I was just thinking the other day. If this is going to be the "product" we all hoped it was going to have been, and there was a speculation of taking over a significant portion of 5-Hour, why wouldn't the folks at 5-Hour squirt 3% cold pressed hemp juice into an additional product and launch that.
Seems like they would already have everything in place; supply, production, marketing, distribution, shipping, etc.
Just curious.
Apparently not everyone knew that on August 1, 2015. We certainly hope everyone knows that now.
Just checking. I thought I read you had heard it and had some details and couldn't wait to hear it myself.
I'm sorry I missed the "conference call". Care to share the "brilliant distribution plan". I'd love to hear about it.
Could have been a typo in the press releases. California, Colorado, who knows. Both spellings share a lot of the same letters. Obviously been several typos in the press releases and the 8Ks. Heck, just adding an extra "s" after someone's name caused a lot of issues and discussion here before. But, after all; this is about savvy investing, not grammar.
Maybe NeuMatter Methods/Valen Methods is a typo, too.
Just my opinion.
Except maybe the parts about "national distribution" and "investor relations"? Waiting patiently for a link to the "conference call".
Was this speculation spoken during the "conference call"? I missed it. The "conference call" and the additional speculation.
Help us all out here. Is there a link that states distribution, or is that simply an opinion ...
I'd love to see something that states we're not relying on internet distribution.
My opinion.
Ah, got it.
Thank you.
My removed post:
Interesting.
Consider. The "re-launch", "hard launch", whatever; is scheduled for Friday 10-16-2015. Some speculate it may be sooner.
The 10Q will be out, or should be out (unaudited of course) on or about thirty days after (11-15-2015, forty five days from end of previous quarter). There are a wealth of excuses available for why that report is going to appear the way it will (prior regime, etc). None of this "re-launch", "hard launch", whatever; will be included on the 10Q for the period ending 09-30-2015.
For all the talk, and it is all talk; the quarterly report (Q4)and annual report (FY 2015) will most likely not be available until 02-15-2016, or thereabout.
So this "company" and their financial health gained almost five months of talk (the 09-11-2015 and 09-14-2015 debacle through 02-15-2016) before any formal financial statements will tell the whole financial story, at least the unaudited story.
It should be interesting what the minions are told during the "conference call" regarding material definitive agreements; supply, production, shipping and distribution of the current "product". None of that has ever been verified, because information has not been provided. Just a non-communicative general manager name and supposed business name that currently operates as an industrial cleaning supply provider.
Always on pins and needles for the new information that audibly excites the "moderator" of these "conference calls".
Nope. Simply clarifying the "product" is not unique nor first of its kind.
I'd be somewhat leery as well. Considering there really won't be any semi-confirmable numbers on sales and expenses leading to profits until around mid-February when an annual and a quarterly report would be produced for the fourth quarter. Technically, other than press releases and some 8K filings, which don't seem to be too important to investors at this point, there won't be any semi-factual numbers until then.
Good luck to all of us here.
"Product" is not "the first Hemp based energy shot of its kind".
At least one existed before it and still does.
I think our focus would be on how that already existing product is doing before making grand speculation regarding other products, such as 5-Hour.
Maybe because it was advertised on other boards and social media, including twitter and Facebook. This "company" is discussed on many other boards and social media as well as in the real world.
This site or board did not actually "host" the "conference call".
Except, I was a little surprised not to read anything about the "conference call" on sites related to the Strause family and their endeavors.
This board converses about many different issues involving the "company", including the first "conference call", which was available through links here and elsewhere.
Just curious.
I did not. I do not know what "many" would equate to in a factual number. The point being, it remains unavailable for individual listening and analysis and it wasn't really discussed in any detail on this or any other board.
Just curious.
Please take very good notes and hopefully someone will make a link available to this one, as most were unable to attend the Strause "conference call" or listen to it at a later date.
Maybe "john Golden" from "NeuMatter Methods/Valen Methods" will make a surprise guest appearance.
