he has a plan on how to get there. There may be some bumps along the road but, for me, the risk associated with this company is far outweighed by the reward potential.
Everyone must decide for themselves if they have what it takes to ride out any storm that may come on our way to endless blue skies.
Good luck to all and especially those holding strong!

“with empty PR after empty PR”
You mean like announcing the partnership/collaboration with Polartec, the $1M in financing secured, Phase 2 being approved? Those empty PRs? Lol

“yes..when someone is trying to SELL YOU SOMETHING...and its generally something you either don't want or don't need....”
Not everyone is shopping for a house, car, computer, TV, but many are. All see the same advertising.
Not everyone will be shopping for spider silk initially but, once they buy some, they’ll want more, demand will rise and so will the price.
Not sure why this concept seems so foreign to you.
KT and team provided an estimate for the valuation and/or asking price. When Polartec says they’ll take as much as we can produce, chances are the price goes up.
KT being somewhat vague? Unbelievable! I’m glad he put a number out there to start the bidding. Let the games begin!
IMO
W2R
“no one ever uses that kind of estimation..”
Nope, never. You never see property listed for sale “starting under $200,000”. TVs Under $200. Computers starting under $600. No one EVER does that. Never happens. Who would do that? Does that mean the property is being sold for anywhere from a dime to $199,999? Nope, obviously it doesn’t. Lol
W2R
To clarify, you also thought no one would attend the meeting and it would last maybe an hour. I think you are underselling the progress being made at this point.

I don’t think they’ll be able to keep a lid on this for very long, especially once the news starts to flow...
Thanks G!!
Agreed. Thanks to everyone who made the trip and is representing for the shareholders!
Many of us are very interested!
More than two or three people showed up, like some predicted? Good start!
Why do we have to worry? Why should we not be as bullish as we were when the $1M in financing was announced, when we found out about Polartec? We we were all anxiously awaiting the phase 2 announcement, it came and now we should be pessimistic?
He is holding this meeting for a reason. I don’t think this is a dog and pony show. Why bother? He hasn’t held one with the shareholders in years, now he decides to do he can tell us Rome is burning, after all of the positive news in the past couple months, news that took us from $0.06 to $0.50? After he has made a bunch of people a ton of money?
Now he wants to launch into the next phase and it’s time to abandon ship? I’m staying on this ride. Hope those of you that opted out find a way to jump back in!

Thanks SP. would be curious to hear an explanation as to why they did not provide any additional PRs or updates after the announcement of request for RS authorization. Had to know that would be viewed negatively by the market, especially without context. Why didn’t they follow it up with additional information? Even Ben seemed perplexed by the communication, or lack thereof.
Curious about the factory in Vietnam too. Is it operational or still being renovated? If operational, is production underway? If so, how much are they able to produce at this time?
Not sure how much of a Q&A Kim plans to hold but hopefully those of you going get a chance to ask some questions.
Looking forward to the reports from those in attendance.
TIA for making the trip and sharing your perspectives!
W2R
What do you think the company has done with the million dollar loan they secured previously and/or the Army contract $$? How much does it cost to renovate/retrofit a factory in rural Vietnam?
I think more has been happening than you give them credit for at this point.
Exciting times ahead!

I’m inclined to think we see a PR before the meeting. A lot has transpired in the past 6 years. Kim is trying to line all the moving parts up to make up listing as seamless as possible. I don’t believe the shareholder’s meeting will be dull by any stretch. This is not some sort of “we figured we’d hold a meeting” meeting. This is one called with specific purpose in mind.
We are on the cusp of a new era!
Production updates, possible contracts, BoD announcemnts, financing, growth, documentary coming out.
Wouldn’t want to be waiting on the sidelines at this point!
