Brazil never was. It was one lie, covered up by a slew of other lies until Margrit got caught in her own web. The original MRIB Brazil contract was an imaginary document supported by another imaginary document, the FINRA document. It was the only way for Margrit to get any credibility because of all the past lies about foreign sales and contracts. The FIBRA document was simply a prop in a charade. And when Brazil never materialized as promised, first it was a new more valuable contract. Then it was tax stamps. Then it was not a contract but a new joint venture. One lie followed by another and then another. Margrit's and MRIBs credibility is now zero just like the value of their shut down company and their worthless stock.

What I find amazing is Margrit continues to get support, albeit by very few these days, in light of what has been numerous outright lies. I'm not talking about exaggerations or some poetic license. We're talking outright, provable, undeniable lies. The most blatant of course was dilution. Both before and after public statements sayin MRIB would not take on dilutive financing she in fact ALREADY had done so and continued to do it afterwards in dramatic and destructive fashion all of which was withheld from MRIB shareholders until well after the fact.