Eh, not too excited about that drama. Would rather hear about:
Update on OTCQB Filing, currently filed under "former CEO" information
Status of the trademark(s) (86661934 "WolfShot, available on-line at USPTO; no information found on "Hemp Energy") both depicted in multiple formats and websites. Interesting current status on the 86661934 file.
Status of Material Definitive agreement(s) with NeuMatter Methods/Valen Methods. Seems like an investor would be curious about that agreement. Might even lay rest to speculation on what quantity of "product" is allegedly being produced, i.e. initial production run of 4000 bottles, individual or pre-packed multiple containers, etc
Status of Material Definitive agreements with new counsel. Just seems curious there is supposedly new counsel. Not sure if this is in addition to or replacement of former counsel
An exit strategy for a launch failure.
Just curious. All the hype about the "product" is great. As an investor, I'd be curious about the rest of the story.
Since the PPS seems to be moving in the correct direction, it would be my very honest opinion that we focus on these issues and add some reality and good DD to the climb.
These are issues that should be addressed, not overlooked as irrelevant. And answers certainly not taken for face value based on a biased "conference call".
This thing moves on rumors. Lets see if we can get it to move on some fact.
Anyone have any information at all on NeuMatter Methods/Valen Methods they care to share with the rest of us. I would appreciate reading anything at all; good, bad or otherwise.
I would also address whether NeuMatter Methods/Valen Methods is simply producing and packaging the "product", and shipping the product to the company", or if the "product" will be shipped directly from the "source". Seems as if the "product" had some travel prior to making it into the hands of a very select few.
I believe these are all valid areas of interest any investor would inquire and base an opinion on fact rather than the PPS.
I believe if these concerns were to be addressed, factually, then the PPS would travel on its own accord, rather than rumor.
The rest of my weekend is for travel and well deserved leisure.
ROCK out.
I posted this:
"Oh now you're going to get cut and pasted on best practices."
Which was promptly deleted.
Which was followed immediately by Post
Yes. This is a repeat post that was provided when others suggested (not me) that Hewlett Packard started in their garage in Palo Alto, California. A computer company. We got it then. Sanitary. We get it now. Computers versus food products. I would hope the industrial cleaning portion of these co-packers would be kept sanitized from the "hemp infused energy shot" portion of their operation. I would hope they have access to and follow these guidelines.
They are in Texas. At least humidity controlled. That should be waning considering time of year.
Maybe we hear it. Maybe we wait until the Annual Report/10Q, which we won't potentially see until February 15, 2016 (forty five days).
Yes. I'm pretty sure NeuMatter Methods/Valen Methods would keep a sanitary partition clear and separate from their industrial cleaning supply operations. It would be just dumb to think our "product" would have 3% real cold pressed hemp juice and 3% ammonia. I'm sure they are being very careful. They may even have a separate facility, at least a door or a screen or something satisfactory to prevent cross-contamination.
I would not be too concerned. After all, the last "soft launch" was rumored to have produced 100K bottles. So that should not be a problem this time since all the shenanigans have been were addressed during that "soft launch" with a halt in production.
The current "CEO" let everyone know those issues were fully addressed and corrected. Then the production restarted. The first "soft launch" was rumored to be so successful, the "company" ran "out of stock", but that was fixed as well, then the "soft launch" ended. Now we have everything fixed and a new "hard launch" is set for Friday October 16, 2015. I'm sure the "company" has all their financing in place. They just haven't told us how yet.
I would venture a guess, I'd admit mostly uneducated and perhaps somewhat ignorant; those concerns of investors will be fully asked and answered at the "conference call" next week, some PR or maybe even an 8K. I am positive all investor concerns and consumer issues will be transparently addressed. We have a "transparent CEO", which may be different than a CEO that is transparent.
Friday October 16, 2015. Very exciting.
The OTCQB information should be updated.
It would be informative to know what the current status of the trademark applications for "WolfShot" and "Hemp Energy" are and if the applications are moving along.
