RLTR Chart looking better today- http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=RLTR&p=D&b=5&g=0&id=p99279280841
I am not feigning offense. I realize the gravity of the situation but I also realize everything isn't known yet. Time will tell. Why are you here to rub salt in peoples wounds? Get a high from the juice of the negative energy? Get lost.
Loanstew,
3) I have said that based on his post history he seems to have had prior knowledge of the suspension and traded on it. I think it is worth investigating since it appeared he was encouraging people to file complaints. I am saying it looks suspicious and is worthy of investigation. Nothing will be known unless he is investigated.
As for the mods I haven't seen anything posted from them knowing of the suspension before hand so I don't see it as an issue. As for large shareholders, the one's I speak to and I'm not talking about the moderators, they did not have a clue that a suspension was coming.
2) I am not going to try and make sense of his actions since it makes no sense why somebody would spend so much precious time bashing a stock even now while it is on the greys. That is not normal nor is setting up an ihub board designed for the same purpose.
1) Ditto. It is a common mistake to think that people at lower levels of awareness (I'm not talking about intelligence here)will process information and act on it in the same way that a normal person would.
I have not been hypocritical. I am holding over 9 million shares here. Ice traded the stock while bashing it buying and selling and finally sold out prior to what he called D-Day. I am basing my statements on Ice's posts.
I do feel that he should be investigated for that. If he didn't doi anything then fine but his posts are highly suspicious.
As for audited financials I am not happy that we haven't seen them yet because we should have. They are the only thing that will answer everybodys concerns. In my mind Plant has a limited amount of time to release them before his larger shareholders start using thier resources to his detriment. I do hope he delivers because fraud is not an option.
I am done with you my time is too valuable to waste on you.

Smartmoney,
1.If he knew, why would he not have told Danno123, who has as his signature that he is holding shares from nine different purchases?
2.If he knew, why would he continually post, continually encourage people to try and challenge him, if he knew in the end it would be his undoing?
3.Why are you so bent on accusing him of this, and silent when it comes to the mods and others on this board who spoke of the phone calls, the meetings, the "we've got access to the T/A" when nobody could, and then suddenly stopped posting or posted VERY infrequently, and NEVER revealed their holdings to the board set up to deal with the supposed naked short position?
I believe you are being hypocritical, and not letting logic get you to realize that Iceman sold because he saw the red flags, flags that were deleted on this board by the very people who have stopped posting, and that it was merely a very fortunate coincidence (for the pumpers who are trying to villify him) that just 10 days later the stock would be suspended.
Everyone talks of audited financials, I don't believe we'll see them anytime soon. But I get the feeling that there are some on this board who will use that as an excuse to "quiet the crowd" whenever reality seems to be hitting hardest.
Think, people, please.
IMO/FWIW
That is not true. There is great uncertainty around this stock right now but there has been zero evidence proving this to be a scam. Audited financials will be the only thing to reassure the market. Time will tell but when you say that the facts say this is a scam your but cheeks are flapping.
His post history does make it look like he knew the suspension was coming and traded on that knowledge.
OK you just want to ignore the facts and stick with the fiction on this. You don't know what part of SQUM's revenue was from the CKYS order since it is over 12 months. SQUM issued the PR first I just proved it. The issue if it is one would affect SQUM more since it would affect thier revenues directly. I don't think it is an issue for either company and it certainly isn't an issue for CKYS if there is a problem with SQUM's revenues.
Yourv question on share structure: I find it hard to believe they would still have a phony share structure on thier website at this point but to answer your question honestly I don't know and nobody will until audited financials are released.
Ice, No if you look at the times SQUM PR'd it almost 2 hours prior to CKYS's PR since they were both eastern time on the PR's.

I asked Mark at SQUM why it wasn't on Yahoo and he said he had no idea but it was on thier website. He also said the order was over 12 months and that is why the ammount of the order is more than thier 4rth quarter revenues.
I am not stuck on this I am just correcting you and helping you get the facts since that is what you want. If you remember you were questioning SQUM's numbers and why they were less than the 2.2 million order from CKYS. I have said I don't think it is an issue and I am glad that you now agree with that. I think SQUM's growth in the 4rth quarter was good I hope to see more of it.
Just thought I'd help you get to the bottom of SQUM's revenues since you were concerned.
Ice,
Then I guess it isn't an issue. BTW The PR source was SQUM. Thier PR came out earlier and CKYS just repeated the same basic PR.

