Thanks gipper33. "Market penetration" says it all!
I readily admit my naiveté regarding LYJN, perhaps because I outright beleive in the concept that has been presented to the wholesale and retail market. There's no need (for me) to talk to someone who knows the market. Perhaps I have, already. I was was only replying to the subject of bankruptcy with an air of sarcasm. As LYJN expands their list of merchandise and merchandising venues, my confidence level with this investment expands accordingly. At the given rate that the company is increasing its exposure to the masses, bunkruptcy is my least concern regarding LYJN.
Has LYJN gone bankrupt? Please advise. As far as I know, the issue of bankruptcy has been brought up by some poster here, not from any market report. Let's see... if Hanna will be the only one to make money, as stated in post #18803, then I have confidence that I too will make money. It all depends on one's steadfast position to not be dissuaded by those attempts to spread investors fear regarding LYJN.
Wondering what's next in Hanna's marketing/product direction... I'm guessing that it might be the Latin catalog that's gone unmentioned since '06, for the next merchandising run. The licensing was secured back then, provided that licensing deal is still official.
LC's logo is visible at the hem on the lower right of the Lennon Working Class Hero Tee and also the Imagine Tee, on that page. I can't help but feel excited and elated to posses a part of this entity, LYJN. And thanks, MAC, for sharing as you do.
Here's a Lyric Jeans blog site that reflects LYJN humble beginnings, from 2006. It might answer some questions for some who might be new to LYJN and maybe it could be added to the intro info of this board:
http://lyricjeans.blogspot.com/2006/06/news-from-march-to-may-2006.html
GLTALs
And our exposure continues to grow. Hanna's strategy has been explained just as I suspected:
Sooo... the race is on. Will LYJN, or will they not file? We shall see. But guess what? If they don't, so be it. Being as naive as I am, I will remain strong and continue to hold my position. I plan to be here when the company gets bought out. Either that or LYJN will establish itself in the top tier of its market segment. Mind you now, you're dealing with a very naive poster here, so if one feels inclined, please don't attempt to Open Our Eyes.
Are you saying that LYJN paid for an email stock promotion, that resulted in the run that occurred earlier this month? If so, please verify.
Your aptly punned metaphorical posts keeps the LYJN board interesting, along with the LYJN info that's been shared.
...and add to that manshoon1: totally ignore the distribution network that Hanna has forged, the market venues that LC goods can be purchased (retail/internet), and again the licensing rights, the increased exposure of the Lyric Culture moniker along with it's unique market niche that will become unchallenged by competition, imhpo.
Posters here have hinted at genius in regards to Hanna's concept of Lyric Jeans. That might not be far-fetched. I'm still thrilled to continue approaching this investment with unshaken faith in LYJN's development. Please let us live in our dream world; that land called Lyric Culture; We (LYJNers) are beyond hope and there's no convincing us otherwise. We'll see you on the other side; maybe the Dark Side of the Moon! Huh, MAC? I have a way to go to match the fluidity you place the lyrics/titles in your posts. GLTALs.
Along with having merchandise distributed across the USA, there is one part in the interview that (imho) should be a definite draw, for speculative and conservative investors alike:
Thanks MAC. That interview should be read by all who continue to regard LYJN as a so-called scam; maybe not. It will be their loss. GLTAL.
FWIW: XsunX Business and Technology Update Newsletter
Aliso Viejo, CA- Jan 18, 2012
Good morning,
January has already seen significant progress with the build of our CIGSolar™ evaporator. It's only been a week since our last build update in which we outlined numerous aspects to our assembly plans, but with progress picking up in the later stages of the build we thought shareholders might like us to keep them posted on continuing progress this month.
Today's newsletter provides incidental updates to our assembly progress and plans as we push to complete the core assemblies and begin testing of the major systems and operations.
Last week we outlined plans to complete the welding of the chamber and the numerous ports and feed-through flanges attached to the system, to complete the fabrication of the entry and exit systems and begin to assemble them, and to provide initial testing of the system material handling and automation systems. We are on track with our goals to complete the welding of the main chamber, flanges & ports, and are completing the aluminum parts this week for the entry and exit systems. For more information you can view additional pictures and descriptions at our CIGSolars project update page.
We are excited to now begin work on bench testing and programing of the material conveyors and automation system which is scheduled to start later this week. We also plan to install and begin load testing system motors in the process chamber to ensure fit and function. The operation of material conveyors and automation are comprised of numerous stainless steel and graphite components and are areas that can often require the most time to adjust so we are fortunate to initiate this phase as early as possible.
The support frame for the system is near completion and we will be attaching the system to its support frame as early as next week. The next area of fabrication will be the liquid cooling system. Thermal evaporation can cause the CIGS process chamber to build-up heat over time so we have designed and implemented a cooling system to reduce the build-up of heat to maintain a safe working environment.
As for progress with potential customers, the good news is that we are continuing to negotiate with interested customers. Customers continue to be engaged and we are working hard to try and find ways to close deals prior to completion of our first multi-chamber CIGSolar™ evaporator.
Thanks again for your time, support, and interest. Have a great week.

Thanks for the quote from Hard Rock Café, usgirls. I missed that mention of LYJN.
Should/When it comes to that, I'm hoping nasdaq. Still a lot of uncertainty with amex, imho. GLTAL.
Why do you imply that
Does it have to be announced that an Annual Report is forthcoming, or any report for that matter? Whenever it/they do get released, I hope that it's just dropped on us, unannounced. It would be nice, nonetheless.
I'm with you, Rustler. Of all the invest/stock-chat boards that are out there, why would Hanna focus on this one. We're just another chat-site that bears no real relevance to the decisions that are made or will be made by Hanna regarding LYJN. Should our speculative quests bite us in the but, so be it. Then they say can say, "I told you so".
