GRCV is in process of launching OTCexchange.info
to give visiblility to SCAM marijuana stocks and other penny stocks.
They intend to follow 'problem' penny stocks for investors. Check out their website.
The website will also have QuoteMedia tools for traders,
E-learning for newby investors as well as One-Page-Web for
companies to post content and social interaction simular to Facebook
Yes, they do have news coming about their Pending purchase
of a medical marijuana facility in Bend,OR.
We're waiting for farm size, income numbers....things like that
In Brokercheck.FINRA.org I found
John P. Correnti with finra history in OH and CA. Is that him?
You're exactly right, the Finra would make this real.
I wish they had an address for the $3 million CPI Technology Campus.
lukin, last night the website gang added Groups of major exchanges
with real time quotes and some stocks.
That indicates they are starting to install the back
end of the SimpleTier system. That will be their primary income.
It's happening. A month or two from now those who sold at .0001
will be kicking themselves in the head.
Be patient, this is actually going faster than I expected.
more info
here's what i found 'in process' on the otcexchange.info website:
members and forums
members can setup one page websites (looks like facebook)
home e-learning
articles about problem companies
home simple ( this may become Simpletier for trading)
my opinion is stock won't move much until we see
they add the Simpletier Trading OTC Exchange
if it shows a sudden increase in volume then news is probably coming.
That may be a flag to buy.
just google
otcexchange.info
i'm holding too...until i see income producing features added to the website.
i saw of progress on the exchange website over
the weekend. it's moving faster than I expected.
Seems the news side is getting populated and the forum is also getting there.
It looks like they're going to launch the forum side first and then add the exchange later.
I signed up as member #17 just to see if it works and it looks fine.
just google:
otcexchange.info members
you are very right, thats the bottom line. so the question becomes do they really want a valuable and profitable business or is the intent to pull shares out and use the company as an ATM? The players eventually will define how this is managed.
The mystery is Francis owns 120mil shares of Get Real(symbol GTRL) and he's not selling.
Then bought the 1bitcorpcorp.com, OTCIQ.com, added just recently 1bitcoinnetwork.com
and now GRCV OTCexchange.info.
Where is this going? Thats everybodys question.
I'm just holding my position here and will be moving in other sub pennys now. Thankyou so much. Jim
good info, that looks like Francis bio.
so then why is Jarvis here in otcexchange.info?
Also, Francis just launched a bitcoin exchange
network around August-Oct 2014
1bitcoinnetwork.com
It's Under his Get Real USA company. If he still owns that.
all websites were done at wholesaleweb.org which is a freelancer job board.
I thought that too . This domain was expiring acouple months ago and Francis picked it up.
Maybe he develops sites ( or has it outsourced) for stock and/or a position.
Afew interesting things from his Get Real bio I stumbled upon.... Francis was VP with Smith Barney for 5 years. His expertise was venture capitol, business consulting and investments.
He sounds very capable.
Now where does John Jarvis, Claire Peetz and afew others fit in?
Thats where it doesn't make sense to me?
Sorry if too much info. Just fyi, I'm very good and finding
stuff and piecing it together.
Thats as far as I'm taking this. This one needs time for the dust to settle.
Thanks Janice, Oh I did find more info for you about Francis.
The registered address for otcexchange.info was francis weber of 26 railroad abalon, ny 10170
That address has errors but 26 railroad ave is babylon, ny 10702 with a francis weber and that address connected to afew similar websites:
CEO OTCIQ.com
Get Real USA and which owns ibitcoincorp.com, stock GTRL
OTC intellegence with bitcoins are the key here.
It looks like this site may have a combination of both.
Both sites look professional and Francis owns shares in both too.
I agree. we are in at .0002 and know similar companies have gone from .0002 to .005 when at this stage and release the website.
Then as they add members, adwords, estore items and in this case otc trading it will go higher if they manage it right.
With sub penny stocks it's best to buy and then put it in your portfolio and move to another. They never go up as expected, always a surprise. Too many manipulate the price- flippers, mm's, insiders etc.
It's usually alot of buying suddenly and we don't know why until after the fact.
when is the next Qtry report due?
The previous report mentioned John was issued 500mil shares in Oct 2014.
Then press release mentions GRCV buying a marijuana farm in Dec.
Doesn't a company have to file something before selling alot of shares?
My guess is the big seller wan't John.
Especially before a big launch 1st qtr 2015 of the OTC exchange.
Seems they set the registration to private.
I checked it on the wa-com.com, they didn't update it there yet so you can see the origional registration info.
It will probably be changed by tomorrow too.
i don't about an address in the website, but the domain name is registered by francis weber in abalon, NY.
To find that just type "otcexchange.info whois" in Google.
Until the website is offically published as a finished product everything inside should taken with a grain of salt.
That means it's not real until it's 'real'.
