Brazil never was. It was one lie, covered up by a slew of other lies until Margrit got caught in her own web. The original MRIB Brazil contract was an imaginary document supported by another imaginary document, the FINRA document. It was the only way for Margrit to get any credibility because of all the past lies about foreign sales and contracts. The FIBRA document was simply a prop in a charade. And when Brazil never materialized as promised, first it was a new more valuable contract. Then it was tax stamps. Then it was not a contract but a new joint venture. One lie followed by another and then another. Margrit's and MRIBs credibility is now zero just like the value of their shut down company and their worthless stock.
What I find amazing is Margrit continues to get support, albeit by very few these days, in light of what has been numerous outright lies. I'm not talking about exaggerations or some poetic license. We're talking outright, provable, undeniable lies. The most blatant of course was dilution. Both before and after public statements sayin MRIB would not take on dilutive financing she in fact ALREADY had done so and continued to do it afterwards in dramatic and destructive fashion all of which was withheld from MRIB shareholders until well after the fact.
Just for shits and giggles I downloaded the festival program and guide. Four days into the event and I was the thirteenth person to download it. This is one blockbuster event! And then looking at it the headliner band Shane Wooten is the president of one of the sponsors! This is like a fantasy camp for entertainment industry wannabes. There's no content of value. Just some locals financing their hobbies selling tickets to public venues. What a scam.
MRIB ties itself yet again to an embarrassing public event and debacle. But, since MRIB isn't in business anymore I guess it's not causing any more damage than they've already caused. I think if MRIB was in business and took any of this seriously they would have had someone there or at least arranged something more than shipment of a couple of cases of vodka. The promoter of the event was attending the empty Marani hospitality area and making requests on Facebook for volunteers to work it. Guess no one took him up on it. LOL!
Actually it would appear the event in Florida was a disaster on par with the MRIB bus tour. They almost had to cancel the whole thing because they couldn't find the one computer used for the whole event. The headliners cancelled. No one showed up at the MRIB party last night. And ironically, it looks as though there's absolutely no MRIB representation at the event. The promoter put out a Facebook plea for volunteers to serve at the Marani "lounge" and later begged folks on Facebook to go to the MRIB party at some local dive.
No, it is not going well for MRIB in Florida or anywhere else in the Southeast. And it is probably accurate that MRIB can't give out details because of what a disaster this Florida event has been. MRIB even seems to have leaked out false information about TV commercials running in North Florida which appears to be a total fabrication.
And as far as getting established in an area, I'll ask the same question I asked earlier. How does MRIB do this when they couldn't do it in California? What's different other than having to start from scratch? Has MRIB given up on California now and concentrating on Florida and Armenia? LOL! And as far as having the "right people" involved, who is involved other than Margrit? They got rid of all the employees months ago.
And without a single retailer for Marani in the state of Florida there have been no MRIB sales and will be no MRIB sales.
And seeing the effort MRIB has made at their latest event in Florida it certainly appears they have no intention of doing anything in the Southeast. They did zero promotion and it would appear no one even showed up to the event. Not even any promotion to speak of on their lame Facebook page. The promoter put up a plea for people to come out to the dive bar where the MRIB party was being held. Doubt anyone showed up. So shady too. The promoter sells tickets to "events" held at public venues. Just like all the other MRIB parties. That's why most of the time the promoter doesn't reveal the actual location until just before the event or after purchasing a ticket as you could just as well walk in without buying a ticket. Very sleazy. But, what else would you expect MRIB to be associated with?
What is it that MRIB can or will do, if anything, in the Southeast differently than they did in CA that would result in anything other than the abysmal sales and catastrophic losses they experienced in California? Obviously MRIB had very little in terms of brand management, sales management, marketing and advertising talent and account management while Dan Senters was there. With even less resources and talent now exactly how is MRIB going to muster new sales in a new region let alone even maintain what little is left of what was established in California which is losing 40% of their sales per quarter?