One might try to imagine how he/she might try to handle a p&d situation, but, no one is doing what Hanna's doing in putting this company together. Those who would question her style typically would move on, with their monies; and those who accept her concept of putting the company together tend to stick around, unaffected by all of the commotion. That's just the way it is...
MAC, your influence is becoming noticeable. ;)
What does Hanna's knowing about this last stock move have to do with her being able to do anything about it? It doesn't mean that she financed it. Did you see/receive any notice of LYJN stock being placed on a watch list before the pumpers made their advance on this board? The same pumpers pasted the exact/same posts on other board throughout the ihub board network. I checked. You can too, if you don't believe me. Now (admin.), this post is in direct reference of the LYJN board and the movement of LYJN's stock. I don't believe that it violates the TOS. If it does, please offer guidance; or do these last three sentences create a TOS violation?
Yes, the latest 3rd party PUMP&DUMP has passed. On the P&D subject, I do remember one paid promotion by Lyric Jeans, Inc. back in '06, when LYJN came to be. That promo is the only one that I'm aware of that reflected LYJN's endorsement. Show me differently and I will acknowledge my faulty perception of Hanna and the company; but I will hold on to my position. It's a simple task to get a number of participants together, pool some funds, and make a 3rd party phantom endorsement to promote the company. It was done this week, whether one wants to believe it or not. We'll see if this post remains on the board. Give me a pom-pom so I can cheer with the rest of the few who retain an unyieling conviction of LYJN. GO LYRIC JEANS, INC. GLTAL.
I agree Lyric Rocks...
The licensing rights that LYJN currently posses, alone, makes this company's stock price severely undervalued, imho.
yaboy520, are you sure... about rights (licensing)? You're actually way off course. The licensing rights were secured beofre the name change, 5/6 years ago. Check your sources, if you have any. (No hostilities intended).
yaboy520, what other so-called "scams" that you know of which distributes its products nation-wide? I don't believe that you do know of any.
QProfit101, if that's the case, it looks it could potentially be another 3rd party p&d. I hope that's not the case. GLTAL
Hanna. Wonder Woman. I wonder about that woman...
What makes her tick? From watching her since 2006, I've come to a conclusion: her plan from the start was to be a non-reporting or minimal information entity; until she's established the company departments for specific market segments; get them up and going and work on marketing the Lyric Culture name; then launch the BIG Lyric Culture promotion. Just prior to the BIG campaign, publish the financials that will deliver the longs to what they've envisioned all the time. When, is the definitive question, but I think she's about there. All imho. GLTA
I see that former Chairman, Sir Christopher Meyer, has his former chairmanship of the company listed in his résumé; updated to reflect WSGI (GTEL/GTE). Doesn't mean anything, just an observation.
http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/people/person.asp?personId=7622233&ticker=ARBB:LN&previousCapId=22779&previousTitle=RRE%20Ventures%20LLC
I like the statement "All of my clients beat their projections for the holidays, and they are feeling a lot of momentum." I'm hoping that Hanna is alluding to the retailers on LC's distributors list regarding movement of LC merchandise projections.
Granted that VW has been involved in a large portion of LTHU's R&D, I'm guessing that the definitive question is "will LTHU be VW's battery provider for the production models of electrics and hybrids?"
Scam, huh? Thanks, MAC, for bringing the LYJN - YouTube page to our attention. Let's hope that it goes viral from here. ...and it reflects Hanna's continued efforts to broaden the recognition of Lyric Culture.
Whence comes the newly found interest in LYJN, all this new activity from so many new faces here, seemingly? There are increased warnings about the investment: Lyric Jeans Inc. Please share some of that knowledge about the company that the majority here don't already know; or proven allegations of wrong-doing by Hanna or the company while representing LYJN. What can you share with the readers here that will support the newest posters' negativity towards the company? What's the stem of these opinions? We have heard many that don't need to be repeated but I'm always hoping for fresh dialogue concerning LYJN. I make this request with all due respect. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays & GLTA.
Rustler, on that note ($1 per share), my dilemma would be when to exit. I guess that when we do reach that position, there will be many analysts' predictions of projected PPSs, given that LYJN financial info will have been released then. However, I do not forsee the PPS moving very far beyond $1 given the current share count, but I'd love to have to eat these words. C'mon Hanna, do it to me... Make me eat 'em!
I made my first purchase from LC; a Christmas present for my daughter. I noticed an LC sticker (an eye-catcher) on the UPS packaging and thought, it would be smart for LC to offer a similar or the same sticker for whatever... bumpers, windows, book-covers, etc.; you know? Offer a new buzz-word (Lyric Culture) to pop-culture. Simple ideas do catch on sometimes. There's just no telling. Lyric Culture stickers could prove to be a great marketing tool in raising awareness of the company and its products even further. Just a thought. I think I'll paste this message on LC's fb page. GLTA and Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays.
Rustler, that's what I'm hoping for. And if not then... eventually. I feel that interest in the entity Lyric Jeans, Inc. will have reached a point, by the end of next year, where there will be parties interested in buying controlling interest of the company and take it to the next level. All imho. I still plan to be around; God willing.
I'm hoping I'll be around long enough to witness WSGI and its technology come of age, to reach the masses. GLTA
Imho, the only thing preventing LYJN from becoming a big player in this segment of the market is because it just won't publish its financials. ...if we only knew what Hanna's being advised. Again imo, the ducks are in a proper row, lacking the all-important lead duck; the financials. Oh well, I'll continue to wait it out. I'll make this my New Year's wish: LYJN Financials, and perhaps a viable IR department.
Ihub should add "Like/Dislike" keys. There are LYJN comments here, both pro and con, that make very valid observations regarding LYJN that could be complimented/criticized without crowding the board. GLTA
