Yes, it's true that people may be uninformed when they're being lied to. A good CEO doesn't speak badly about their CRO in public until their fraudulent behavior has been uncovered. It's a shame that Nader had to force Amarex to submit the incomplete BLA to the FDA just to see what shape it was in.

I guess a better question is how will the shorts react to the good news that Nader's injunction against the fraudulent CRO was just GRANTED?

And how long has Nader been praising them?
