G said Kim said "planned to" not "hoped to" uplist by Thanksgiving. He has a plan. Doubt it has all been revealed yet but now we have a timeline. We know they will need assets, shareholder equity and a minimum share price, at a minimum, per some of the guidance provided previously. There was also mention of another path before but I don't know the details on that.

Unless the share price can grow organically to $4+ by Thanksgiving it will likely involve some sort of RS. I still believe any RS will be much smaller than the 40/1 authorization allows for. Once the other pieces start falling into place on the assets, production capacity (which we are starting to hear about already today), BODs, financing, contracts, etc, the rise in share price will follow. Who knows, maybe we get to $4/share by Thanksgiving all on our own!!
