So, Nader should have known Amarex was being fraudulent by looking at the blinded data they had no access to?
Yes, it's true that people may be uninformed when they're being lied to. A good CEO doesn't speak badly about their CRO in public until their fraudulent behavior has been uncovered. It's a shame that Nader had to force Amarex to submit the incomplete BLA to the FDA just to see what shape it was in.
I guess a better question is how will the shorts react to the good news that Nader's injunction against the fraudulent CRO was just GRANTED?
CytoDyn was dealing with Amarex for 10 years?? Good catch!! That means they were dealing with them from 2013-2018 when that idiot, Anthony Caracciolo, was in control, or should I say out of control. That explains EVERYTHING. I should have known that IDIOT was behind the issues with Amarex. They should go after him for the $80m of the company's money that he wasted on Amarex.
Umm...I think everyone already knows CytoDyn requested 4 doses but were turned down by the FDA, so I'm not sure why some continue to push the false narrative that it was never requested and turned down. That sounds more like something that do-nothing idiot Anthony Caracciolo would have done. So glad they made him do the perp walk when they escorted him out the door.
WRONG! Does this help!

"MOTION for Preliminary Injunction filed by CytoDyn, Inc. - Argued - GRANTED for the reasons stated on the record, all as stated by and before Judge Peter J. Messitte."
Other than CD10 or 12, can you list as least one of the "virtually ALL other trials" that you claim failed? Just one?? LMAO!
So, then it should be easy for you to list "ALL other trials" that failed to meet their end points. LMAO
Everyone knows why CD10 and 12 didn't meet their endpoints, so please provide the list of "virtually all of their clinical trials" that failed. Nobody has found any others, but I'm game.
Like NP replacing "do nothing" Tony C. and having to mop up the mess he left behind?? Oh, I forgot, that wasn't "supposed to happen". LMAO
Yeah, and that "idiot" Nader had to run off and successfully sue them. Something that "do nothing" Tony C. nor the 13D gang of miscreants could have done. LMAO
I think they'll settle out of court for the reasons you listed below. And it won't be for a few measly millions. This one's not only going to hurt Amarex, but now gives the shorts and failed 13D gang of miscreants that worship them something else to worry about as you're already hearing.
Apparently the judge that granted the injunction disagrees with you. LMAO
Wrong. They're expecting unblinded NASH results by the end of next week.
You're thinking that CytoDyn will only be asking for $15m???
That will be a drop in the bucket compared to the $80m they've already given Amarex not to mention damages. But, hey, I'm sure this won't be anything like the 13-D having their case and appeals denied. Funny how all we were hearing from the IncellDX investors was how the 13-D directors would definitely be on the proxy ballot, and then how Amarex was going to defeat the injunction. Now we're hearing how Amarex will get $15m for committing fraud?? The question is no longer if CytoDyn will be rewarded, but rather how much.
Dang that Nader! Why does he keep winning these court cases?? Why can't he just do something wrong!!!
Sure. And Amarex is in a much stronger position given this loss. Just like the failed 13-D gang of miscreants when they filed their appeal only to get a public spanking by Sidley. Now Amarex will know what it feels like. Why would anyone think they're not going to pay through the wazoo given they just lost the injunction. The writing is on the wall in all CAPS! LMAO
Agree that we're a $10-$20 stock today. Can't wait until a few months from now.
Is this the Amarex link that you're looking for?

Ummm...sorry to inform you of this, but we won! LMAO
"Hearing held on 12/16/2021 re6 MOTION for Preliminary Injunction filed by CytoDyn, Inc. - Argued - GRANTED for the reasons stated on the record, all as stated by and before Judge Peter J. Messitte. (Court Reporter: Marlene Kerr - via ZoomGov) (tds, Deputy Clerk)"

Thank you for making my point.
Who said anything about it happening in a "few weeks"??? LOL
Perhaps you missed the part about them uplisting long before they get to $1,000. Most institutional backers are restricted from buying OTC stocks, however that will quickly change when they uplist. Most people who follow CYDY are expecting that to happen well before the end of 2022, with the exception of the shorts and bashers, of course.
Of course CD10 and 12 failed - read my posts! LMAO
Who said the CD10 and 12 trials were a success??? LMAO
Okay, glad to see that you no longer blame him for the 2013-2018 failures. Yes, Tony C's reign of do-nothingness was definitely to blame, but I disagree that Dr. Pourhassan is to blame for everything from 2020 until today. Obviously their former CRO, Amarex, deserves most of the credit for that. I suspect Tony C. was involved with bringing them on board, too. No surprise there.
No, the list you've published proves my point that Anthony Caracciolo's abysmal record as the Chairman of the Board from 2013 to 2018 is the one that should have the finger pointed at them. People blame Dr. Pourhassan for everything that happened at CytoDyn during that five year period even though Tony C. was the chairman of the Board and had ultimate say over EVERY decision that was made during his reign of do-nothingness. Almost like they themselves were fired by Dr. Pourhassan and still carry a bitter grudge against him. So glad Tony C. was escorted out the door due to his abysmal record of not getting anything done in six years.
WRONG. You said "Sorry, so far LL has failed virtually every trial."
If that was correct (and it's not), then please provide a link or ANYTHING that supports your statement. We've already discussed CD10 and 12 ad nauseum, so I'm referring to ANYTHING that shows "LL has failed virtually every trial".
Great post!!! Agree with everything you said!
So, other than CD10 and 12 which we've already discussed, there is NO EVIDENCE showing "most of their trials failed"?? No links or anything showing they "FAILED"?" Just assumptions and rationalizations??? LOL
So, until the FDA approves a drug, it has "failed" the trial??? LMAO
So until you see the data, you're saying they "failed"?? LOL
Off the grid until mid/late 2022??
I guess getting the topline results for NASH by the end of next week and the BTD for mTNBC decision by Jan 5 are considered "off the grid". LOL
Nobody is arguing about whether they missed the CD10 and 12 endpoints, or the reason they were missed due to the FDA restricting the number of doses after the first of the four week triel. The discussion is about the false claim that LL has failed most the trials, which is clearly a bogus claim given that nobody can show where other trials failed.
So, you agree that "most" of the trials didn't fail. Good to hear because we all know Nader has done an incredible job of moving the trials forward, especially when compared to "do nothing" Tony Caracciolo who sat on his ass and in the way of progress from 2013-2018. So glad that idiot was escorted out the door.
WRONG! How can anyone forget Anthony Caracciolo's abysmal record as the Chairman of the Board from 2013 to 2018. I remember when they had to bring NP back in to mop up the mess left behind by do-nothing Tony. When you say "he was an idiot", I have to assume you're referring to "do-nothing" Tony C.
WRONG! None of those listed failed to meet their endpoints other than CD10 and 12, and everyone knows why those two trials didn't meet them, and it wasn't because of the drug. If the other trials failed to meet their end points, feel free to share links to support your claim.
Not sure what you're referring to. The statement was made that LL failed most of the trials. Are you saying you agree with that statement?
I've already explained CD10 and 12. Like I said before, try listing all of the trials and show which of those failed to meet their end points to support your statement below.
WRONG!!! LL didn't meet the CD10 and 12 endpoints due to a 28 day trial that was limited by the FDA to dosing only on days 0 and 7. LL was clearly working for the first two weeks of the four week trial until it was no longer in the patient's system. Try listing all of the trials and showing which of those failed to meet their end points.
Why would warrant holders sell their shares??? The reason they're holding warrants is because they believe in the long-term prospects of the company.
Can you provide some examples of where BPs refused to acquire a smaller biotech because they didn't have "2 BTDs"???
LOL
