Loanstew,

3) I have said that based on his post history he seems to have had prior knowledge of the suspension and traded on it. I think it is worth investigating since it appeared he was encouraging people to file complaints. I am saying it looks suspicious and is worthy of investigation. Nothing will be known unless he is investigated.

As for the mods I haven't seen anything posted from them knowing of the suspension before hand so I don't see it as an issue. As for large shareholders, the one's I speak to and I'm not talking about the moderators, they did not have a clue that a suspension was coming.

2) I am not going to try and make sense of his actions since it makes no sense why somebody would spend so much precious time bashing a stock even now while it is on the greys. That is not normal nor is setting up an ihub board designed for the same purpose.

1) Ditto. It is a common mistake to think that people at lower levels of awareness (I'm not talking about intelligence here)will process information and act on it in the same way that a normal person would.

I have not been hypocritical. I am holding over 9 million shares here. Ice traded the stock while bashing it buying and selling and finally sold out prior to what he called D-Day. I am basing my statements on Ice's posts.

I do feel that he should be investigated for that. If he didn't doi anything then fine but his posts are highly suspicious.

As for audited financials I am not happy that we haven't seen them yet because we should have. They are the only thing that will answer everybodys concerns. In my mind Plant has a limited amount of time to release them before his larger shareholders start using thier resources to his detriment. I do hope he delivers because fraud is not an option.

I am done with you my time is too valuable to waste on you.

Smartmoney,
1.If he knew, why would he not have told Danno123, who has as his signature that he is holding shares from nine different purchases?
2.If he knew, why would he continually post, continually encourage people to try and challenge him, if he knew in the end it would be his undoing?
3.Why are you so bent on accusing him of this, and silent when it comes to the mods and others on this board who spoke of the phone calls, the meetings, the "we've got access to the T/A" when nobody could, and then suddenly stopped posting or posted VERY infrequently, and NEVER revealed their holdings to the board set up to deal with the supposed naked short position?
I believe you are being hypocritical, and not letting logic get you to realize that Iceman sold because he saw the red flags, flags that were deleted on this board by the very people who have stopped posting, and that it was merely a very fortunate coincidence (for the pumpers who are trying to villify him) that just 10 days later the stock would be suspended.
Everyone talks of audited financials, I don't believe we'll see them anytime soon. But I get the feeling that there are some on this board who will use that as an excuse to "quiet the crowd" whenever reality seems to be hitting hardest.
Think, people, please.
