Here's what I would suggest, and it's only my opinion.
International has done very well in the past couple of years, so I would say that you might want to consider 40% of your portfolio into international stocks.
With the American market coming back into favor, you might want to consider putting 40% into a mid to large cap stock fund.
With the remaining 20%, I would buy a CD or structure a CD ladder based upon the funds that you have.
If you need help locating a financial advisor, I can highly recommend my broker, who also happens to be my boss.

In my opinion, you have too many funds - just my opinion. You don't want to diversify just for the sake of diversity. Pick the best ones and go with them. I'd settle on no more than four.
