All short lists are at least 30 days old and don't even cover what the MM's short.
Morning I'll be posting tech charts on my alerts board over the next few months.
One of the reasons is over supply in solar panels, estimates I've heard is around 75% so looks like only a few will survive.
To much risk IMO especially in this market.
Who knows where the shorts would have took it without that news.Probably below that low of 4.23
A lot of that pop was short covering because the news had no substance like dates or contracts so the shorts have piled back on.
Only two ways I'm gonna play it without catching a falling knife.
That would be to play the gap at 4.50 or wait for it to be above all moving averages and the indicators cooperating.
It held the 10 lets see if it bounces of the 20 at 6.03 if it even tests it.
My WAG is it bounces from 6.15 back to the 5 unless we get a complete sell off then all bets are off.
I plan on getting back in because it does have potential but might be awhile.
Looks like they are done keeping the price depressed by selling warrants or inventory to keep the bottom line in line.
Its getting a tad harder to get filled at bid, soon it will be nothing but an assk slapin party.
Picked up somemore ESPH at .45 and FTWR at 1.06 and 1.07.
LOL What a sneaky way to side with your bud who I kicked off one of my boards. To put such an absurd number like that out there might harm your rep.
FYI The .70's were already a double bottom and its never been that low as you referenced.

PS Watch the aroon come up through the 20 MA.
Handle the truth....LMFAO Like I go play just anything without doing my DD. FTWR to 1.75 to 2.00. MARK THIS POST

It could be the Fund Managers who are starting this action.
What are the allegations in the complaint? The complaint alleges that during the Class Period, defendants issued materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company's business and prospects. Specifically, defendants misrepresented and/or failed to disclose that: (i) revenues from the Company's WiMAX products were declining; (ii) the Company was not in position to generate any meaningful revenues from sales of 4G LTE products until late 2012; (iii) the Company's largest customer, HTC, and the industry in general, was focusing more on 4G LTE offerings as opposed to WiMAX products offered by the Company; (iv) the Company would not experience sales growth during 2011 and in fact would experience sales declines during that period; (v) the Company was becoming increasingly more dependent upon sales from its largest customer, HTC, and sales from that customer had declined and would continue to decline; and (vi) as a result, defendants' positive statements about the Company were lacking in a reasonable basis of fact and were materially false and misleading when made. Based upon the foregoing, the complaint charges certain of the Company's officers and directors with violations of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
ESPH is a buy the dips and hold. FTWR should double from here, could possibly go a tad lower so scale in IMO.

Meanwhile check out FTWR,possibe entry lower but its going to 2.00.
It might take a while but almost every stock puts in a double bottom and until they show a profit around the second Q of 2012 gives plenty of time to watch for entry. GL
Did ya know the street sweeper buys on the way up while gathering info to attack and then short? There by making a killing both ways.
They found some good BS from ESPH X CEO's past but the Company is about to go cash flow positive while paying off debt and retiring Warrants. TICK TOCK
Look for 6.15 Monday and I would jump back in around 4.50.
Its not for me to say why they didn't report material events on their IPO but its a red flag to me.I'll wait for cash flow positive or orders. GL

Its what the market thinks and I heard the talking heads on CNBC last few weeks talking about how they were losing money. Be carefull.
I just put it back on my screen but was to late,i thought. SFD
Most of the time you want to find support on a stock and buy at bid,if it doesn't come to you then move to another.
In your case or with thinly traded [undervalued IMO] stocks its prudent to assk a chartist where to scale in at 4 different price points.
For example this morning I have a bid in for FTWR at 1.19,I hope I get filled and it rockets back up.If it dips like to 1.11 I'll buy again.
All I know is they are keeping the price down while people load,I have tried to go above them on bid, like when they are at .41 and I'll go 4999 at .412 but never a fill,if I show at .412 they jump ahead.
From the 10Q filed 8/9/2011
Warrants have decreased dramatically.
Big blocks at bid and assk.
Only explanation is MM's,mostly CSTI are selling to each other and also insiders could be selling to a preferred investor.
