Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc just filed a prospectus, suggesting it plans to soon issue some securities
Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc just came out with a new prospectus, available here. This is an SEC requirement for firms looking to issue certain types of securities.
The above information was disclosed in a filing to the SEC.
Other recent filings from the company include the following:
General form for registration of securities under the Securities Act of 1933 - April 14, 2022
Kraig Biocraft Laboratories Receives $1.5 Million in Capital Funding - April 14, 2022
Entry into a Material Definitive - April 12, 2022
Notice of Effectiveness - April 8, 2022
The last time KBLB was mentioned in Crain's was when they announced the contract with the military quite a few years ago. I live near Detroit and Crain's is well respected locally and nationally. Haven't seen any mention of KBLB in between that and now so this could a positive. Hopefully they heard about it through the business pipeline but even if KBLB contacted them it is still is good exposure. I prefer the latter reason but anything is welcome.
Thank you. When I saw the $5.25 number I wondered if that was what it was all about. Let's hope the r/s doesn't get resurrected...after all it is Easter..
Not sure if it is good or bad. I'm challenged when it comes to reading such documents. Hopefully some of you financial wizards can find something positive to help the mood on the board. Christian or not I hope everyone enjoys the holiday with their family.
S1/A filed today. Again preliminary and subject to change.

Thank you, my point exactly. I understand the frustration with Kim, the stock price, covid and the missteps. Being frustrated (and at times I can be that guy) is it's own pair of blinders.
Quote: Don't you know, Kim can do no wrong?
And there are those who will say "Don't you know that Kim can do no right!"
It is not what you look at that is important. It is what you allow yourself to see.
I totally disagree, but I have to admit I got a good laugh out of your statement.
All this banter back and forth about the websites. It is positive and the company is on the move. If Kim was such a con artist he would have kept up all of the sham websites spewing their lies so the con could continue. Oh, that's right, he is stupid and didn't consider this. SMH
Excellent point. They have moved on and are confident enough to rebrand themselves. No need for the technical name with "lab" in it. No need for the website. Smart move.....no need for an emoji.
Dimes: "If so, the pps will probably fall quite short of what we hope."
I think all Kim has to do is show consistent production numbers, the Spydasilk contract will provide great exposure. Who is to say there are not other contracts already negotiated or being negotiated. These contracts to be initiated or signed upon proof of a consistent supply. Enter a buyer with the money and know how take this company with various signed contracts from small and profitable to big and more profitable. The longer this buyer waits the more expensive the buyout becomes. Don't overpay now and either lose out to another company or really overpay later. There is more happening than Kim will let anyone ever know.
Possibly it is just me, but I sense less frustration being voiced on this board as in the past. I am not sure if it tepid capitulation by some but it feels more like cautious optimism by most. The PR's have a slightly less vague feel to them (at least to me) but they are still peppered with weasel words which is par for the course. I think a payday may be soon and not too far down the road. How is that for a weasel sentence! Kim's age, the Covid stresses we have all felt in one way or another, over a decade of your family life being affected by your commitment to the business. You don't have to be a genius to know that this has to have taken it's toll. When you have a wife and children there is a fundamental need to interact as a family. Do you really want another decade of not fully having that. An extra dollar a share will not bring back that missed soccer game, it is gone. An extra five or ten dollars a share will not make up for missing the future school Christmas concert or the day your child learns to ride his bike. Most of you are parents and know what I am talking about. For a man who grew up in a divorced home, I am sure he is starting to figure this out. I feel a buyout is sooner than we all think. The longer he holds out the more will be missed.

You have mentioned the possibility of a buyout many times and it is now starting to make sense. If everything quickly accelerates as we hope it does than we greatly benefit over a period of time. If progress moves forward at a slower but adequate pace (this is most probable), with Kim and Jon the only ones with a complete picture of the timeline, then maybe it has been a decade well worth it. There is more money down the road but it doesn't make sense to get greedy when you are running out of road. Less time to spend and enjoy it. Also beneficial to the investors. Maybe we are in a win/win situation. I hope so for all.
Kim is around 58 years old. Let's hope progress, and that is a huge hope, accelerates. Otherwise a buyout makes sense. He is not a young man and I am sure he and his family would like to reap the benefits of his efforts. Another decade of this, I don't think he wants that. Nor do I. Either way investors could be happy shortly if the progress of late continues and the pace picks up. A big if no doubt.
I understand that there are those on the board that say he has made a great living off of the investors. Why quit now? I can't dispute that, but there comes a point in everyone's life where you cash in your chips and enjoy what remains before the circle completes itself.

He hasn’t delivered one time after he’s used the word commercial and production I would bet over 100 times in 12 years
And I have seen this or a similar quote about the same amount of times. Give it a rest.
He has failed us at every turn? Are you kidding. I bought most when it was sub-penny and then added in the low pennies. I sold the majority between .08-.10. I missed the momentary rise to .17 but I don't know anyone who can time the market perfectly. Yes I am taking a beating now but he has a good team behind him. I have slowly been adding. Cut the disc jockey routine for sure but he has done a very good job up to this point. I am waiting for another failure up to .25-.40.

