Hahaha..LOL Al
Yes, Emerald is an affiliate of N. Atlantic. It's either in the 08 or 09 10-K.
Pretty much one of the same.
Best to ya Al
I still get a chuckle on this statement from Eternal Image's 09 10-K:
Thanks Al.... My mix up between Atlantic and Emerald. Same hook in the game, but definitely two seperate entities.
Do you recollect or maybe find the post from the other source. EA (at one time) I believe.
For every action there is a reaction. The executed means Eternal Image utilized is as plain as day.
The documentation is right there for rational comprehension.
IMO, one of the MO's for Eternal Image was to put the concentration on deference of facts to readily cover the actual events that contributed in EI's real "modus operandi".
IMHO
Thanks for all your unbias fact based research on Eternal Image. It may at times not seem appreciated, but there's plenty that want clarity over fantasy.
Covert threats have always been used as a primary tool for this Eternal Image scam to carry on. Pay no attention to them. They have no validity.
Thank you for your honest aboveboard legitimate efforts with Eternal Image. It sure had to be a conflict at times to see this unfold knowing the ethical conduct you concretely follow in your chosen profession that extends into everything else you do. That's far and few between in present day times. With the Eternal Image gang as a prime example; there's no limit what some will do when it comes to a buck.
When EI PR'd their USMC license it really made my stomach turn when Clint stated how honored the company was to represent the Corp. Honor should never be thrown around like a bean bag. One can be assured the EI dirtbags have no sense or meaning of honor. Especially when it comes to capitalize on our armed forces.
Best Regards
IMHO
Eternal Image Bankrupt
Eternal Image, Inc is official licensee of Major League Baseball; the Vatican; Precious Moments; KISS; Star Trek; fine Universities; US Marines; Boy Scouts, and more. Well, not anymore.
On April 13, 2012, Aerotek, Inc., Catholic Digest, Waterloo International Funeral Services, Memorial Arts Studio and Covington Box & Packaging, Inc. filed an involuntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 against Eternal Image, Inc. in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. The total claim amount of the petitioning creditors was $0.38 million. The petitioning creditors are represented by Mimi D. Kalish of Stillman Law Office as their legal counsels (source).
There was a hearing scheduled on June 22, 2012 but that hearing was cancelled. There isn’t much information about the details of the involuntary bankruptcy being made public yet. We do have copies of the legal documents filed but are awaiting word on what information out of those documents we are allowed to share.
Here are a few things that we do know:
¦Eternal Image claims to have al,ost no assets, and liabilities are upwards of $3.1 million
¦Eternal Image president Clint Mytych secured funding of $8,000 from his grandparents to pay the retainer fee for an attorney to prepare documents and represent Eternal Image in the bankruptcy
¦EternalImage.net, the companies website is no longer online
We have heard from distributors for Eternal Image that product in the past year has been virtually impossible to get, inventory was not existant, and drastic changes had been made to the MLB urns because EI had to switch manufactures after they were cut-off by the previous manufacturer due to unpaid bills.
The MLB products seemed promising when launched in 2008. Eternal Image even secured a 10 minute spot on ESPN’s Outside the Lines.
Once we have more information we will be sure to share, but we have to ask: what did you think of Eternal Image? Did you ever offer their product? What lead to their demise?

I agree..
If Clint starts a private company it will be alot of bluster and bravado that will result in very limited or no success.
IMHO
Welcome back!!!!!!
When I get time I'll post a chronological series of real events that transpired enabling Eternal Image to pursue their scam.
IMHO
No doubt it's become boring. Maybe that's what happens when a scam company like Eternal Image can no longer spread fantasies, false character assessments and outright lies concerning the company & stock through it's main channels.
No need for the unexpecting public to worry, just like there was Driven Image prior to Eternal Image, Clint and gang will continue on to the next shady adventure. It won't be easy with several keeping tabs, but they can't stop a good <cough> thing.