At the rate of decline in their market and retail presence I'd say that if MRIB ever reports any financials which is starting to look doubtful, gross sales should be down to around $9000 for Q1 and we should be looking at around $6000 for Q2. And although it appears MRIB should have little to no expenses for either quarter I doubt that will be reflected in any financials.
MRIB making great inroads in the Southeast? Where exactly can you buy Marani there? As far as I know MRIB has no distributors or retailers outside of California. As a matter of fact, the MRIB web site lists no locations for purchase anywhere in the Southeast and no retailers outside the state of California. Can you let us know where Marani can be purchased there?
Hey Verax, unfortunately it wasn't effective. Total fail. LOL We don't have access to the right equipment. All vodkas are basically the same. Ethanol and water in a 40/60 solution or CH3–CH2–OH. It's the extreme trace compounds that add differentiation if any and they are too low level to pick up. Now, if I had a nuclear resonance analyzer and a year or two to write some computer modeling systems we might get an answer! LOL
Bottom line is I would bet my bottom dollar that very few random people if any would be able to pick out Marani or any specific clear vodkas from a selection of even two or three. The only factor, which remains a huge mystery in this type of analysis, is the presence and balance of what we call clusters. A balance of these clusters can theoretically represent a difference in taste as the number or ratio of Ethanol clusters to water clusters varies but impurities in the water or compounds we can't really quantify mess up the analysis. Bottom line is it comes down to molecular structure at best. If you can find me a human being whose palette can operate on the molecular level I have a nice job with a big paycheck involved. And any preference for a specific brand is most likely due not to taste per se but the balance of these clusters which will produce a sensation of more or less watery solution with the cheaper vodkas being less watery.
Sorry I couldn't do more but I don't have the ten million dollars needed for the job of testing it. For the record, people have been trying for years and no one really has been able to come up with anything. I found that out after trying to confirm some results and realized I was just silly to think radiometry and gas chromatography could do the job.
WWW, it just keeps getting better. The festival posted this afternoon that they may have to cancel the whole festival because someone stole or they misplaced their MacBook. Who's running this circus? Margrit's accountant? LOL. But now they have an excuse to deliver nothing just like someone else we know! LOL!
A "huge" red carpet premier event yesterday and the much awaited Marani VIP lounge and this is what we get from RFF? LOL! What an absolute joke. It's like they promoted a pee wee football game as the Super Bowl. Total fail. But did anyone expect anything other than this? Typical MRIB event. The only thing missing is Zodiac Brands. But then again, they've been dark for eight months. I wouldn't be surprised if this was the result of Margrit knowing the "charitable foundation" MAFF leader and producer Tamika Lamison from North Hollywood/Glendale. How else would anyone single out this lame event?
https://www.facebook.com/1398058740452302/photos/a.1599568513634656.1073741829.1398058740452302/1599568476967993/?type=1
You're not looking closely enough. Looks can be deceiving. Looks like MRIB could care less about charitable contributions. Just keeping alive their ruse and charade as long and as cheaply as possible. And the sad thing as people actually start believing it even after the facts are brought to light.
Yea Spec, I discounted them as a legitimate charitable organization. Three films for three kids in ten years. The last one, being shown at the RFF tonight BTW, was tragically awarded to a participant posthumously a year after her death in 2011. And by coincidence, I was initially familiar with Make a Film Foundation as the young lady happened to be part of a program with one of the foundations we heavily support and no money or donations I know of ever went to her. Went to film production and salaries two years after she had passed. The Make a Film Foundation has been peddling this movie and two others for years at hundreds of "festivals", pay-per-views, YouTube subscriptions, free with a donation of $25 or more, etc. Since 2005. Not a bad racket. Looks like their take is no less than $5-10K depending on their cut per festival not including donations which I'm sure they get 100% of.