It would be good to have some 8K for material definitive agreements with "NeuMatter Methods, LLC (possibly DBA or affiliated with Valen Methods, LLC).
It would be good to have some 8K material definitive agreements with new corporate counsel and an understanding the agreement with former corporate counsel has been terminated.
It should be considered to perhaps enlist a new registered agent as well. Just to eliminate any ongoing conspiracy theories.
I'm just transparently thinking out loud for a moment.
What were some of the other 3343 or so reasons for the failed "launch"?
But, wait, isn't that the same basic salary as the new "CEO", $180,000 plus incentives.
I was under the impression Dr. Linda Strause came up with the "product" before the new "CEO" came on board.
I don't think that's why the "launch" failed.
Otherwise, its just deja vu all over again.
Oh, I see it now. The last names were spelled incorrectly.
Now I remember. The information some were posting way back when and others were denying. Then it came to pass that the information was actually accurate. Then there was some power struggle or something.
I get it now. Just an extra "s" at the end. That does make a difference. I should have paid attention.
I know.
Where did you find information for Robert Sands and Scott Sands? I have looked through all the past filings and on-line resources and don't find a single entry under those names. Weird.
I can't find a Robert Sands or a Scott Sands associated with much of anything, let alone FBEC or any other brokerage firms.
I am unable to find a Robert Sands or a Scott Sands anywhere associated with FBEC.
Sales and distribution equals what in profit. I don't necessarily doubt there may be a "product" at some time. My concern is the current debt owed, paying that debt off, having revenues and making a profit; so the cycle can continue.
I'm not impressed. All these recent PR's and "conference calls" are exciting to the select few, but not to savvy long term investors at this time.
A 10Q will be out in about six weeks if past performance is any indicator of future performance.
Then we get to wait until the middle of February 2016 for anything remotely concrete regarding profit (not sales and distribution)for the next supposed "hard launch".
Its all about interpreting information, who supplies the information and if that information transforms to action.
Third Quarter ended yesterday. The 10Q will most likely be out at the last minute in mid November. I cant imagine exciting information in that report, all things considered.
Fourth Quarter quarterly report won't show up until about mid February. That too will be interesting.
Revenues are one thing, expenses and profits are another.
Material Definitive agreement with the "CEO". Yet, still no material definitive agreements with co-packer or anyone else for that matter, including an apparent new legal counsel.
A wealth of rumors, including yet another "conference call", which seems to excite the minions, but does little if anything to ask or answer any topic of importance.
I'd say caution and concern would be best for now, since this seems to be following the same path as the last rise in pps. A lot of rumor, no action.
That is what I thought, but apparently from Post 21900:
I am trying to get his phone number but it isn't being provided. I already have his eBay address, but no response. So I asked for the contact info they used. Received eBay address but no phone. Maybe they will send it later.
After talking to Adam at length, I'm starting to see things in a different light with regard to FBEC.
Adam is even sending me a complimentary six pack of the original Wolf Shot (samples) and a complimentary six pack of the launch product when (Oct 16?) it becomes available.
I enjoyed talking to him and we both kind of laughed about me being so critical. But, he said he understood, after I explained to him why. And he was appreciative about me suggesting a distributer for Wolf Shot. In fact, it is my understanding they played a bit of phone tag today.
Are you sure this is a great opportunity? Seems the board for VGID would beg to differ.
That is a California based company. The PR stated Colorado. Maybe a typo?
Would you mind providing Heimann's contact info you used. When I tried to locate JSB, it led me to three possible distributors in which they may be interested here in Colorado. An obviously much smaller proposition than your suggestion, but a start nonetheless. Unfortunately in Colorado at this time, any product for human consumption, beverage and whatnot, containing hemp still has to be sold from behind the counter, but the rumor has it that may change. Obviously, our state's cannabis business is all behind the counter, at least the part the government knows about, LOL.
What was the point in sending it to Heimann. Thought he was out.
I did not state nor imply they were false names nor false companies. I simply stated that for the time those PR's have been released, I am unable to locate factual DD on either.
