It doesn't matter how long. The process doesn't happen overnight. I have been preaching that forever. I'm not here to make a quick trade. My intent has always been to see this company through. Drug discovery can run for 12+ years. I'm not entirely sure what you are getting at.
Yeah. But my response to the other poster was in regards to him calling GSTC a scam. My response had everything to do with
1. Waste in cost,
2. Waste in time,
3. Waste in energy and knowledge, and
4. Waste breadth
And yes, many use SEC Filing as a sole source citation as to a legitimacy of a company when we all know companies running up into the S&P and alike can be massive ponzi schemes.
It's used as a tool or a data point amongst a multitude of other factors to show clarity, transparency, and legitimacy of a company.
The market is turning, so if there was ever a time, this next month in the new year would be a perfect time.
Like you have stated. You just like to get into stocks whose charts look good. You do not seem to care about a company or its health. Just jump in and jump out. You stick to plays because certain posters get under your skin and you decide to be negative consistently. It's hard to take anything you say.
Like any stock in the OTC, there is risk involved. No one should be shocked. Again, the SEC filing is a higher level of transparency and accountability whether the SEC actually cares or not. If soemone, is going to scam a company for $500k shares roughly, they could have done it in a much shorter time than 3+ years and certainly wouldn't waste paying OTCMarkets money to issue an 8-K that is 62-pages in length detailing the costs and phases in which to be successful for clinical trials. Everyone here except a very few, like myself, know enough about the clinical trial process to know that they would have to be working really hard to scam people at this point, and if they are, they at this point deserve that $500K over 3+ years. At this point, with the people they have communicated with, the means of paying the costs to extend the US Patent on the MS therapy, one would scratch their heads as to why they would do certain things when they could just pocket the money..
Just saying. But why would you know? You don't actually care about this company.
As of late November, they shouldn't be selling any new shares. The new quarterly will be telling. We know that Nils just had $12-13,000,000 released. So, there is no excuse to be getting shares from lenders.
Yes. And SEC filed 8-k seems like a con artist move. Lays out the entirety of their plan for clinical trials and costs. https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=17049313&guid=RoJ-kKyjFy5HJth
We will have to wait to see the latest quarterly. As of now, we do not know if they have issued anything. Im almost sure whatever that was issued on the last quarterly has most likely been sold into already seeing those were unrestricted shares.
Either it's going to get a run, or it's not. Not much else to think here.
Who knows, man. I just threw that out because there is always a possibility. COVID has changed the game with clinical trials and collecting tangible data via teleconference systems and applications. Reducing costs for data aggregation is a real thing now. I see it at NIH and various other institutions. They almost go hand in hand. And with how this therapy works, wouldn't be a surprise if that was a route. But I guess that would have been named by now. Just keeping an open mind to the possibility of other partnerships.
No clue, man. His team essentially is doing a lot of work at this point. I don't know what his companies are worth, but taking a $1.2-1.5 million risk with decent terms isn't a big risk.
There are things in this world we will never fully understand. We just do not know what is happening behind the scenes. All I know is, this is peanuts for a clinical study.
Too many financiers have had less information and provided larger quantities of money for dog crap.
So we will see. Maybe Jim is talking to groups, idk.
We can't start trials without funding. So, this goes nowhere until that is done.
Hard to know how much Jim and Co have communicated. I assume at this point they have been very close with the hospital. Assuming results of toxicity and they have funding, they will have to execute on subs and hospital agreement, whatever other partnerships they may have, and name those involved. But Phase 1 is a small group. Depends on dosages and whatever other design like sex.
But I would assume 24-48 people, which honestly shouldn't be very hard to get, with a study length of 45 days.
My guess would be start of Q2. The hospital ultimately has to put out advertisements and obtain the subjects.
The way this is going, late Q1 to start Q2 if Jim gets funding.
I guess you didn't see my reply to price_and_volume. I admitted my fault. But again, I am have always been in this for the long game so none of it truly matters unless we get deep into trials.
Yep selling is done it looks. Will see. One thing is clear, it's ready to level up.
Well, we know the gold production is way better than Nils expected. When that audit comes... watch out.
Thank you for your reply.
1. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=173453937 (The last sentence I ask you a question because you keep talking about waiting for the chart to turn right, whatever that means).