And no new participant projects of record since then? But a lot of fund raising on top of the other revenues to make money and movies by the same group of second rate producers, directors and actors. Their 990 reports that 90% of all funds raised goes to production. Nice to have your movie "paid for" before you start selling it. I would assume the rest of it goes to "run the foundation" LOL. There's no record or evidence of any type of donation to any charity or organization. It's a pretty neat idea though. It's incredibly hard to raise money for indie movies but under the guise of charity it's somewhat brilliant as ethically wrong as it is to use sick kids as the vehicle. Kickstarter with a conscience (albeit false) so to speak. But certainly not a charity benefitting anyone other than some people who want to make movies with other people's money.
A lot like MRIB's sponsorship of that Cancer foundation. They throw $100,000 parties for their friends and then we find out they only give back $2,500 in two years for "the cause" and 50 free mammograms. Funny how everything MRIB is involved in seems to be surrounded by shady, questionable people and organizations. IMO, the foundation is and charity is a scam, the "festival" is a scam and MRIB certainly is.
How's that film festival going? Real class act. Some shady promoter rents a community theatre that seats 150 or so, pleas on Facebook for donations and sponsors, begs for ticket sales and calls it a "festival". Who's the charity anyway? I see no mention. The participants pay to get in. The sponsors pay to get in. The attendees pay to get in... Also on Facebook are indications of what a rinky dink event it is.
This week they posted a plea for donations because they needed a new projector. LOL They also asked for local residents to put up rooms for participants who couldn't afford hotels. The headline speaker cancelled this week due to other commitments and they just announced the much promoted gaming expo was cancelled this morning due to sound issues. Then there was a request on Thursday for volunteers to work the MRIB "VIP" lounge as servers. Guess MRIB didn't bother sending anyone or arranging anything. Margrit must have headed straight to Barcelona or just simply didn't care. Maybe the two old men doing community events in Orange County couldn't make the trip. Or maybe MRIB is just plain out of business and there's no one left to attend to these matters.
There is a picture of the Marani VIP area (a 10X10 push up tents cheap banner, couple of photo copies taped up and a card table) in what must be the parking lot of the community theatre and some unknown hombo who appears to be a local selling festival t-shirts. Not a single other person or sponsor around. The area looks like it might have cost at least $40 to put together. LOL
Yup just another outrageously exaggerated POS event that ranks right up there with a no-name fashion show put on by Zodiac, a boat race no one saw and an open mic rapper night in a Seattle dive bar. Oh let's not forget the unknown rapper at the gay bar in Long Beach! LOL I can't even imagine what the party in Armenia really is. Margrit and a couple of friends and relatives sitting in a living room in Yerevan with a laptop, pot luck spread, drinking Marani and watching the teaser/trailer for a movie that the studio hasn't released yet. LOL
What's next? PTA meetings and Little League games? "Red carpet" sponsorship for the Tustin Community theatre's presentation of Guys and Dolls?
All non-existent. Go find some evidence of business in those partners. Nothing. MRIB setup.
MRIB being broke and claims of such have been dead on for two years. What are you talking about? The company went out of business seven months ago. It''s done and over.
Hmmm... 45 years in operation and the only client of record is MRIB? And doing enough business to support 120 employees? For the record, there aren't 120 able bodied workers in the whole region. Anyone who could work left years ago.
Information off a portal is not suitable DD. Anyone can get listed with whatever information they want to be displayed. This has been a regular thing with MRIB as they use unconfirmable information and phoney web sites to give the illusion of something "real".
For starters, if you check the information (which is by the way posted in identical fashion in a few other places as well) you will find that the address listed does not exist. Sort of hard to believe for a plant that supports 120 people. Second, both the phone and fax number go to private Russian cell phones. In the actual business filings, although little is available, the company is listed as an LLC filed in 2012 (just months before MRIB 2.0 started up) with an address which is a mail stop in Yerervan and the bank they use is listed as ARMBUSINESSBANK, Inc. And two contacts seem to be recurring, Gregov Tevanyan and Ramzik Tevanyan. Guess what turns up when searching the US for these two names. Probable relatives who live or have lived in Glendale, CA. It appears that currently Gregov is a doctor in North Hollywood while Ramzik is a local politician in Yerevan. You would need a politician to pull of this scam so it makes sense.
