justfrank, I think this is a fine example.
Since HICC was suspended for failing to file in the last 7 years, GTEM has around 5 more years of trading life remaining.
Thanks, cygnus, I was beginning to worry.
Cole, are you saying.......
that the financials are done and that Weinberg and GTEM are purposely withholding their release? Why would Weinberg do this or be allowed to do this with the SEC involved?
If Weinberg knows about this reputation for fraud, could they not place a disclaimer or opinion in their audit to state they noticed this fraud in the books and distance themselves from the mess?
Maybe you should share your theories with the SEC as I am sure they would be interested in hearing about the fraud that they may have missed, which is only now, being discovered by Weinberg.
With a possible settlement being negotiated in the 2nd half of July, I am sure they would be very appreciative of any evidence that would prevent them from making such a mistake.
This fraud seems so self evident to you, yet the SEC still allows GTEM to trade and release PR's about demonstrations in Stuttgart for government officials.
How do you explain the SEC's lack of personal charges against anyone currently within the company, and why do you feel the SEC has allowed the company to continue trading in the face of what is evident to you?
Risk, who are the half dozen other companies, what production models do they have, and how does their functionality compare to what Sans-Tao are attempting to accomplish?
The previous Airchain/Strat video is no longer there...maybe an update coming? That is the one I am interested in seeing updated.
JPAD - Army's Joint Precision Airdrop program:
http://www.army.mil/aps/08/information_papers/transform/Joint_Precision_Airdrop_System.html
Development is onging so there is obvious need and interest in this type of tech.
they updated the SAS-51 footage again - longer and with added text commentary.
more stills on SAS-51. EOM
I hope they add footage from the other products and not just SAS-51.
there's a new one....better camera quality. There are three "video" thumbnails but they are all the same new footage. The date on one of the picture in picture cameras says 6/26 (edited...need glasses..thought it said 6/23)

here are some....
Mide and Shake...glad to get secondary confirmation. Yes, Pacer is a tad pricey because they charge per page viewed, but it has been worth it to get the latest info pertaining to the ongoing court battles.
Other court cases get posted here as well and I appreciate those too as you have to take the bad with the good. Unfortunately, it also seems that some only post the bad and do not share the good. This was good from the standpoint of the SEC is willing to sit down at the table. Let's hope that Miranda and the others at Hinshaw can clear this up for us. Still not out of the woods yet, and maybe no settlement will be reached in July, but this is the first indication that the prosecution is willing to put this behind them since the formal charges were filed.
https://pacer.login.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/login.pl?court_id=00idx
Unfortunately, it's not free.
FYI - as we all await the results of the Stuttgart demos, here is a promising piece of info:
A recent court filing from Pacer is an unopposed motion for GTEM counsel, Miranda Fritz, to participate via telephone rather than in person due to logistical reasons. David Hartnett is FL based attorney for Hinshaw while Miranda is located in NY.
Anyway, point #8 of the document says that GTEM and SEC lawyers have agreed to meet, in person, during the 3rd week of July to fully explore a possible resolution of claims against GTEM.
If the previous Motion to Dismiss (response due 7/14/08) is denied, this sounds like the next logical step.
Good observation Swami. Based on that date, the S2A theory is indeed, scratched. Maybe TAO fron 2006, maybe not. Best to wait for official confirmation.
Sure looks like the one from the webcam shots. Nose looks stubbier and tail section looks different from existing airship photos, but lighting is poor as well. Could it be the redesigned, retrofitted S2A from Palmdale?
Thanks for sharing this serious1.
swami, you bring up a great point. Why do goverment entities continue to travel and associate themselves with Sanswire/GTEM/TAO demonstrations?
4 times?! Not to mention the CWID trials too. Hanging out with these guys must be a barrel of laughs, the food is good, demo locations are great vacation spots, or.....they have some interesting technology that might prove to be useful.
Was Vern's gas management really that innovative? I'll have to give the man some credit. If he is instrumental in our eventual success, I hope he benefits as much as the rest of us.
Thank you BB! Are you manning the cam or are you located closer to the action? I want to believe we are witnessing a Sans/TAO product? Can you verify whether it is SAS-51/LOTTE?
Sorry, had to ask after the rooftop pix from earlier in the year. Also, I believe Zepplin NT flys around there sometimes and maybe one of their ships could have been mistaken for one of ours in that photo.
Thanks again.
JMHO, I think there will be a PR, but not until after the sessions have concluded. At least, that is what they did before. I don't remember ever seeing a release in the middle of a meeting/demo.
On a side note, GTEM has filed a motion to dismiss the 4th and 5th claims of the SEC suite. These points are the ones dealing with GTEM's liability for the actions of its employees - Lynch, Jiminez, Monterosso. The remaining claims dealing with filings and Huff's collateral were not included as far as I could tell from the summary.
Haven't read the whole thing so can't comment on much. Will do so later.
Response due by 7/14/08.
Cole, asking your broker or IR might be a good place to start or you might try Googling. I found this:
http://eventuring.kauffman.org/resources/resource.aspx?id=33526
Hope that helps.
runandadd, I don't quite understand all the details either, but based on what others have said, I believe that if the funding is coming from a private placement, that the only time the placement gets announced is when it is "fully" subscribed meaning they sold all the shares that were earmarked in the placement.
Also, if all the money that has been generated by the private placement is used for operational expenses, and not hoarded by the company, they don't need to disclose that as well.
Maybe the PR about Sanswire-Tao was necessary for disclosure reasons because cash and shares did exchange hands. Details on the amounts will probably need to come out at some point but I am not sure of how long of a grace period is allowed.
All positives as they received the money from somewhere, TAO desires to consumate a partnership, and we still trade. Now, they need to show us that this new group, including Bernd Kroplin, can execute where previous management could not.
BB, yes - while the video looks the same, the text that you reposted was removed from the webpage.
Mt bigsky, this is a Google translation of, what I think, is the parachute system. Also, I think the STRATXX project was thinking of using a glider system for the same purpose of payload recovery.
Parachute recovery system
Recovery of a payload systems and unmanned altitude platform in case of system failure
Use the altitude platform
Flight experiments of air worm
in medium altitudes (<10km)
at high altitudes (up to 20km)
Guided Fallschirmabwürfe
Precise Abwürfe of goods from the aircraft
Tragkapazität of 1t possible to 5t
System requirements
Unfolding at high speeds and at high altitudes
Autonomous control system on board
Control modes: manual, goal-oriented, autonomous
Based on the last 10-K/A.
Can you prove there are less or more?
That was the point of bringing it up. If GTEM richly benefited from the Neuhaus deal, I would like to see where money was exchanged - I went searching, but maybe I missed it.
As you said, cream rises to the top - you maybe right as the remaining seven are responsible for keep this company alive.
I can't find where Neuhaus exercised any of the options. Was the transaction ever completed and did money ever exchange hands? I remember a Globetel decal on a car in a picture, but that was it.
According to the agreement, Neuhaus was going to be getting a 1.5% royalty for the Magic Money credit and calling cards. Unless this deal was terminated, he has until 7/31/08 to exercise the options - LOL!
Would anyone left know, or care about it? I don't think Jon and Rob were there in 2003 - maybe Kostro, but that would be it as everyone else listed on the agreement is gone.
This case was consolidated and transferred to Miami-Dade from Broward, and I believe the disposition was regarding that.
The case in Miami-Dade was the current status of:
05/28/08 NOTICE OF HRG SPECIAL APPT 07/17/2008 11:30 AM
http://www.miami-dadeclerk.com/civil/docketinfo.asp?pCase_Year=2008&pCase_Seq=9021&pCase_Code=CA&pCase_Loc=01&id=AAAHgHAAOAAAaOlAAg
premaket trades at .06 and .062. NITE backs off the ASK as well. Will we see a move up today?
gimme, Joe's and Luis' case has scheduled dates extending into next year.
A recent filing on GTEM's case has set an extension for all parties (SEC, Lynch, GTEM, Jiminez) to file a Joint Scheduling report by 7/18/2008.
Yup - this can go on for awhile.
GTEM site down? EOM
BB, thanks for pointing out what should have been obvious to me. The close-up from Idea's Park shows the double segmented design of version 1.3f documented in Kroeplin's research paper excerpt and was present back in 2003.
Regarding that "high platform" picture, do you think it is left over from the Cargolifter AG days, or is that the next step for TAO?
BB, swami, or anyone notice that the Skydragon design looks a little different? The segmentation of the individual pods as well as the pods themselves. Each pod looks like it is made of two different materials and almost compartmentalized like the s-2a design.
Maybe I am seeing things due to indoor lighting vs. outdoor shots. Does anyone have the pix from the Skydragon showing in Palmdale for comparison?
thanks BB! what's this?:

