mbumpt - the MSE acquisition will not be completed by this Friday Sept 14th
The GTGP stockholders will not receive the dividend of the private company that GTGP claims will make the MSE acquisition for another year, if ever
LOL,OK so will I ;) but if we keep putting dates and time frames on things we're only setting up ourselves for disappointment that all CMON JIM!!! ;)
choi, take some time to read the SEC filings
you will see that it is the very same MBS technology that was assigned to Solucorp.
the details of the third party testing entity are also provided in the SEC filings
take the time to review
It doesn't say MBS, and a third party verified by whom, and did you even read what she sent to you? That's horse chit...
narnia, thank you for posting that the MBS technology, when applied to power plants and tested by a professional third party "......is not economically viable and not competitive with other commercial products for mercury control that are currently available"
I was going to post this, but you beat me to it
thanks again
from your post:
Point Six:
During 2009, CoaLogix engaged an outside firm to assist CoaLogix with the determination of the economic viability of MetalliFix. On December 18, 2009, the outside firm issued its assessment that MetalliFix is not economically viable and not competitive with other commercial products for mercury control that are currently available. On December 30, 2009, the management of CoaLogix determined that a material impairment of MetalliFix had occurred. Accordingly, CoaLogix recorded an impairment charge of the remaining unamortized balance of the Solucorp license ($1.7 million) as well as associated assets (chemicals - $0.4 million and prepaid chemicals - $0.3 million).

Re: None Post # of 56491
THE EXCLUSIVE WORLDWIDE LICENSE FOR MBS FOR POWER/ENERGY PLANTS FOR 10 + 5 YEARS WAS SOLD TO A THIRD PARTY IN 2008 FOR $2.0 MILLION
GTGP CANNOT BENEFIT FROM MBS USE BY POWER/ENERGY PLANTS
www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/880984/000114420408029515/v114684_8k.htm
This is the reason why GTGP only discusses the 50/50 JV with Solucorp for cement plants
and never discusses energy/power plants use of the MBS product
Test 2......

theslybat, your post:
Haha except you are wrong about a few things.
One being Jim said in one of the releases that he has the rights for all uses including ones not previously covered by the original agreement.
sevenO, your post:
Are you speaking to us from 2011? Then yes, it would take a year to get those divvies
rip, your post:
Desperation is attacking the divies that one actually made me laugh out loud..gtgp is real and has all the exclusive licenses nuff said game over
buc, your post:
nobody can use it...just gtgp...there is no economic alternatives...why do you think the epa wants to benchmark it? why do you think ashgrove wants it?? they looked far and wide and all else is worthless!! cant compete!
Papa Bear, are you talking about this post?:
GTGP has a NO "monopoly" on anything to do with removal of mercury from cement/power/energy or other type of plants
It has an MBS exclusive on the soil remediation
but no license for cement plants - only a 50/50 JV
and
no license for energy/power plants
THE DIVIDEND OF THE PRIVATE COMPANY, GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS, INC., TO GTGP STOCKHOLDERS WILL NOT OCCUR FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR, IF EVER
more to come
buccaneer, your post:
but within that jv...NOBODY else can worm their way in...so its a monopoly.

Gomez, your post:
GTGP has the license agreements!
Nope
I don't post anything unless I already have the links and facts to back it up...
good luck there
You are posting a press release by GTGP showing the test results in an unnamed plant as tested by MSE, which is a RELATED PARTY....
The unsuccessful test results of the MBS product as tested by a true arms-length third party for the entity that acquired the 10 year EXCLUSIVE license for the MBS technology for energy/power plants will be posted shortly, including all links necessary to prove the point.
links?
sure, no problem
links coming up showing that the MBS technology used by GTGP has now become OBSOLETE due to a newer, better version of the MBS product patented by the same inventor of the original MBS that was assigned to Solucorp.
You must have the "other" company mixed up, because Solucorp sold the 10 year exclusive license for energy/power plants to a third party that paid several million dollars.
Link?
sure
Research the patents of Dr. Peter Hurley's company
Cylenchar Limited
The 10-year exclusive license to use the MBS technology for Power/Energy plants was purchased by a third entity in 2008.
GTGP cannot benefit from MBS technology in the power/energy sector.
THE MBS TECHNOLOGY USED BY GTGP IS OBSOLETE
The inventor, Dr. Peter Hurley has developed an MBS II that is a level above that used by GTGP
don't believe it?
just check the patents