IMHO
Absolutely.... The proof is in the pudding, this is the only constant Eternal Image has exhibited and followed through with from the onset. No matter how EI tries to distance itself from the obvious one cannot dispute reality.
IMHO
More than likely the CEO cashed in 100,000 of self-awarded shares.
Why change the standard mode of operation.
Then again, LOL, maybe it was a Private Investor, that's the latest illusion coming forth from Eternal Image.
IMHO
If and when this comes to pass there will be nothing left to have a stock discussion board about. If people are disparaging a PRIVATE COMPANY on a stock discussion board I am sure that there will be legal action taken by the company to stop this practice.
No misrepresentation on that statement. Very pointed and crystal clear. It's duly noted.
Eternal Image has blown smoke on the same basis in the past. Funny though, the entire time the past threats of legal action were made the only legal processes in motion were filed by Catholic Digest and the temp agency EI stiffed when they hired a controller to support their CEO/CFO amongst being overwhelmed by incoming business.
Same old song and dance.
Also, I agree... to take a public company, Eternal Image, into bankruptcy and create another company under the same premise private would draw boatloads of attention from several sources and would add fuel to the fire for any forum.
I can't see them having success privately. They had MLB under a license agreement and failed. That's a major draw alone and EI dropped the ball. No pun intended. Privately they can't sustain anything without shares to keep them in business. With the proven history of these characters there's little chance of private partners letting the EI associated carry on.
IMHO
That's a pretty poor defense for Eternal Image to take.
Because of numerous other scams that are portrayed it makes it entirely above board for Eternal Image to operate in the same fashion?? And then attempt to lead thinking of it's ones personal responsibility to uncover the legitimatcy (or lack of) of these crooks whom operate under the guidelines of the SEC????
WOW!!!!!!!!!
IMHO
Let's not forget to keep a close eye on this:

I could hear the Eternal Image guardianship rustling out of their slumber while reading this post. LOL
This entire Eternal Image scam had it's success by means similar to what you mentioned. Once the exclusive control was obilterated Eternal Image lost its edge of manipulation, collusion and oppression. They still amassed about $2M amongst themselves IMO, so they better keep up the charade of defense and distancing. Eternal Image puts on a "silence", but they've used that tactic from close to the onset.
Eternal Image's enterprise will continue to attempt to put the focus on shareholder responsibilty while their scam prospered. Accusing people of major losses for their own scam actions. That in its core speaks volumes of the "hands off" participation.
All IMHO
Best wishes and success in all you do Al.
Those same characters associated with Eternal Image will surface again and hopefully will be exposed for what they truly are.
Without knowing you personally I have a very high deal of respect in the manner you handle yourself here. Unique and solid.
Very best regards
IMO.... There is no chance that anyone was paid to lead to the demise of Eternal Image...I believe the very opposite holds more tangible value.
The "demise" theory is merely a diversionary tactic dreamed up so the Eternal Image scam could falsly bear weight, and at other times to build commentary to defend participation in the same.
IMHO
The results of "speaking with Eternal Image (mis)management" are quite obvious. The one thing that should be addressed by the proper entities is the blatant collusion EI exhibited along a wide range of avenues.
The defense of attempting to lay blame on shareholders to take the focus off the Eternal Image enterprise is disgusting.
That dog doesn't hunt.
No EI wasn't on the current list.
Thanks for keeping us apprised with your excellent DD on Eternal Image!!!!
Same old MO for EI.... Probably not an attorney available that would take on shares of ETNL to represent them with Chapter 7.
If it's not associated with pumping their company and stock resulting in personal gain for the entire Eternal Image enterprise I doubt one would hear anything from them concerning events that happen in "reality land".
IMHO
Ha.... I figured the Eternal Image enterprise would just dial "9" prior to their number so they could somehow jusitfy in their own minds their <cough> business model.
There is future hope on cracking down on these scams:
