You know what might be even better than that? A former lawyer who previously built a multi-million dollar company. Oh wait, nFusz has that.
Just click on the link. You don't have to log in to see it. So far, it has 189 views.
When I e-mailed info@nfusz.com, she is who responded.
Rory has mentioned several times in SHAC videos that he wants very badly to move to Nasdaq or NYSE and plans to by the end of this year. He has said that they meet all of the requirements except the share price needs to hit $4 and stay for, I think 2 months, and he needs to name a Board of Directors, which he is actively working on. You can wait until it uplists, but obviously, the share price will be much higher, then.
I just bought more shares yesterday with some IRA funds, but I started getting in at 22 cents and I have over 38,000 shares now. I don't have near the funds you do. Personally, I believe this is going to skyrocket in 2 to 3 years, if not much sooner. They've already became partners with NetSuite, Marketo, Dr2Marketing, Service Quest, and Streamline Results. Through DR2Marketing, they signed the largest automotive leasing company in the country. They are working with uBid to re-do their platform, not sure what kind of deal they have. They have already signed a large school district in Chicago for NotifiTeach and Rory said in the last SHAC video that they have signed scores more school districts. He also said they have signed a large company to use NotifiHealth, which was made with the help of surgeons from Penn University Medical School. They are starting a tv show with CEO Money where new business people will come on and sell products and it is going to be syndicated throughout the country. They are fully funded for a year. I am certainly not a stock expert, but I just can't imagine that they aren't going to be successful. To what extent is debatable, but I think their share price will be light years away from where it is now in the coming months and years. I have no intention of selling anytime soon. Don't listen to me, but go to nfusz.com/shac and watch Rory's videos, check out their twitter page and look at all of the PR's and 8-K's they have done.
I already mentioned that I e-mailed the company, but sports betting. I think it would be perfect for it. A link could pop up before a game that says "Click here to bet" or even during a game, if there will be betting for each play or each quarter.
That sounds like a great program. I've had to deal with a lot of different programs over the years working in schools, so it's nice when the program does things that make sense. I'm also glad that it seems you have smoothed things over.
Quick rundown of Rory on CEO Money:
Interactive CEO Money TV - Shark Tank meets QVC - guests with interesting business and product, showcase the product and viewers can click on the screen and buy the product and also ticker symbol and people can click on it and get current stock price, syndicated around the country, standalone business, pilot shot in next couple of weeks
NotifiHealth - pharmaceutical, general practice, surgery, followups, great partners, best in medicine and top pharmaceutical companies
So, Oracle, Marketo and all these companies are signing deals because of euphoria?
Maybe I misunderstood. I re-watched it and healthcare is the other industry, but they are also targeting other industries and creating new industries.
Good points. Also, Rory is trying to get into all different types of industries, not just CRM. He's getting in education, healthcare, and I believe he said one other industry that he didn't want to make public yet. If they corner the market on interactive video, nFusz will become synonymous with it and all other companies will just be knockoffs.
So, you expect to be told every little thing the company does? Does Microsoft inform their shareholders every time they're updating Windows? I think you feel like you're a little more important than you are. If you don't like what they're doing, invest somewhere else.
I don't know how anybody could watch that video and not be excited. What other CEO goes over the financials line by line for their shareholders? Then, to hear all of the things coming out, like all of the clients in backlog for 2.0, scores of schools signing up for NotifiTeach, NotifiHealth being created with doctors. And to hear about the 3 million of his own money he put into it, obviously, he's planning on making a ton from the shares his salary is coming in. Seriously, what's not to like, unless you aren't holding any shares, then it might be a little depressing. I don't have as many as I would like, but I think I have enough to set my family up for a pretty nice future.
If this starts getting into doctor's offices, holy crap! There's a ton of doctor's offices out there, not to mention hospitals and urgent care places. That could be very big by itself.
I had an idea while reading a football article about legal gambling, that nFusz's software would be perfect for betting. I e-mailed the company and got a very quick response saying they thought it was a good idea and asked if I had any contacts they could talk to. I responded and said I don't. If anyone here knows anyone in professional sports or anyone with contacts in professional sports, you could e-mail the company and let them know. Right now would be the perfect time to get in on the ground floor of something that will be huge.
A lot of services give a free or discounted period in the beginning. Amazon Prime, some ISP's, satellite television, etc. That's not a big deal. Oh and no offense, but Sony Playstation was a horrible example. Sony was already a huge company long before Playstation came out. But, no they didn't give away free Walkmans in the 80's either.
If you feel that way about the company, then why do you spend so much time on this board. Is your life that boring?
I've been thinking about this and I wonder if the delay has something to do with Marketo putting out a PR about it. Oracle wouldn't want to look like they were just copying another company. I kinda figured they would rush and get it out before Marketo, but since that didn't happen, I'm not sure what they're thinking. It could be as simple as they have other things they're thinking about right now. I won't pretend to know how billion dollar company CEO's think.
I've never used UBid, but this seems like it could be a huge deal. I'm surprised there isn't more being said about this. I wonder if this will be something that is used for every item sold, so nFusz gets a percentage of every sale or if it will be an add-on that people pay extra for.
This news could lead to car dealerships signing up, maybe.
What you just said describes who will be using it. The teachers, not the students. The teachers can send out videos to students and parents. Why would a student need to make an interactive video to send to the teacher? I know school districts and I would be shocked to my core if they purchased licenses for the students, unless they just got excited and weren't thinking clearly.
You are correct that this isn't news to the few people that watch the company every day, but to all of the people who aren't familiar with the company, this will be big. Anytime they can announce that they have signed a big client, it helps get their name out there.
Like I said, it may be an e-mail campaign. I'm done arguing.
It doesn't say they're on the websites. Maybe they are e-mail campaigns or maybe they haven't made anything live yet, but they wouldn't have tweeted it, if they weren't using it.
So, you think these tweets are lies?

That stuff has been available. What I see it being used for is a teacher will talk about the lesson and then a link to a website will come up they can click on or a link to their e-mail. They could also send a message out to parents and a link for their e-mail pops up or their calender, where a parent could schedule a meeting. That could actually be great for scheduling on parent/teacher conference day. Administrators could use it to send a video about an upcoming meeting and a link to the calender could come up or a link to the agenda file, among other things. I can see several ways it could be used, but only teachers that are willing to try new things will do it and unfortunately, that is usually a small number of teachers, in my experience. I've never worked in Chicago, though, so maybe they are more tech-savvy than teachers I've worked with.
I love the news about NotifiTeach and everyone should be excited, but I just want to temper expectations a little. I have done tech. support in 4 different school districts over the past 19 years. Most teachers will not try new things. A few of the younger ones will. My feeling of what will happen in most schools that sign up for this is there will be maybe one or two teachers per grade level or dept. that use it for the whole team. Then, maybe some district level administrators may use it. I would be shocked if every teacher in every school that signs with nFusz uses it. Now, the school may pay for it, but it won't be used by everyone at least for a while. Then, if teachers don't use it, eventually, the school will stop paying for it. This is just my feeling from my experience dealing with teachers.
Rory said in a SHAC that Shell just went on their website and signed up for an account like anyone else. They aren't doing a special deal with them.
It would be per user(teacher and administrator), not student. But, they may have received a package discount.
Why are you ignoring the fact that they are making deals left and right? It could go down right now, but there is no doubt they're headed upward. Once revenues from these deals start kicking in, they should take off.
I assumed the first district they signed would be in Los Angeles, but Chicago is good, too.
No, he mentioned in a SHAC video that he wants to help schools, but he's not running a charity. It won't be free. They probably get some kind of discount, though.
I just looked at the list of clients on dr2marketing's website and one is ESPN Radio. That could give a lot of exposure. Another client is TCU Athletics. That could be great for selling sports souvenirs and other schools in their conference could see it. That would be awesome.
I think anyone who is realistic realizes that this quarter won't show much revenues because NetSuite and Marketo partnerships JUST launched and other deals just recently launched as well. It's going to take a quarter or two before revenues really jump up. Rory even said as much in one of his recent SHAC videos, so anyone expecting that is either kidding themselves or is a tad too optimistic. I have no doubt things will take off in the near future, but I'm realistic enough to know these things take time.

How is that not a joint PR? What more do you want? A picture of them holding hands?
The Marketo PR did come. Rich Bohn gave a preliminary review on Twitter. They presented at Oracle's conference. Things are happening. People just need to show some patience and let the process work. Everything won't happen overnight.
So, I guess that means you don't think Warren Buffet is one of the private investors they're meeting with this week? ha ha
It's no worse than the commercial where Paul says "he used to ask can you hear me now? for Verizon, but now I switched to Sprint". There's also been commercials between Microsoft and Apple where they bashed each other and I'm sure there's been others.
Mine are locked at $200. $25 is too low for my taste.
