One being Jim said in one of the releases that he has the rights for all uses including ones not previously covered by the original agreement.

sorry, but according to the GTGP press releases, the GTGP website, and certain SEC filings that discuss the MBS process,

GTGP only has the license for the soil remediation

GTGP has a 50/50 JV with Solucorp for MBS cement plants

and finally

GTGP has no licensing agreements for MBS for energy/power plants
