Longs,
I for one think it was a good thing Phil converted the VTI loan at least part of it. He has a bundle of stock, he deserved something for the sale of VTI. I may be wrong but his family owned part of that. He may need money he has only been making 60K a year till this years raise.
The over hang may have been an impediment to getting on the AMEX so that would have had to be done. He can now claim ownership of that stock. As he said in his e-mail to Telephonics it was a poison pill strategy to guard against a looming takeover attempt, he maintains the leverage in the number of shares. If he had waited till the price ran up he would not have received as many shares therefore not as effective a deterrent. JMO also posted on RB
Where's the beef. MOTG is a pump and dump and should not be compared to NMKT. NMKT is victim to an over zealous CEO who is doing more than physically possible to grow a company. He is missing on some of his duties by a slight amount but that adds up especially when other mistakes are piled on top of that. He is too loyal therefore keeps unqualified people on staff beyond there usefulness. IR staff to be exact. I have been venting and causing rampant disharmony all day on the RB. I am finished with that. I hope the PPS goes beyond .55 tomorrow if it does not exceed that I will be forced to blame it on late filing stunting the rally. Thats all I got to say.
Good luck On Monday!! NMKT should POP.
I did not say it was going to happen I said it is an option open to AW. Relax look at the good news you ahve a great write off to balance all of your gains.
I guess they could accomplish all those things instantaneously but I feel it will taks some time with everything else like super growth and great profits all happening too.
BK is an option here too.
What did their p&l look like? did the have massive losses?
Dead Cat bounce in the sub pennies.
Monday. EOM
Monday the 10Q will be out with record rev and higher PROFIT. I am ready for it too!!!!
