Kudos to you RJ... Very balanced post ...I agree with a lot of it
No the extension alone isn't a major issue and we knew it was coming.
The big picture has to have clarity with company communications to display integrity to hold shareholders interest. The pattern isn't there yet. We have several mentions of future events with no direct results as of now. Which in simple terms, is added to their continuing MO with a different flavor. It's critical for EI to hold the utmost integrity until/if they get any number of these potential events off and running.
Purely from a company view...Trading ETNL is another story, and IMHO is the reason for their style.
How does EI figure the quarterly was filed on time with the filing of the NT extension ....
C'mon EI
Hey, it's about $4.65K more revenue over that outstanding 1st quarter in 2010.
Seriously, the MO hasn't changed in the past couple years as far as updates, predictions etc..... 2-3 years ago there were several things expected in the immediate pipeline updated to shareholders, including the ever apparent LOC, which by the way is being suggested as a done deal once again. Great if it is, but due to past EI communications, I prefer to see the deal finalized in concrete terms. Ironic or just coincidence, the latest "LOC" is updated during Buzzbahn's pump and dump? Why mention it when it's, by their own stating, 20-30 days down the road.
Who knows, maybe a larger share retirement (than the stated 5 million) will be in the works in the near future? Or another license or two that will make ETNL a 10M a year company?
BTW, more discounted shares @ .0027 & .003
It's not Buzzbahn's first rodeo with a pump on ETNL. They're very closely associated with North Atlantic Resources.
FYI...
10Q due today?? If not, an extension.
In reply to your PM.
I completely agree.
Sincerely, time will tell on that speculation. I'm not here to argue, was simply replying to a poster I respect whom I thought deserved a reply to a post sent my way.
Sorry dude. I'll do my best not to state an opinion or discuss viewpoints. Simply not worth the time to be baited into.
Good luck to you and Ole Miss.
Hello RJ -
I'm still deciphering all I can on EI. Give me some time and I'll will try to give you my thoughts. Sorry, 70 - 80 hour work weeks for the past 6 weeks has left little time for anything else. Finally have a couple of days off to catch up at home and we have visitors this weekend.
You seem to use sound judgement/reasoning. At this time, I'll only say dilution and more revs are the most relevant, but that's merely my novice opinion.
Best - as always
T
Good morning all:
I would in an instant give up every share of ETNL or any other stock I own to have the many departed veterans back for just one day.
The beaches at Normandy, jungles of Vietnam, defense of South Korea, sands of the Middle East, the horrific events in Germany (Eastern Europe) and the atolls of the Pacific. The two nearest to my roots are the death march of Bataan and 12/7/1941 attack of Pearl Harbor.
Freedom comes at a very steep price for many and their loved ones. It's definitely not free. War is brutal. Don't lose perspective.
Thanks to all my fellow vets - past and present.
Don't forget the latest tweet:
Our Q1 2010 report has been filed with the SEC and can be viewed on EDGAR. Operating Loss decreased 1,100% from the same period last year! about 3 hours ago via web
LOL
IMO...The most relevant number is the $56,000.00 in revenue for the quarter. Compared to quarter over quarter by year it isn't very impressive. To their credit, they adamently state they need 1.5M for 2010, like in 2009. Even by some chance they reach 300 - 400K in revs for 2010, they will still be operating at a seven digit deficit and with that most likely comes more dilution or loan shark financing in lieu of shares. Blame can be laid on comparison of Q1 09 and Q1 10 revs from the influx of casket sales in 09, but the reality is the numbers remain the same and it is not growth. Urn sales down also quarter to quarter. Heck, all they have to do is sell 20 medallions next quarter, then they can publish a 5,000% increase in that specific venue.

Hello EI management and corresponding IR network,
How's that new website coming along? It's been a month since the previous site went down and stated the new site, in so many words, would be outstanding.
Any more "we sure hope" there will be no more share increases into the summer as stated in the 4/7/2010 bulletin?
Is the "no adjective preceding" stated 5 million reduction in shares that got put on the backburner due to 10K restraints now being held up by unaudited 10Q restraints? 10K has been out for a sufficient period of time. Did circumstances suddenly change or is it simply an omission of disclaimer clarity? At least for what the company stated.