Please don't see my posts as pumping. I'm just looking around and sharing with Janice what I find. I post it public for Others who are interested.
I also noticed GRCV recently updated here in iHub their website.
The purpose here is sharing sound info and not empty hype.
GRCV is #10 on the Breakout Board.
The sellers are gone so when this moves it can happen fast.
Another new section is called 'One Page Website' which looks like a Facebook for companies to post a splash page for their products, likes, discussions, pix, content and more.
This website is looking bigger than I expected.
I also found a premium paid members section too.
Maybe thats to have without ad's or will have extra features?
Just fyi, I'm posting text, not links because if everybody starts going in there
they can easily password lock the site while it's under development.
Janice, The OTC website added home e-learning last night.
Seems they want an education section too.
To see this just type:
otcexchange.info/Home e-learning
into Google.
I noticed a new button for mobile devices viewing too.
It's happening
The address is registered to Francis Weber in NY.
It looks like the address will be updated sometime before the actual release.
we know they're serious now. it looks like the otc exchange is being prepped for release. we can follow the progress so we should know when they're close to ready. we also know they have several testers on it so it may happen fairly soon.
the website is just a rough draft right now. As soon as they realize we are all looking at it they'll close the door until it's ready.
They just filled in the city text with anything. thats for font placement and it will be cleaned up.
heres more info
if you type in otcexchange.info/thoughts you find the beta testing message.
if you type /home-shop you would see they are working on a flash
advertisment. Maybe for the home page, YouTube or something else.
I'm still looking around their site.
My guess is this will be the backup version and once this is tested good they'll move a copy to their server.
In the website find the "/thoughts" there you'll find a message the website is currently being Beta tested.
Then looking at the bottom theres 11 active members testing, one name is John Jarvis. So this is the GRCV CPI otc exchange.
The detail in the site actually looks good.
I admit I was planning to sell now I'm going hold, this can really move.
otcexchange.info ...i don't any connection to the company with this???
Check the Whois details.
They intended to have this on 'their' server and their server isn't in NY.
the sellers are gone, now just need real news for buyers to come in. until then this will be a so so stock.
The research for that was initiated at the college lab.. After approval the technology was licensed to ADMD and the the patent holder was given a position on the board. Just read the patent and do the math.
I am here because they have an incredible opportunity on this next patent. It opens a billion dollar door if managed right. The weak link here is the management. their recent hire has a high level FDA experience so some good things are likely in the works.
They still need someone who can get things done without wiping out share value with their stock option deals for management.
The last fda approval was submitted in 2009 and approved in 2014 according to the patent.
Great post, now I understand, handy info Thks
If they wanted to get up and running the exchange faster they could had used servers from Amazon.
Netflix has most of their content on servers leased from Amazon. They take care of the software and Amazon manages the hardware. It would be faster and thats what counts nowadays. Just my opinion.
I agree. John did say the OTC Exchange will launch in the 1st qtr of 2015. Yes, they have launched a minor mmj website recently, but we really want to see the exchange up and running.
That would add massive valuation to a stock that recently had a massive selloff.
This may me the golden buy moment for this one. Thats my objective opinion.
Are any big players accumulating shares here?
Here's the update: no news about the massive share selloff, no news about he OTC exchange BUT they suddenly have money to buy a marijuana farm.
I'm just being objective here. This is what I see.
cpi is a partner with grcv. The 2012 copyright ii noticed, but this domain name was registered nov 2014. They may own other potnews domains too.
the company launched their website potnews.net but I don't see anything mentioned by the company. It is registered to John Correnti and launched acouple weeks ago. It's currently a small mmj news site but it's a start. I need to find if it's on their own server. That would be the real news. I'm still following his other five domain names for any activity.
Also I noticed the Stock chart MACD is currently crossing indicating the stock is now moving into stonger hands.
it looks like they plan on selling medical marijuana if they don't smoke all the profits. :)
Johnny wants this to be Grannavest...the next Cannavest.
This is a funding source for mmj startups but he can see the best deals and best opportunites.
Now is the time to get them or lose them. He may have so many fires cooking and thats a good thing.
the bad spelling is 'routine' over there?
i did find they have 11 domain names registered and set up on a 'unique' server.
I can't give better info with paying some service for the details.
It seems alot of people can't spell nowadays. They stopped teaching spelling in my daughters elementary school. They no longer check homework too.
That will be the next generation of CEO's. Maybe we're there already.
i did some homework and found John Correnti with Eric White (grcv board)) registered several domains in Nov 2014. Serveral are OTC related and others are marijuana related. Fyi Clair magazine (GRCV partner) is a marijuana content provider.
The servers will likely also be used for other content providers as well.
The misspelled domains are okay and correct. If your testing a new server then it's just for testing is my opinion.
Heres the domains: otcpot.com, otccompainies.com, marijaunanews.com, potnews.com, weedatlas.net and buyherb.net. Hope this helps.
