Billy for the Win! If they don't settle I expect Billy to take them to the wood shed.
Terrific news! Shot heard round the cable industry. Let the trials begin!!
Timing is everything!
I am reminded that for the 13 there will be nothing from COMM for indemnification, and they will have to take the "hit."
Agree. There 's a reason why such a high % decide it's not in their best interest to proceed any further once the court house steps are recached. It's a hard road to get there and most realize that financially it doesn't behoove them to take the next step up!
Author’s reply » COMM hits new, all-time low. Glad UOIP is suing the 13. COMM will be unable to indemnify.
Believe ZW said that if the August dates didn't work the judge then said they could look for a date after Labor Day Sept 7th? With the new help being brought on board, they will most likely squeeze whatever time they can get to help them to prepare for the first and most important battle. Don't like it anymore than you do but what other option is there? Just hope that their stalling backfires and equates into more $$$$ for all of us.
Maybe there's an earlier date that doesn't provide conflict?
Not today!
Yep if going to trial is what it takes then were happy to go there!
Met a guy at dinner last week while visiting some old friends. One of the people I never met before I was seated next to. He just so happened to be an inventor who had dealings with patent litigation. He was impressive in so far as his educational experiences with various degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford yadda yadda yadda. Anyway, he had been to court twice and won over others infringing on his patents. His winnings won were sums of 75M and 25M only to loose both in appeals court. He asked if we had been to court and I said yes. He said no have you been to trial and I said not yet. Didn't feel the need to give him any of our details but I did receive the strong impression of how unjust and unfair things can get. What's the old saying..." A bird in the hand is better than two in the bush." If all parties have an opportunity to be paid and help their families and communities that wouldn't be such a bad deal. Especially if like ZW has stated there may be other fish to fry going forward. Trusted Billy to get us this far and don't believe he will sell anybody short at this point. It's been a long road for some and an even longer road for others. Keep the faith in those that brought us here!
After checking with my friend he doesn't think this is a good idea and here's what he said....
Not a good idea for the privately held cable companies, as the stock is not liquid, just like us.
Treasury stock is stock that has been issued and was bought back in the open market...better to just say issue stock.
Looks like we may need to wait till 3/12 for our next PACER update?

Maybe we can draw a conclusion from the court hearing that "Shake and Bake" and Teece are the representatives that each side are allowed to use?
This is what we wondering the other day. Who's excluded and who's included. And what are they allowed to talk about. Don't remember anything except Quigley. ???
So do we now have a list of the experts from both sides and what they will be allowed to discuss?
Cases in favor better than 2-1. I'll take those odds any day of the week!

Were just getting warmed up! Thanks to ZW and the squad for their attendance! It made my heart all warm and fuzzy to hear how happy the inventors were!! Not a done deal but we definitely took a HUGE step forward!
Or maybe a GOLDEN GLOBE.
Or maybe a GOLDEN GLOBE.
Count us in! Safe travels to all.
The one dated today may have just been a "Valentine's Day" card! ;o)
Nice work Thank you!
Please share your DD and show the history of the deals done. Thank you in advance for your DD.
Comcast can kiss mine where the sun doesn't shine! And man does it feel good to say that!
Well at least you get to keep your slippers on when you count!
Agree also. And like Tony has also mentioned anything over .50 per share and I will retire again with funds to help others. Of course we wouldn't turn down any royalties for a few years in addition going forward. And if the road map is to track down the rest of the gang a special dividend would get some to stay the course. I like to think of it as a GPS journey with many different roads that can get us all to our final destination. Hoping it's sometime in 2020.
Great reason for not re-listing! Maybe even by design? Either way happy to be in this lottery ticket.
Understood. No regrets, some of the best rewards in my life have always been worth the wait. We have special group of people leading the charge and a great supporting cast. And thank you for your response and others.
Yes understood and realize grey market may be a blessing. Also like your step by step playing out in the future. The more people converse on Judge A's integrity and experience the better off we seem to be. If more time = better results it may be best to think long term and be pleasantly surprised if it happens sooner? But like you mentioned were on the bus and it seems to be running just fine! Thank you!
It has been speculated that if we hadn't been delisted our price valuation would have been .10+ by now if not more. I believe we had passed .06 before being delisted at one point. So my question is how much of an impact this latest "motion granted" may have had on our valuation? Maybe this can't be quantified? Just trying to get a feel for how big a deal and what it might mean for us all? I realize it is speculative in nature and just another stepping stone to an end result. I believe it at least puts to bed any idea the 13 may have had in getting off CHEAP. And may also be the reason they hired the A team of new people going forward. And I could be way off in my thinking? Realize that sometimes it's just best to keep it simple.
Is it too soon or would anyone venture a guess what the motion granted on Feb 4th might mean to us in terms of value? Does it have the possibility of just taking us from a .10 to perhaps .50 or higher valuation? Appreciate any and all feedback.
A 70 yr old spark coot is a unique way of looking at yourself. You must stand out in a crowd? But totally agree four daughters would be a hair thinning experience. One daughter had me pulling my hair out at times. Toughest part is when those young men come into your home and you know some of the things on their mind. Lol The plan is always to give the kids the best start in life. What isn't always thought about is the grandkids needing just as much support. Hopeful that this current opportunity is one where a lot of lives can be touched form a positive outcome!
GO NINERS!
His tour "A Crack in Everything" world tour will be in SF from Sept 19th to Jan 3rd 2021. Will plan to attend this exhibit. Thank you and thanks thanks to Dilly Papa and GB.
Hey what it takes to get Diily back on the road again!