10Q? CEO as CFO, controller on the share..um payroll and still can't deliver timely auditless Q's?
Let's hear it.
Hey RJ -
I expect revs to hover around the same as Q4 09, with the exception of Matthews deal producing earlier than 2011.
New Division - My research on Frank C. shows a positive history. But, he has already been awarded shares by EI. Doesn't mean a major strike on new division or Frank. Just throws caution to the wind on EI continued courses of action.
Remember Eternal Remembrance and how it was portrayed as an extreme positive. We haven't heard anything about it since, to the best of my recollection. The comparison by me isn't all together fair, because (as far as we know) Eternal Remembrance cost EI nothing and Frank's division obviously has a price. We'll have to run the course to see if it profits, tweets sound good, but to be brutally honest EI's coms always have alot of bark with very little bite. Potential yes.... but so I thought the same with MLB, AKC and the early stages of PM line. CFA was also suppose to be active this spring, really don't want to speculate what happened with it.
IMO if they don't dramatically improve in the management of Eternal Image throughout 2010 and early 2011 it would be impossible to survive. Shareholders have given the company an extreme benefit of the doubt the past two years and in all honesty the same trend continues in relation to shareholders. Don't fall for the company is fine: the stock just sucks.
The dilution is the 800 lb. gorilla. Even through their stated restructering in 2008 and early 2009, the ATM remains as the mere constant. Why should anyone trust it won't continue?
People are pissed and no longer hold any trust over their stated 5M reduction. Yes, it wouldn't have made a significant change in structure, but it was clear to many, along with CEO small buys and the stated stop of dilution by EI, it was a bait and switch by EI with the resulting OS increases and sells. Those actions can't be casually dismissed and integrity instantly restored.
My friend, I can't say there won't be success in EI's future, but I can tell you their MO since 2007 and that definitely has to change.
Take care and prosperity... Hope EI comes through for the many whom backed them.
Gulf spill comparison to EI action... Props for the selective reasoning!!! Might snag a peep or two.
Probably about time to hear it's not EI's fault, blame it on the auditor.
New vatican line doesn't bust out the gate, would have to be Matthews error, not EI.
Amen.....
I bet that post was deleted faster than an ETNL O/S increase
Thanks RJ--
I couldn't agree more.
Take Care
Sorry, didn't really answer your question.
I also hope they don't have an increase (as mentioned) or split. I'll put in a market sell order without hesitation. Always a first for everything.
Hi RJ --
I'm replying to your board, so I'm certain you will get it.
Time will tell. As I stated, speculation, but I stand by the statement. You should have a good idea about me by now. I don't have the inclination to twist or have no life with the exception of oppressionistically controlling a message forum to better suit an association with a certain company.
At least Mytych put it on the record it won't happen. In reality, that doesn't it mean it's set in stone. Myself, I don't base EI DD purely on communications and statements made by them or their supporting cast.
I respect and enjoy your conduct and unbias knowledge. This doesn't apply to you RJ, but I don't need to be force feed all the good, bad and excuses Eternal Image has. We're quite capable and smart enough to garner them ourselves. But, we can share opinions and whatever scenarios our DD gives us. In the past, I've found many things I've shared with the EI forum, but I believe it's evolved into more of an extension of the company than a discussion forum. That is not good.
I'll say this my friend. It's possible for a company to have products (in this case licenses), be fully reporting and still be very shady. JMHO
As long as I have shares in any company, I will follow them to the best of my ability and compliment or scrutinize when applicable. Chronic excuses fall on death ears.
Take care... Saratoga
Glad to see CEO put it on the record. Only time will tell the next move by EI.
Like it was stated, speculation from source I believe in and has been dead-on in the past. Unforetunately, we all can't base our entire DD on company communications and statements. Wish we could.
All good points. I would rather see the stock moving forward and the till left alone, but it is what it is.
