Thanks for the info WinnerP...maronti much appreciated thanks.
When a settlement occurs, does it have to be approved by the court before it is filed with SEC? Which happens first? I would assume court first.
Absolutely prayers to him and his family with a full speedy recovery..
When we settle these 3 cases we will have unbelievable precedent in any cases following these. That will make these patents far more valuable for buyout down the road. I am good with a steady rise in stock price.. Patience is the key here. JMO...GO SFOR
I cant imagine wanting to have a meeting with angry shareholders if it wasnt good news..lol..When was the last shareholders meeting??
PennyD did you get any response on who will be at SFOR shareholder meeting? I am going to try to be there.
I agree..I want to let the value grow before a buyout occurs. There is a tremendous value in these patents....GO SFOR
I have a question as well...when margin calls arise what does the term unlimited losses mean?????........
That would be good. GO SFOR
Every share will count here before long. The DD is strong on SFOR. Do your research and block the noise..I am long here this patent is the value.JMO GO..SFOR
The boys must be getting pissed because nobody is giving up SFOR shares...LOL..We know what we have...GO SFOR...time is running out...1 settlement announcement and SFOR will launch....GLTA...JMO
I am here for the long haul and yes SFOR is going places. The noise here is only an annoyance. JMO. Thanks to all but a few for your DD..
Knight is based in Jersey City NJ. The court cases are in NJ..HMMMM. Who needs shares and why??? SFOR is going to be a powerhouse in cyber security because of these patents. It may take time but it will be well worth it...JMO..GLTA We know what we have
How do you know there are no fail to deliver shares?
So if MMs have fail to deliver shares that have to be covered wouldn't they need shares for that? Just a question..By the way I took the liberty of contacting Cameron Funkhouser at Finra this morning. I attached your post saying you had his email. I thought he would like to know that.I also asked about fail to deliver shares on SFOR..GLTA
GO ..SFOR
That wasnt you...
I respect your opinion. Keep up the good work. GLTA GO SFOR.
My apologies by the way...I just thought it was USPTO dragging their feet..
Which location? I am pretty sure you cant go to FINRA and get anything done in an hour..just tell me which one thats easy..
Thats funny I thought you had a meeting with FINRA...
Centrify was between a rock and a hard place and was grasping at straws..kinda like now still.....
Sorry I do not..maybe someone with access could post.
Pacer update for Centrify

SFOR answers counterclaim
Thanks for the link. Done...GO ...SFOR
Just curious, which FINRA are you going to?
Be sure and mention the MM's trading SFOR are having a hard time getting shares maybe they can help figure out why....GO ...SFOR
LMAO I guess the class is" How to lose your ass in 10 days shorting SFOR" GO SFOR just my 2 cents...
If a buyout occurs doesnt most companies want preferred shares converted to common shares to get a true valuation? I had a link in my last post explaining that. GO SFOR..
Just fyi
http://smallbusiness.chron.com/happens-preferred-stock-buyout-68487.html
So you say the MM's were trying to cover Friday....hmmmmmm
GO SFOR
we also have to be realistic about valuation. If we are not bought out before the settlements are finalized, I expect the valuation to go up significantly. I think the valuation will be proportional to settlements as we go forward. I am very positive on SFOR
It appears that Seth Lapidow from Blank Rome filed it for all 3 on Sept 26th according to Pacer. And Yes Pennydream I am that cheap..lol.This is my last post GLTA
ROFLMAO Have a good day...I only have 1 more post I will save it for something important..GLTA
Have you heard from 4sleddogs? He is supposed to be back this week right? I miss his posts.
Understood. We are all here for the same reason..We know what we have.
As far as VRNG is concerned, they are known patent trolls. They hold over 500 patents and are a Non Practicing Entity NPE. SFOR has products and a viable patent. I do not see the comparison but that is my opinion. GO SFOR
I was not intending to post fluff. I was just simply trying to find out the reason for having 3 defendants for 3 separate lawsuits in court on the same date and time. I understand there can be many reasons for doing that. I just wanted input from what others thought including you. We all get excited at the prospects but you are right, we need to stay grounded. GLTA...GO SFOR
The biggest question is which one. I agree also that settlements could already be in process and the Nov 9th court date is just to free up the court scheduling between now and then.
This sure seems to help put the pieces of the puzzle together. This could explain the Nov 9th court date as well. I can imagine agreements like that are very complex and take a little time. JMO but I think it is worth considering. GLTA I am almost out of posts for today.

Check out the mergers and acquisitions paragraph
I have Googled about every combination of this question and it circles back around to buyout or 3 settlements. I cannot come up with anything else that would have all 3 defendants at the same court date and time..Any lawyers want to weigh in?
I see that Cenrify also updated about 2 hrs ago..I assume that it is the same as Trustwave granting notice of electronic filings..It looks like all 3 defendants are now at the same point now. This is really an intriguing case. GO SFOR