Makes sense. And I agree this is a non issue for CKYS at this point more of an issue for SQUM if it is one at all which I don't think it will turn out to be one anyway. CKYS has the SEC to deal with right now.
I think both companies value each others business and neither is dependant ont he other at this point since SQUM has other distributors and CKYS has other products.
.
You can call SQUM it might be easier and quicker. This is the guy I spoke to. I got right through so you may want to call them if you think SQUM is not on the up and up. He said the order was over 12 months.
Below is SQUM's original PR.

I won't be selling for a few years.
SQUM revenues increased this last quarter didn't they? I'm sure CKYS's 2.2 million purchase order contributed to that growth. It seems the two companies have a synergistic relationship and each would consider the other important to its success.
Oh I know I am looking at this as a long term investment. I am just confused to why both quotes are used but I guess you are saying you'd have to negotiate you sale and the price would be somewhere between the two quotes.
I see, well I am glad you are enjoying your self.
Sorry for sounding stupid here but which price would we get if we were going to sell?
TIA
I haven't been following here too much since I look at this as a long term investment. What is the difference then between the two quotes? Why use a quote different than the central bank?
Thanks and GLTY
Janice, You have said you never post on stocks that you own so what is your purpose here? It would seem that it isn't to warn us against a potential investment hazard since the SEC did that when they suspended the stock. You never posted here before then.
1279 on Central Bank of Iraq website.
Right on all counts.
Agreed.
That isn't true. You are saying you lost money because of what you call Jim's lies yet wouldn't his what you call disciples have lost money for believing his lies too. Yet you want to see them suffer for what believing his lies longer? No you are getting off on it.
I understand that you really don't know any better and are a miserable person and probably don't even know what it feels to be happy in life but go away already we really don't need you here to sound alarms we are already being investigated.
Only A/F's will tell if Plant is telling the truth or not.
Wow! So you really do get off on watching people suffer and possibly lose thier hard earned money. You must be a very unhappy person to seek pleasure in other peoples pain.
I think he'll have to provide audited financials before any talk of uplisting comes out of his mouth again.
OK thanks. I will follow my stop closely.
Plant has told several people the same thing. The snow storms postponed the deposition until the the 7th.
He is giving his deposition tomorrow.
Hi Ken, how does RLTR look to you?

Yes I asked Mark from SQUM why that was and he said he had no idea why it wasn't there on Yahoo. It is still on SQUM's website though.
http://www.sequiam.com/prelease.asp
Like I posted earlier SQUM said the order is over 12 months so I think it should reflect in each quarter for SQUM and show continued growth. Continuous shipments of product and receipt of payments over the 12 month period that should help SQUM grow.
The only thing I am not sure of is if that 12 month period started in the summer with the first order or started in November with this last order.
Maybe he works for ihub...lol
PCE by neglecting to respond to the SEC letters he was negligent by definition. Not really an opinion there. I would say there are 0% odds that Plant has the audited numbers with him in DC. That is an opinion.
PCE what you are describing is negligence and or incompetence. I think we can recover as long as fraud is also not the case and the only way that the investment community will know that is if Plant releases audited numbers that verify revenues and share structure. He has a limited amount of time to do that before it goes from bad to worse for him.
NP I thought you were invested in SQUM and wanted to know why thier numbers didn't add up on the 4rth quarter so I called and asked. The way i see it is if SQUM's filings are bad that is SQUM's problem. CKYS has thier own right now.
I thought we were talking about SQUM here. I think I remember they released the PR first. They said the order was over 12 months. I took that to mean there will be continuous shipments and payments over that time period. Some were probably made when the PR came out and will continue over time.
I am saying it is great news because SQUM still has the order it was just over a 12 month period. That is why thier 4rth quarter earnings were less than the 2.2 million dollar order. Of course the filing will tell all. I just called SQUM to find out if they still had the order.
And no I am not saying none of it was shipped or paid for I am saying all of it wasn't. Read my prior post and the excerpt from the PR.
Great news. That purchase order was over a 12 month span according to SQUM. I called and asked. If you read this from the PR it says the order is part of an agreement signed earlier in the year. Must of been an increase to the existing order with part of it for immediate delivery.
CyberKey Solutions placed a $2,250,000 order for Sequiam fingerprint identification OEM technology in accordance with the terms of a manufacturing and distribution agreement signed earlier this year between the two companies, in which Sequiam agreed to manufacture biometrics products for CyberKey and is expected to develop and privately label a CyberKey line of biometric security solutions to counter threats of criminal intrusion, privacy violation and identity theft. Could have had payment terms of 45-90 days.
I am not too familiar with the VWAP but it is nice to see it starting to go up. Hopefully we have bottom and that will continue tomorrow.