Nowhere even remotely close to a buyout...
This year or next.
This is certain because what, you say so. No "in my opinion" to qualify your declaration. I suppose Kim private messaged you? Please tell us how you come to this conclusion.
Definitely good news and the price most likely will pop some. When Kings Group comes out with a PR that informs the public the product is now on the market, then it will have quite the effect on the PPS. People are skeptical of Kim. We need some other source of good news and I think it will be had shortly.
Quote: "They're all in on it."
Now it is a mass conspiracy. I hear they spotted some silkworms on the grassy knoll. LOL
Their three sites...you can't connect. Something coming on a Tuesday? It's hard to believe that this is a coincidence.
What I see happening is that some on this board mentioned they were flying high with their tech sector investments months ago. We all were. So their patience was tempered with the gains made. Well there has been a big correction in that sector so their patience is wearing thin. Understandable. All of us want this stock to pop and it appears the PR's now have a bit more weight and the time between news is getting less and less. Good Luck To All. Kim is Kim and you accept it or you don't.
Quote:
Nope...
Kim is still into his feelings, due to the past doors that were closed on him.
Some wounds take longer to heal.
And you are aware of this how? Could you please elaborate, I am fascinated to know how you are aware of this.

Not hating anyone. Just keeping it real. Mushrooms, Brewed Protein, and Door Pulls made from blended proteins? Um, not Spider Silk. Easy to see.
Great post. Exactly right. Keeping the discussion real.
Can you say where is elsewhere. Thanks
Certainly not fluff and I wonder how far along the installation of the equipment really is. You know Kim's penchant for releasing news after the fact. In this case I can assume that it has already started which puts a shinier gloss on the apple. This may or may not affect the stock price much but a small bump is called for. The most important thing I have noticed is the time between PR's is getting less and the info in the PR's has a bit more weight. Now that is a very good sign.
<<Still not ready for NASDAQ...
By far and the panel that reviews submissions, is well aware.>>
You know this because they sent you a private email saying so? Please enlighten us.
I don't think the PR did much of anything. Kim should of kept it to just a holiday greeting. No harm though. The BBC video is a hard act to follow.
Very many heart valve manufacturers, maybe a competitive bidding war would start. Whomever gets the contract stands a good chance of moving to or staying in the top tier,
There are three heart valve manufacturers that are very, very, very reputable in the heart valve replacement market:
St. Jude Medical
Edwards LifeSciences
Medtronic
There are also some newer heart valve manufacturers that are creating different approaches to heart valve replacement using special tissue or catheter-based replacement techniques. Those heart valve manufacturers include:
eValve – Purchased by Abbott Laboratories
ATS Medical – Purchased by Medtronic
On-X
CoreValve – Purchased by Medtronic
There are some others:
Abbott Laboratories
Accellent Inc.
Admedes Schuessler GmbH
AorTech International plc
Arbor Surgical Technologies, Inc.
AutoTissue GmbH
Boston Scientific Corporation
CarboMedics Inc.
Cardiac Dimensions Inc.
Cardiosolutions, Inc.
Edwards Lifesciences
Endovalve, Inc.
JenaValve Technology GmbH
Leman Cardiovascular
Medtentia AB
Medtronic, Inc.
MiCardia Corporation
MitralSolutions, Inc.
On-X Life Technologies, Inc.
Sadra Medical, Inc.
Sorin S.p.A.

13k new Covid cases in Vietnam. Their population is over 97 million. 13k cases of Covid is a little more than 1/100 of a percent. I don't see that as a huge problem. JMHO
Your post is spot on. There is a multitude of possibilities when it comes to the actual spidersilk thread count of the final thread product. That alone varies the final tonnage of product. More spidersilk threads more expensive the final product. Your continual positive perspective and logic is always welcome.
With release of a delivery, the price would pop big time. That would reduce the shares needed for dilution. Is that not a good thing. I am a amateur so what am I missing. I still am staying positive with this news, only disappointed that it was not about a delivery of some tonnage.
Quote: Nobody in their right mind would buy a company that has no sales, no revenue, has never delivered anything of significance in 10+ years, and has about $10 million in debt.
Nobody in their right mind would sell a stock that:
Is on the verge of significant deliveries
Has weathered the Vietnam Covid problems that are now becoming less and less of a hindrance
Will shortly be supplying disease resistant worms to silk producers which will add to the income from spydersilk
Just added a new facility that will only streamline production
Is paying off debt and the stock price remains stable
I know that, I checked out the article. Just addressing the posters who say show some proof...a picture.
Thank you for the link. Are those actual pictures of Dragon Silk at the bottom of the page??? I thought pictures don't exist...or so we have been told.
This was also posted on Stocktwits in repsonse to the post you have mentioned
Quote: I wouldn't be surprised if Kim already did his own test and the silkworms past with flying colors. He can't afford very many public missteps now of all times. He is very secretive and not forthcoming. It's his way, you may not like it but it is his company. Could mean decent additional income on top of the spydersilk which is the main event. Thanks for the heads up on the test wrap up date.
