when is the next Qtry report due?

The previous report mentioned John was issued 500mil shares in Oct 2014.
Then press release mentions GRCV buying a marijuana farm in Dec.

Doesn't a company have to file something before selling alot of shares?
My guess is the big seller wan't John.
Especially before a big launch 1st qtr 2015 of the OTC exchange.