While digging for more DD through a very trusted source, it wasn't revealed , but stammered upon an increase in the AS to 1 billion shares. Speculation at this point, but the man has never done me wrong and I'd bet it's in the works and is going to happen. JMHO..... Time will tell, it makes sense though. They need funds, Matthews won't see anything probably until Q3, maybe Q4. Too bad the Matthews deal didn't happen one year earlier.
Anyone have any feedback on the website status or the cause of the last increase in OS.
Thx
EI forward split 36.5/1 probably on 5/10/2010 IMO..... ( Really haven't heard/seen this stated three/four times daily, but might as well give it a shot). Anybody's portfolio should be able to handle this, even on an elementary level.
Circumstances changed....
Accountability has to come to the forefront for EI at some point in time.
EI, solely on their own accord, feeds shareholders with assurances that are simply not followed through. What shareholders want done has no bearing on EI's own stated vs actual results/actions. The trend painfully continues. While the same rationalizations repeat.
It seems there are some similarities with the inevitable 2009 LOC and the present Matthews agreement. OS increases...Insider selling. PR the association with Selective Development, followed by the bold bulletin declaring Mastermind Venture Partners as the source to secure the desperately needed LOC. The only result was shares issued to those acting as in-betweens.
Credibility can't be stressed enough for myself. The record isn't exhibiting positive traits. Everyone is surely entitled to their points of view and opinions, it's each individuals dollars at stake for the outcome they desire.
Maybe one day the long lasting string of excuses will cease and EI will take the route of integrity. It can't come soon enough.
You would be well advised to primarily follow EI's actions (Not promises and expectations from EI and those associated with them). The Real Titan and Basser both gave detailed explanations from different perspectives.
IMO...EI simply can't be trusted. Follow the end results over time, not the everlasting future.
Trust yourself, noone else... Unless you personally know and more importantly trust them. Remember, bottom line this is about money. Some will go to any length possible to get satisfied. Throw ethics, integrity and honesty out with the trash in the type of environment this stock and company has put itself in.
I was once proposed the question -"What have the EI officers, besides time, have personally invested here?"
They loaned money to the company and got paid back with interest.
They do, contrary to what is stated, get a salary including a full health insurance package and car allowances.
Every major action is paid for in shares. It has been since the start and still continues this very day. This is done with the shares you, I and everyone else purchased.
So, the answer is nothing financially. Just mislead, lie and continue on. Sweet deal.
Of course, all IMO...
How convienent it is to have any form of communications cut off by EI during this turmoil? Website, IR being selective in answering relevant legitimate questions from shareholders. Come to your own conclusion. Also, the random need for EI connected sorts participating on message boards. Anyone, name one positive effect on the PPS after the connected post??
Several more events could be scrutinized with factual results on the stock, but whats the use.
If this means being labled a "naysayer", I'm dam proud of it.
Really lacks integrity... Doesn't it? Outright bait and switch IMO.
The 5 million shares wouldn't have made hardly any difference in the structure, but to state it and then sell and increase the OS is pure BS. The MO hasn't changed, just different ways of accomplishing the deeds. All of this with Matthews sitting on the back burner.
Maybe they can spark interest with a small buy, then wait a short while then initiate a multi-million sell. OOPS, already happened.
Don't sweat it gang, will probably get word from an EI connection and everything will be fine again. After all, we just comprehend everything wrong.
Geez... They're like the energizer bunny...keep going & going. Maybe its from getting the 10K completed. Whoops sorry, that was the stated ETNL reduction of shares.
I'm sure we'll hear "structured" reasons behind yet another recent increase.
Here's the next one to go. They pretty much had free will of the financial sector of this great country from 2000-2008.

My timing was off, actually it was last May. My apologies.
sec.gov/news/press/2009/2009-117.htm
It was based more on alleged fraud and deception in a collabortive nature. Most recall the reactions to this issue and was the subject in the prior post.
I won't compromise anothers confidentiality, but my instinct tells me you realize the board and the parties affected.
Hey, I don't have any major problems with the HUB, but I do know, not including Admin, there are abuses by individuals elected to positions of authority. Neutrality is better served in actions versus the stating of words.