It's all a little too much coincidence. But the scam is pretty obvious. There is no Wine Plant. The village of Eraskh is well documented as having no water as well. How do the make vodka without water. It's 60% of the product! Here's an article from a couple of weeks ago:
http://hetq.am/eng/news/60289/single-mom-raises-three-kids-in-yeraskh-village-whats-the-use-of-crying-and-complaining.html
No jobs. No water. Absolute poverty... but there's a winery/distillery with 120 employees thriving there while children haul jugs of water over their parched land from the water truck that makes it to the village twice a week? If you believe there is a Wine Plant of Eraskh in any form other than a shell company it's strictly wishful thinking avoiding the reality that it's a total sham. 45 years of operation and not a single non-MRIB product on shelves. Not a single picture of the plant. No women in hair nets at the bottling line. Not a single trace of an employee in 45 years. A handful of BOLs all from MRIB post 2007. What did Eraskh do for all the time before that with 120 workers? It's all too implausible. It's made up BS and a fictional entity trying to establish MRIB as "real". It's amazing how many people have fallen for it based on "proof" that can be concocted in a matter of hours through an internet portal that cares nothing about confirming the information as genuine. Just content for them.
And by the way, all of the information there about the so called distillery has been available and known previously. There's nothing new there. Yet still, following up on the information no one has ever seen, heard or talked to them.
How is it that there is not a single picture, product other than MRIB, information on the company and/or management, nor a single bill of lading for anything but Marani, available for a distillery supposedly around since 1967 with 170 employees? Your saying this distillery was in existence and operational for 45 years before MRIB came along and there is no information on them other than MRIB based info? Try and follow up or confirm anything from that information. Total dead end.
Nonsense. That link proves nothing. Just regurgitatation of the same vague unconfirmable information. Notice still not a single picture of the place, no hours, a cell phone for contact and the same old picture of grapes and a bottle of brandy that has never been seen anywhere. If this is proof of anything, it's proof that the distillery doesn't exist as they seem to be recycling the same old information, which by the way, the blurb is from the "new" website owned by someone in Glendale, CA, hosted in NY and lists an address in Brooklyn and a phone number in Upsate NY.
If one buys this nonsense as proof of anything other than a furtherance of the ruse and deception I can understand how one could be fooled into investing in MRIB.
Jacob, if you speak to Margrit can you ask her what sales were for Q1 and an estimate for Q2? We are not interested in her opinions of ISIS or how she believes in herself. She and MRIB have proven miserable failures for fourteen years destroying millions upon million of dollars in wealth for what would appear to be her personal gain. Maybe you should ask her why she was deserving of over $4 million in compensation of three months of employment in 2009? Why is it no one who talks to Margrit ever asks hard questions?
Joerich, I've seen companies shut down, closed out and long abandoned go on trading for as many as twelve years. One I know of was just recently delisted and they had not been in business since 2003. Went from $45 a share at one point with a $400 million market cap to $.0001. Never sold a nickel in product in 20 years.
MRIB is hoping for the same thing. They did it in 2009. As I've said, just keep the stock trading and the gamblers will come. What must be understood here is that there are traders out there that think making $50 is a good day and free money. No different than Indian Bingo. Fun. But it seems we're now down to picking the MRIB bones of what meat is left. It's a dead, defunct carcass. Not long before MRIB gets the dreaded skull and crossbones with OTC. No fins, no extension, no explanation from MRIB. Have a feeling we've seen the last word from MRIB. This is exactly the same way it ended in MRIB 1.0.
The key to the scam is to have no unfriendly secured or unsecured creditors who could potentially force a BK. It would appear that MRIB only has friendly creditors like Zodiac Brands, NovaNet, Broadcast West, Eco Investments, etc. and it sure looks like Margrit and her friends have a thumb in every one of those pies. So far, all of the above vendors seem to have vanished. Ghosts make no claims. This stock could trade for years. No company mind you, just gamblers playing against each other for lunch money at Subway.
