You and me both, they all read really amateurish. The one thing we can't forget here is that this isn't going to entirely be one of "those reports" this may give us some info or some more clues as to just what the hell MOP has been up to, at least that's my hope.
GLTU
Gotcha. Thanks for the effort regardless.
No dice. Can't find anything specific. What did you find?
Huh? Got a working link?
Later elect, good to have your straightforward opinion back where it needs to be.
Wow. Great catch on that tycoons-> 'oil and gas specialists' edit.
Our new partner is a guy that is 22 years old. Sigh.
All sells and we are green! lol
MMs are being gracious to those that want out...all sells and the bid has held and not gone down, and the ask up-ticked to .076 after those 100k were let go. Weird trading this one does.
You have to buy the shares back to cancel them.
http://www.ehow.com/how_6930178_cancel-shares-public-company.html
Companies issue shares of stock to raise capital. Each share of stock represents an ownership stake in the company. The company is referred to as a "public company," because shares can be purchased and owned by the public. A company that wants to cancel shares of its own stock must buy back those shares from the public before they can retire them. The process is not difficult, but certain rules must be followed to avoid fraud.
One million shares (depending on when they/if bought them back) would have cost them $120,000-60,000 dollars. That's no small sum for this company at this time...
Very good point. Would love to hear from grtn5 if he submitted that yet.
I really can't think of anything else besides a buy back. That or an error in the count, buts its been updated twice...
It has been updated twice now, and its the same number. I would definitely be interested in finding out as well.
Actually, the OS decreased by a million shares recently. What say you to that? Would love to hear from the company how that happened!
ditto. This should be talked about when the company actually makes money and has audited financial statements. For now its the best structure.
Yeah that was earlier this morning before the MMs dropped the ask a bunch. Soon, indeed.
Done. Thank you for that.
Wow 400k share goal? I hope you can get them at low prices. This float moves quickly if and when significant news comes out.
Cheers.
Could be an awesome decision if the Oakley report has any hard numbers in it! I wont hold my breath, but you never, never know with this company.
Word, shauno. Wonder why they had to get all twitter-esque and call them followers now. Kind of lame.
Are we going to see .08 today on nothing but air? And losing board marks daily? This stock is mystifying.
Post of the Day.
But I have one thing to add: these PRs are more like those gag presents you might get on Christmas morning. You know, the one where you open the box and there is another box and then another, and another, and so on. Until finally, you get to the last package and open it up and THEN there is the subscription for Home and Garden inside.
Yeah no worries there, just letting you know what I've experienced and heard about AON orders.
if you remove the AON it will go immediately. AON orders go to the bottom of the list and usually only one MM handles them.
Manipulation or?
Don't worry, someone already beat you to it...and we didn't go up.
Its trading odd even with this low volume. Down to 6 on 680 shares, up to .079 on 100 shares, then ask immediately lowered to .065 for the rest of the buys.
I do bet if you hit the ask it would go up though, lol.
Alright who smacked that for 100 shares? Come on...lol
edit: and then the mm lowered to .065 and more buys went through, typical.
I get where you are coming from, definitely. Its another case of having to wait for more facts and information to clarify what exactly is going on here.
edit: wow your daughter sure has some eclectic interests!
I saw that post of yours. What do you mean by:
And as I speculated, maybe the product inesment did not really come to fruition.
No more DD...I can't...take it!
Let's get that google street view to make sure its not a chinese restaurant or something, LOL.
Thanks, I know, I'm just having fun with the situation here.
hey man, last time I checked postulating and harassment were legal, well to a certain extent...
Do you know where Bilal is? DO YOU?
Same...it was an unusual use of the word tycoon, at least in context.
You think this 22yo guy just got thrust into the mainstream with a bunch of venture capital and a plan to build a huge storage facility with background help from his family, maybe?
Its odd, but its possible.
Jesss, yes, yes, and yes! It would be good, never said it was bad on the fundamentals here.
I majored in accounting, finance, and business management. I know exactly what would happen and it would definitely look a lot better from a new investor POV looking at MOPN for the first time.
Herein lies the problem: a lot of reverse splits I've tracked this year alone: ANX, BNVI for starters, went down a lot more than if they had not done a reverse split. Psychologically when I see my 100k shares turn into 10000 or whatever fraction less, I feel like I've lost something when in fact I have not lost anything as the proportions are the same: less shares higher price.
Many people doing due diligence want to know why the company has reverse split its stock, and if there is a history of doing so, as many stocks do it for nefarious reasons; ie: reverse split, dilute, dilute, reverse split again.
These are my thoughts on this matter, but they surely don't deny your claims to making MOPN, as an investment, more attractive.
I've done a bunch of searching for any bilal, all bilals...lots of records of names but I'm not going to pay to find out the information on some of the sites that may or may not have that info.
I'm still of the opinion he could be the son with the same name, but wouldn't there be a jr or the first or the second sir name?
Meh...I mean he is no Mark Zuckerberg of facebook fame, but who knows?
I thought we were on the save wavelength, maybe we still are, I'm sensitive to the reverse split you are postulating as it is usually the "kiss of death" in pinkyland regardless of its merits as you have so well stated here.
In regard to Q3, I was just reiterating that not all of us have high expectations. So I will let that be.
In telling you Charles holds half the OS I was just trying to state that this a very telling, and good thing to see with a pinksheets CEO. Most CEOS do not have the holdings of corporate stock he does.
If we still disagree, lets agree to disagree.
Hes most likely the wrong guy, jesss. We were joking around...
