In the website find the "/thoughts" there you'll find a message the website is currently being Beta tested.
Then looking at the bottom theres 11 active members testing, one name is John Jarvis. So this is the GRCV CPI otc exchange.
The detail in the site actually looks good.

I admit I was planning to sell now I'm going hold, this can really move.
