You're thinking that CytoDyn will only be asking for $15m???

That will be a drop in the bucket compared to the $80m they've already given Amarex not to mention damages. But, hey, I'm sure this won't be anything like the 13-D having their case and appeals denied. Funny how all we were hearing from the IncellDX investors was how the 13-D directors would definitely be on the proxy ballot, and then how Amarex was going to defeat the injunction. Now we're hearing how Amarex will get $15m for committing fraud?? The question is no longer if CytoDyn will be rewarded, but rather how much.

CYDY receiving the injunction does not equate to CYDY winning arbitration for the $15 million they owe Amarex.