Now who would spend $15 buying MRIB at a premium? Painting it isn't going to change things. Especially with that lame of a trade. Obviously there's some panic because that trade came from a common share holder. When MRIB paints it they spend a lot more and IMO all of them are marched controlled non-cash trades. I guess desperate times call for desperate action. But you can definitely tell when a flipper is trying to prop it versus a zero cost holder. I really don't think there will be any real MRIB buyers or even gamblers at any price without fins and before we find out what happens with this debt issue at the end of the month. Just not worth the risk. There's no possibility of any good MRIB news between now and then.
Way too much debt and $600K more coming by the end of the month. a single incompetent and inexperienced operator with no sales skills whatsoever who can barely put a sentence together with no office, employees, cash, marketing and advertising and no credit? Good luck. MRIB has seen their final exit. It's over.
Those $.0004 buyers trying to get their money back but no interest and no volume. LOL! You guys are stuck. Nice try at the flip but MRIB runs the game now. Margrit will unload at $.0003 and les befor the 15th comes.
After the 15th I think a Hermes handbag and $800 in cash could get you the company. They're insolvent and bankrupt. There's nothing left bu the opportunity to reverse merge this into another venture.
And BTW, DTV doesn't sell local advertising as far as I know. It's sold by the network affiliates and then the broadcast sold to DTV as complete with ads content for their local network broadcasting.
Honestly, I don't think DTV sells advertising at all. We advertise extensively and none of the deals are done through the carrier and are carried as contracted with the network, e.g., ESPN, CNBC, FOX and then broadcast on all the systems, e.g., DISH, DTV, ComCast, etc.
This whole ad story smells like desperate fabrication. No proof and no effort to provide proof. Just ranting about it. Sort of the same thing as MRIB in Brazil which we all know now was an outright lie cooked up by Margrit and ass clown Junior Faria down in Rio. Is he still driving around Rio in his VW Golf with the speakers in the back doing street rapper shows selling whatever anyone will give him for free?
Gold, you really need to step up and substantiate the source for this MRIB information. Perhaps there is some truth in it but until it can be confirmed it's just more made up MRIB leaks to their minions. MRIB investors deserve to know and as a dedicated MRIB long I don't understand why you wouldn't provide all information you know to substantiate the claims. Not unless it wasn't true.
There are no MRIB TV commercials. It's simply a fabrication until some proof is put up which hasn't been. Just vague references to running "somwhere" in north Florida.
And I'll ask again Gold, if in fact any of this were remotely true or accurate, where would anyone buy Marani? There's nowhere to buy it. You can't sell what you don't have and the momentum of such an insignificant event wears off fast. No one will remember Marani two weeks from now other than maybe a handful of folks who paid the $300 to get into the VIP area (bet Margrit gets a cut on that through Zodiac Brands) and IF they go to the liquor store and ask for it and it's not available it will soon be forgotten. MRIB doesn't care though. They got to PR it. All that matters to MRIB. Margrit is all about doing as little as possible, as cheaply as possible and keeping up some semblance of an operating entity so she can sell shares.
And now it certainly looks like Dan Wong is a partner to it. If you remember I said months ago that the PR would become more lame with time and the content more minimal. He's a man working with what's left with which is a bag of shit. Phoney Armenian parties? Rumors of non-existent or confirmable TV ads? A hokey pay-to-play film festival in a little beach town? Wong recieved millions of shares through Maximum Performance Advisors, OmniVance and personally for pumping stocks. Look at the NTEK issuances during his tenure there along with Big Investment. The issuance section of their last report is like 6 pages long!
All a scam and it will come to an end in little more than 6 trading days. 20 at the most when the balance of the HUGE debt hits and is either paid in new shares or defaulted on. But rest assures, all know what's going on now and there is no one in their right mind who would venture to gamble on MRIB in the next month.
