Nope, never. You never see property listed for sale “starting under $200,000”. TVs Under $200. Computers starting under $600. No one EVER does that. Never happens. Who would do that? Does that mean the property is being sold for anywhere from a dime to $199,999? Nope, obviously it doesn’t. Lol