"high platform"?
Thanks, BB - At this link is an "audio tour" button. Can anyone provide a reliable translation of any interesting points?

Regarding the Trimax case, I can't tell any details other than they consolidated the two case in Miami-Dade into one case after the last court date in May.
Interesting, though that Risk had heard unconfirmed rumors about Huff still being associated with GTEM along with recent updates to the Trimax site. Trimax no longer has the 4000 Series listed, but has replaced it with a 5000 Series. A link referencing the Trimax 4010 still exists, though.
GTEM wireless still lists Hotzone 4010 and Hotzone 5000 WIMAX.
Is Uli just getting his digs in?
Earthlink not doing well with Philly Wi-Fi:

modlam, coasti might be able to find more details, but I can add that the complaint first appeared in 1/2008.
Freight shipping to Pachuca, old Heilbronn install, or elsewhere? Stuttgart shipments would probably be from Sanswire vs. Globetel Wireless who where the defendants.
WD-40, I think the 1.6M should come back from Joe and Luis.
The sales were used to pay their company, Carrier Services, Inc. for reaching certain milestones based on the fraudulent numbers they put out.
I have no idea how they came up with 30K as being an appropriate fine, but it is what it is and Huff has settled.
bill...that's 5.7M market cap EOM
4 mm's on the bid at .045 and 2 on the ask at .049. Very little volume and none in the last hour. NITE and SBSH are on both bid and ask - NITE seems to have been in the driver's seat for awhile.
Nil, Frankfurt volume on Yahoo seems broken and the only other source of info I could find from the Frankfurt exchange lists BID VOL (50,000)and ASK VOL (20,409). We're up 100% to .02, but as we have seen this is is not always indicative of US action.
risk, a "show case" document for the Stevens case and Stockton's derivatives case was filed on 10/26/2007. The breakdown of the D&O policy from Admiral Insurance was as follows:
2.36M - class and derivative settlement
1.6M - defense cost for class, derivative and SEC defense (as of 8/23/2007)
300K - "hold-back" set aside for continuing class and derivative defense costs
740K - "hold-back" set aside for continuing SEC defense costs
They must have some of the 740K remaining or an undefined source of funding to continue their SEC defense.