This is patently untrue. Each time new shares have been issued the PPS has reached new lows and it has continued now for over a year with only slight variations and fluctuations with few to the upside and those upward moves all followed dishonest and misleading PRs from MRIB. Other than that, it's been textbook dilution effect. Lower highs and lower lows. Even the OBV represented was so terribly flawed as to try and skew the reality. The first two weeks of February were conveniently omitted. Had they been included the OBV would be well over -300 million at the outset of the tracking of same.
Fact remains that the upcoming debt is more than MRIB has ever tried to absorb at once by as much as 6X. With a price of $.0003 which I'm sure is as high as MRIB will possibly be the new shares to be issued to cover the $600K in notes would be 2 billion ADDITIONAL shares. Given no revenues and what could end up close to tripling the O/S will in no way be absorbed without going to zero. It is in fact a death sentence but ya' know, I'm pretty sure Margrit was well aware of that when she did it. That's the sad part of this. If anyone who invested in MRIB had known about any of these secret and ridiculous deals instead of finding out 1 year later after the effects had already pounded the price, I doubt anyone would have ever invested who knows anything about valuation.
The biggest issue is that there is no company left which the longs don't want to seem to face. All that's left is Margrit and a mountain of debt. There is no office. No sales force. No revenues, no employees, no marketing or advertising and MRIB is rapidly losing what little Dan Senters was able to put in place just in Orange county. No one is selling anymore. What can happen to support ANY MRIB stock value or price? $1500 a month in net sales per month and decreasing at 40% a quarter against $100K in expenses and almost $3 million in debt on 3 billion shares? Anyone who buys into that is in dreamland. Do you think an imaginary event in Armenia is going to solve problems or sell vodka? Writing is clearly on the wal. Has been for a long time.
Now the "shut out" is in play. Everyone knows there's only a week or so of trading days before the HUGE debt hits which should pretty much zero out the stock. Those $.0004s looking to be flipped have been shut out. The only $.0005s or above we're going to see I suspect will be matched trades trying to support PPS with none going to any commoners. Probably FOK and carefully calculated executed affiliate trades within the same broker/dealer. A lot of folks are probably now stuck because no one is going to buy MRIB without the financials and knowing what's going down in just another week. Nothing any good can happen with MRIB in that timeframe so no one is going to take the risk maybe even at $.0003.
MRIB has always had someone in GA. More than a year with no sales there though. Turns out it was a catering company with a single delivery truck. Not a distributor. I believe they've since dropped MRIB because there was never any follow up or news about them. Probably got a couple free cases and then decided not to buy.
Has anyone actually seen an MRIB ad? I've heard somewhere in North Florida which tells me that's a big no at least from the source but doesn't rule out a third party conveying the information. The thing that bothers me is the vagueness of the claim almost like there was information leaked from MRIB. How else would someone know about ads that haven't run or they hadn't seen? The company would be the only source for such information other than perhaps any given ad sales rep that might have sold the time. Regardless, I doubt any of it is anything other than a desparate fabrication trying to position Florida as the next "saving grace" for MRIB as was the initial CA license and Costco, Washington State and Costco expansion rumors and of course, Brazil, Mexico and the Domincan Republic. MRIB is in constant need of new content to keep the scam going.
There's also the curious situation of Investment Relations at MRIB and these last, albeit lame, PR attempts. You have the same guy, Daniel Wong who was the man behind Maximum Performance Advisors and now is operating as OmniVance Advisors. Both companies and Wong individually are linked to NanoTech and their huge promoter and pumper, Big Investment. Remember him? Also, we know Wong takes payment in stock for promotions, PR and owns an investment company LSW which appears to be into the toxic financing arena. And he is the man directly behind the Armenia party PR and is listed as the contact. It kind of looks like a total fabrication though. Neither the producer, production company, any of the cast nor the supposed charity they are supporting have said or posted a thing. Furthermore the movie hasn't been released. No location, no details, no branding or mention of other sponsors. The only information about it is coming from MRIB and Daniel Wong. Sounds very fishy and I really doubt any of it is genuine. Florida stuff as well. Im wondering if Daniel Wong may be among us! LOL
MRIB dumper(s) losing patience... Setting up the trap. Looking for some big volume at $.0004 here soon. Not sure there will be any takers though. The traps are starting to look too obvious and blatant. Might have to take $.0003 or less. Still all profit but unless the exit is complete it will cost them a couple of bucks. Only six more trading days left to make the exit before the first of the debt matures.