2. Not sure who said anything about no dilution. It's clear dilution was happening because that is all we spoke about. People were expecting another run up, including myself. But as many have pointed out, and nothing shocking, this is a company that has no revenue, thus regardless, dilution will have to continue unless Jim can strike a deal with a financial institution for long term investment for trials. It's not a lie if people actually believed it to be finishing up. Not many people here, including yourself, know another about the length and process of a clinical trial.
Regardless, I have asked you on several occasions why you would care to sit on a stock that will not finish dilution. You keep sitting on the sidelines making statements about "when the chart looks different", whatever that means. There are 10,000 stocks out there that you can look at charts for but you are here sitting on the sidelines. So, I don't buy what you are selling. It's very hard for you to admit that the story that is trying to be told here with all the data and information that has been found, is intriguing to you. Otherwise, why sit here, why not SPZI? Or any of the others?
Am I surprised? Almost from a handbook, do not answer any question directly, just go on the assault. That's what arrogance gets you. No real intelligence.
"But..... I will continue to watch this junk... until its not junk..."
Notice price_ hasnt responded.
What reasons have I had to keep buying during this downturn. Like you, I have stated it numerous times.
No one has a magic wand. But I have followed up with the leads that have been presented, each one confirming real conversations and talks at hospitals, societies, etcetera.
One can only connect with so many people before realizing the push for clinical trials is a real one. The publications, the research data, the articles are out there. The WHO information, the clinicaltrials info are all there. So, for me it's rather easy to continue to buy. Sure, the data could come out poorly, but that's the name of the game.
I'm willing to take a chance on a real biotech that is taking a therapy to market and the data out there is strong. Otherwise, why waste 3 years. To gain what? $500,000? No one is making a killing off this unless it hits big, currently.
Like many others, you keep posting these debatable posts, some of which are justifiable. But yet you have questioned every motive of JK and the reality of this company, yet you are still here? There are 100s of stocks you could sit in and hlget your juicy chart change and pop, yet you are here, just like so many others.
You aren't paid, you aren't disgruntled, because you are a know it all, so you just picked a rando stock to be in, learn a few lines on it, and bobs your uncle. You will wait for the chart to look good?
Just doesn't add up. Why this stock?
Yes. They have closed on several partnerships. Will you be saying the same thing when they are running clinical trials?
Funny how you keep complaining. Nothing will satisfy your negative mindset.
They will just have to purchase higher.
If TXTM can be moving to .002 before CE is off, and likely to go over .01-.02, this can easily see .02-.03. We will see
One thing at a time. If this gets through with the data we expect, none of us will be working again. But for now, let's get to the next step.
I would expect the same seeing uts an update or new modification. If it's not extremely different, should move quicker.
We are in OTC, who knows. Depends on who sees this stock and wants to buy.
Look at the 8k filing. It lays out the costs.
Right. I have been wrong about that for a while. Not sure why I thought this. Thanks.
I see. I glazed over this part. So it will be adjusted. They need a solid MC to sit on the Nasdaq. So I would hope we move up. Unless, they can use other criteria to be placed on the Nasdaq. I expect the SP to move north as this company gets more finalized and secure.
Doesn't the marker cap have to be roughly $100-110,000,000 before trading on Nasdaq as a requirement? None of those makes sense. Their market cap at any stage right now would be too low to sustain Nasdaq. So they 100% plan currently to RS 1000 - 100,000 : 1?
Yet, here you are here still running your mouth. Supposedly, free on your own time. You are too cute.
Precisely. Unfortunately we don't know the process but we can all agree it is taking more time than it really should. Just needs to get done. $1.2 mill for clinical trials seems pretty good.
They wouldn't be here if they weren't waiting. No one is dumb as you know. No one constantly posts on a board they aren't watching unless interested or paid.
Correct. It's erroneous to do one now.
Wish I knew. We have seen CFGN cone online when Power Up drop the hammer. And some here were saying they had 28 mill to sell.
I'm trying to wrap my head around. We will have to wait for an update. Just because something is unrestricted doesn't mean they have sold into the float. But many saw CFGN on there, which has been a signal for Power Up. You do not get that volume and the fact we are sitting above .0008/.0009 with 25,000,000 shares unless without it being them selling. Many were expecting them to sell their shares and we never really saw it happen. Maybe it's them. It's a thought.
Correct.
