This is true. Well, at the very least there is Club 524 which you and I are a part of. ;)

Careful with posting a 'timetable' on something like NASDAQ uplist, especially here...it well become debated for the next few days ;)
Read carefully: https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/121.asp
It won't happen in a week.

~$900...that's not even beer money.
Next.
If this goes where we all want this to go, check out the Phenom 300.
TGLO$$$
Thanks for this new DD. I would suspect that's why trading volume is light and so volatile....float is locked!
TGLO$$$
Sorry, can you explain just a bit more. I'm trying to follow your POV here. Interesting.
BS...loading the ask, aka slapping the ask, is filled 99.8% of the time. MMs discretion to fill the order.
Agreed. I had 46k waiting at 0770...no takers. Bring it down? IF it hits 06, I'll be in for 60. There's a reason the accumulation line keeps going up.
TGLO$$$
'Legacy' holders had this at or below a penny...Trading 101, for every sell there is a buy...fill my 46k please...still waiting...
TGLO$$$
Beat me to it! LOL
CELZ$$$
Well, call it what you will, Trading 101 is simple...for every buy there is a sell and vice versa.
58,000 of that 'dump' went into my buy...thanks!
TGLO$$$
Trading 101...whomever sold 40,000 at .11 was picked up by me. So while registered as a 'sell' ...I now have nearly a half ton. lol
TGLO$$$
If that is still happening, please take a screen shot. Also desktop or mobile? I have Fidelity, but haven't had a chance to jump on recently.
TGLO$$$
Agreed. The timing of the born on date with historical price data proves he is someone else, 02s happened in January...

The writing style of some of the new posters here (within the last 30 days) is exactly like another, more-seasoned, multi-thousand post poster. Hey, pitchforks, it's become formulaic. We get it, you missed out on the run up, but spreading F.U.D. is useless here. I personally have seen a stock recently (last 5 months) go from $5 on a Friday to $70+ on Monday. $.20 to $20 is not an unrealistic expectation given the industry, and moreover, what TGLO already has: permits & pipelines. But hey, you already know this, because you're that 'other' poster...
TGLO$$$
Lol, so true. Typical...one of those tines on his pitchfork is bent...just like the other three hay makers.
TGLO$$$
Lol, right!?? lots of pitchforks today making hay!
TGLO$$$
LMAO! Keeping on making hay there, pitchfork!

Not Picasso, but I grabbed 20,500 more ~fifteen minutes before the close.
Anything under.20 is a gift...OTCX was selling and I grabbed it. Mis-timed another ticker earlier today or else I would have bought all ~39,000 they had up.
TGLO$$$
Look up LF#N... NQ stock...crypto-hyped stock because of 'blockchain' was part of their burgeoning business model.
That would be awesome! (although only $1.20) LOL
Let's do some Sunday Funday math basics
600% = $1.20
1,000% = $2.00
5,000% = $10.00
10,000% = $20.00
I know (well, have read here) a few of us longs aren't even thinking about selling until $20...so there you go...
TGLO$$$
LMFAO! Right!!

Read my following post, you're starting down that path of assuming you know more than R&G lawyers. Don't embarrass yourself.
As those folks read through this, please don't embarrass yourselves by trying to out think, out guess, or infer your opinion to the board what's been submitted to the Federal Appeallate Court, our opinions mean nothing based on this. You're going against lawyers that have done this successfully many times. While it reads to us 'longs' as a slam dunk reversal, it is still at the mercy of the courts.

Not a paint job, but Fidelity looking for the best price for me...I guess. Also, I curious about the the 'white' color, as buys are green and sells are red. Is this a cross trade? Other platforms may show this in gray or another color.
As you can see, I slapped the ask at .1669, then again at .16...both times I was filled lower (.1668 and .1599).

Trading 101...for every buy, there is a sell, and sell there is a buy...one cannot happen without the other.

Understanding Bridge Financing: One Owner’s Journey
On occasion, in the middle of running your business, you’ll run across an opportunity so good you can’t pass it up. The deal costs too much to finance from your own balance sheet, but it just makes sense. Now what?
The answer is bridge financing – otherwise referred to as swing loans, interim loans, or gap financing. It is a short-term loan that you expect to repay with the proceeds of an anticipated larger transaction, allowing you to complete an opportunistic deal.

LOL, c'mon...NOPE! $2.50 margin rule on ALL STOCKS under $2.50
Here are a few examples of the MOST shares you can short based on your account value:
$1000 account - 400 shares max
$2500 account - 1000 shares max
$5000 account - 2000 shares max
$10,000 account - 4000 shares max
$25,000 account - 10,000 shares max
RSII$$$
Shorting...almost any US-brokerage firm will not short an OTC stock. (Fidelity, TDA, eTrade, etc.). IF you can, you'll be subject to the $2.50 margin rule (trading on margin) and you're not going to make much money going that route (see article and math below)
SureTrader and Interactive Brokers, will. That said, here's what Interactive Brokers (IB) is showing re:
Shares available to short for TGLO: 550,000 shares
https://interactivebrokers.com/en/?f=%2Fen%2Ftrading%2FViewShortableStocks.php%3Fcntry%3Dusa%26a
Now back to Shorting an OTC stock...you'd have to have really deep pockets and your returns are really not that fantastic down at these levels.
http://tradetheticker.blogspot.com/2014/02/question-what-is-250-rule.html
The $2.50 rule applies when you are short selling stocks that are priced under $2.50. Basically, the rule states that for every share you are short, you still need to put up $2.50 of capital, even if the stock is priced lower.
Why does this matter? Let's say you have a $1000 account and you want to short sell pennystocks. If the stock is under $2.50, you will not be able to take a full $1000 position, even if you wanted to. Here's the math:
You have a $1000 account;
For ANY stock under $2.50, you must still put up $2.50 in capital.
Divide $1000 by $2.50, and the MOST shares you can short is 400 shares, REGARDLESS of price.
This can be a huge frustration for small accounts. You might have the perfect supernova chart and the stock is trading at $1, but you can't short 1000 shares. You can only short 400 because of the $2.50 rule.
Here are a few examples of the MOST shares you can short based on your account value:
$1000 account - 400 shares max
$2500 account - 1000 shares max
$5000 account - 2000 shares max
$10,000 account - 4000 shares max
$25,000 account - 10,000 shares max
The cheaper the stock, the larger a disadvantage this is because of the smaller $ position size you will ultimately wind up taking. Unfortunately, it's one of the realities of short selling but as your account grows, it will become less of a nuisance. I hope this helps clear up any confusion!
To the jagoff who thinks he can/should short a PENNY STOCK...
Unless you're using SureTrader or Interactive Broker, NO US-based brokerage will let you short a penny stock.
Now, let's talk about IF you WERE to short a Penny Stock, look at the STEEP REQUIREMENTS and how much you're on the hook for and how much you're gonna make.

Agreed BUT not out of the possibility! LOL
Not many here may have played with GBT$ pre R/S, but I jumped in that whole blockchain/bitcoin craze with them at ~$800 PER SHARE (saying to myself WTF are you DOINGGGG!???) but rode that puppy with 3 shares, added 3 more and got out selling 6 shares when it peaked at ~$3300 PER SHARE. That of course, helped me fund my TGLO retirement account. :)
They of course had an R/S but thousands of shares at $16-20 PPS (whatever it is now) isn't too bad, but I digress. TGLO has too much going for it to R/S in the slightest. The amount of logical DD completely vaporizes such a notion.
TGLO$$$
Thanks for uncovering the new DD, excited to see what it may be.