Ok. So let's say hypothetically, as much as I doubt it's true, MRIB is running a couple of regional ads in the North Florida market. Where would one purchase product? To what source would any ads drive sales to? MRIB has no retail locations or distribution in Florida. And be aware, Florida along with Connecticut, Georgia, Kentucky, Maine, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Utah, does not allow out of state mail order purchase or Internet sales of alcohol.
We will see how long it takes for the PPS to go back up? What could cause it to go back up? MRIB is not cyclical. It's based on business not time. MRIB is out of business. To expect a recovery with no business or operation in place is silly. MRIB is just stalling for time in order to finish dumping the stock before the debt hits this month. That's why we don't have financials. Firstly, we know sales will be down to almost zero if anything. More importantly we will se the deals done and possibly the disposition of the preferred shares Margrit received a year and a half ago. My bet is she issued herself legend free open shares and given no other financing sources has been covertly selling shares for income.
Now that MRIB is out of business And the stock approaching $.0001 I just want to ask. Was anyone here around the first time MRIB went out of business back in 2009-2010? Did MRIB respond in any way to shareholders in the four years after they closed up shop the first time?
Funny how MRIB PRs this and the producers of the movie don't even mention it. The only information about it comes from the new investor relations firm for MRIB OmniVance Advisors which, oh surprise, is run by the same guy, Dan Wong, as the old firm Performance Investment Advisors. What a scam. I doubt there's any event. Just something to PR that can't be confirmed.
We're waiting for it. You've never put up any supporting information so we are a little skeptical. Put up the name and maybe you'll gain back a little bit of credibility because you have none as of now. MRIB is out of business and you're trying to tell us otherwise with stories of friends and fictional vendors who don't carry Marani. Put up or shut up.
Could see $.0002's before the end of the week. Everyone knows the company went out of business now. Could be a few gamblers out there that know even after bankrupt it could bump $.0001 or so. Some insolvent companies trade for years after going out of business. If I owned MRIB and had any faith there's no way I'd let what's happening happen. I'd be in buying. But Margrit isn't. She knows the company is dead.
Had a retail owner just tell me that Marani is the worst stuff he's ever tasted. Tastes like $7.99 well liquor. He and his wife tried it and it almost made him barf. Tastes like wet sweat socks. MRIB is selling crap vodka and calling it premium. They get it made for next to nothing at some mass rectifier, pay Wine Plant of Eraskh a huge premium, a front, and then send the excess cash back to Glendale, CA. All profit. Why would any company buy product they can't sell and don't need. It's a scam. From phantom adverising expenses to product. All a cash conversion using Marani vodka as a prop to generate that cash.
Florida will kick off Marani? Just like NY? Washington? Arizona? Illinois? Minnesota? All the same and not a single bottle sold. I don't care how many t-shirts you give away (and I doubt there will be any) it's not going to sell vodka, especially in a state where you have no stores to buy it just like NY, AW and the rest. It's already proven as if it wasn't easily assumed beforehand.
I don't think you have any understanding of the task in launching a consumer brand in what could be one of the most competitive and crowded spaces in the industry. We're talking tens of millions of dollars to even make a dent. I'd wager the Ciroc launch was in excess of $40 million and their profits would barely even put a dent in the MRIB deficit and debt. You just haven't run the numbers or understand the business. That was the mistake though. You assumed that there was a business. There never was. Not in 2009 and certainly not in 2014. Just props, stories, fabrications and manipulations to sell stock. I actually think Paul Fuegner tried to sell this crap but Margrit stepped in and put the kabash on it because he actually started to succeed but not at the business she envisioned which was stock fraud. He was spending money trying to sell vodka and to Margrit that was a waste of money. Pay stock promoters not advertisers.