Posters that attack others in PM show the same lack of integrity as those that stand in public. Of course that is the public posts that are allowed to remain, it's usually dependent on the association of the party posting and the moderation of the board. Admin does a great job, but simply can't keep up with the volume generated here daily.
I agree..I also enjoy Ihub in alliance with the conditions everyone signed up for and are still in place. I seen a number of fellow Hubbers who went off the deep end, specifically on the charges against the site ownership a couple of years ago. Some have flipped back and claim all is great now, but geez what nasty comments and inuendos were made at that time. Same with stocks, people will one day slam the hell out them and their management, then turn 180 degrees and lecture others on displaying their opinions to a lesser extent than the lecturers prior position. Amazing isn't it.
There are some serious, no agenda members here that have helped myself and others immensely. I'll always relay my gratitude to them, but most of that is done by personal email now, some aren't even free members any longer.
Numerous boards here to follow..Agreed, NFL and other sports boards are great to follow...Great forums to peruse..
Cheers and prosperity.. Saratoga
Wow..sad situation where things get so out of hand and the escalation reaches FBI level involvement.
A fellow poster was called out by an assistant moderator, whom threatened physical harm to him over issues that were relevant to the stock they were discussing. The poster in turn sent the asst. his address and phone number. Needless to say, a very cowardly display of conduct. I would have done the same and set up whatever type of meeting they desired. Absolutely no excuse for that personal mode of operation.
It would suit me just fine to throw out the aliases and operate in an environment where everyone is responsible for their own actions without hiding in their own amazement of themselves.
Unfortunatly, that change will never happen. Some really enjoy and prosper in their oppressionistic secretive form.
Thanks for the info.
I've had many phone conversations with Tony the past couple of years. You're right, he is pleasent to talk to. But, email is also a very accepted/encouraged means of communication and warrants a reply to legitimate IR related inquiries.
Thanks jdojax.
I keep up with EI/ETNL pretty well, but never seen anything from them on David's status. Maybe I missed it.
I'll assume that explains why no reply from EI IR on the matter.
Maybe someone here has an answer to this, I emailed Tony early yesterday, but never received a response:
What is David DeAvila's status with Eternal Image?
Is he active now?
If not, is he returning to EI?
If so, when?
If not, have they cut ties?
Thanx
Great!!!!
Get it done.
I stick to my guns...Keep the fingers out of the till.
All true....
It's not all about 07/08 dilution or gratifications as you mentioned.
Bring on the $1mil in revs... but stop the questionable relationships with those already mentioned, so this stock can sustain some stability with its present and draw new shareholders. That's the gist of my point LFM. Stay out of the till. Obviously, all may not agree, but it's holds a lot of water (not Highwater..LOL) with "our" investment. Argumentive debate isn't going to change the end results. EI needs to business plan professionally and personally within the share structure shareholders will support. After following EI for 3 1/2 years, Matthews is the #1 prospect that holds good promise, now just to get EI to wean the old ways.
BTW.... I have no connections to bring that kind of capital to EI in your previous post..LOL
No problem. No need to apologize, just wanted it understood as stated. If Matthews works out, it will help alleviate those issues.
I can relate to the plumbing..been there - done that too many times..
That isn't what was said. I never stated EI issued shares to them specifically for promotional purposes, but once the shares were issued to specific sources, ie.. BB - EA THEY did run promotions.
Fundamentally, the more reason for EI to stop ongoing affairs (loans in lieu of shares) with these sorts. Good grief, do we need to mentioned the recent transaction with Highwater? They got a better deal with NAR (IMO), that's how bad it was.
C'mon, let's not turn relevant honest statements into spin.
To draw attention to the stock, they need to break the pattern and refrain from the historic selling and rewarding of shares. Good prospects with Matthews, buckle down and give it a shot to come to fruition without alienating shareholders any further then they already have.
I didn't say they did.
The ones they give shares to, ie.. Emerald, Buzzbahn, two for example, sponsor some of the promotions. No spin here
EDIT : Furthermore, it seems to be the "status quo", but it wouldn't upset me to see EI stop doing business with the forementioned types all together. Integrity would expotentially improve.
