OK you just want to ignore the facts and stick with the fiction on this. You don't know what part of SQUM's revenue was from the CKYS order since it is over 12 months. SQUM issued the PR first I just proved it. The issue if it is one would affect SQUM more since it would affect thier revenues directly. I don't think it is an issue for either company and it certainly isn't an issue for CKYS if there is a problem with SQUM's revenues.

Yourv question on share structure: I find it hard to believe they would still have a phony share structure on thier website at this point but to answer your question honestly I don't know and nobody will until audited financials are released.
