I understand that but I don't think it applies to what Saleen is or is trying to do. There are people who could care less whether their car looks cool or goes fast and just want it to get them from point A to point B affordably and efficiently. And then there is that market of customers who want their car to look good and go fast and who are willing to sacrifice a warranty or the initial reliability the car had in the first place. You don't buy a Saleen or a super car as your everyday driver.
Can we stop comparing Saleen to Tesla, there is no comparison there. Tesla mass produces, Saleen does not.
Are you referring to either of these?

No mention of ECDC or StudentConnect but there is mention of their technology.
Link possibly?
Some questions for you to ask on your visit:
Why is advertising link on StudentConnect webpage to SCAAP not working. It is an easy fix, why haven't they done so?
We would like to see list of advertisers participating in SCAAP if there are any, is this available?
An update on overseas sales with Smart1st would be nice as well.
Why so few downloads of StudentConnect app thus far?
Anything on a connection between ECDC and Verizon would be nice if they can comment. I'd like to hear if they have plans to do more marketing using Verizon's services such as events like GAPT?
Are there any plans to advertise Vir2o in the near future and since the beta testing what have they done to improve on the Vir2o platform app? Have any of the bugs been fixed? How to they plan on attracting more users?
Thanks,
koyten
School starts August 5th for chattooga district. Ill be looking for news the next few weeks. $ECDC$
A buyout is always an option. I'd say it is too early to tell. With all the big names around Kreyenhagen it looks like a small fry like GRPR may be positioning themselves for something like this. I will be keeping an eye out for any news from GRPR. I think that could get the pps moving a bit. Im no expert though and I only have $40 thrown at this. I may pick up more with more news on Santa Rosa or GRPR making steps toward drilling. Santa Rosa is still questionable though. I would like more info on the legitimacy of their existence if anyone has some.
Great questions. Figure it out and let us all know. I'm definitely interested.
What are you suggesting milesblue42
I wouldn't be invested if I didn't believe the pps would increase over time. I'm no expert so I recommend doing your own research on this one and then making an informed decision as to whether or not to buy in. StudentConnect is the one business of the three being developed that most posters here believe has the most potential. Check out some of the sticky notes up top as well as posts by nycrew and bighorn. That's my advice for now but again I'm no expert just been here for a few months. Enjoy your weekend.

There is no Verizon deal, just a rumor from an unaccredited blog that holds no weight. However ECDC is using Verizon's marketing services (it's all in the financials). I recommend reading the 10-k and 10-q as well as visiting ECDC's website for DD purposes. Also beware there are some posters on this board with an agenda to promote, I recommend using their posts as guidance for your DD.
Best of luck,
koyten
Haha I hear ya Bx3. Good point too. ECDC has been on the most read board everyday and most of the time with no news and no pps change. Definitely a lot of interest here.
The question is whether GRPR's intentions to actually drill are real or if they have the means to do so.
Based on Google maps satellite images, Yes. There are oil fields to the north and south of the Kreyenhagen Hills. Check it out for yourself. Search Kreyenhagen Hills CA and once your there search oil fields. Chevron North Armer Exploration pops up just north of Kreyenhagen Hills.
I'm no expert just found this interesting and thought some posters here might find it interesting as well.
Here are the qualifications to remain in the current information tier. I'd say ECDC is preparing for revenues from studentConnect (why SCAAP is down at the moment) and the start of school year.
Qualifications for the OTC Pink - Current Information Tier
Companies that make the information described below publicly available on a timely basis (90 days after fiscal year end for Annual Reports; 45 days after each fiscal quarter end for Quarterly Reports) qualify for the Current Information Tier. Financial reports must be prepared according to U.S. GAAP or IFRS, but are not required to be audited to qualify for the OTC Pink Current Information tier.
You seem to have some really good and pressing questions. You should take those questions to investor relations and then lets us know what you think. That would be really useful information.

Let us know what you find out! It would be greatly appreciated! TIA

There are more options than releasing pr's or an r/s such as retiring shares.

Got in for the launch the other day and got out when it didn't. Looks like PPS could drop some more until they get some more content. Ill keep an eye on UTRM for awhile and see what they do with the site but for now I'm out.
Authorized shares should not be confused with outstanding shares, which are the number of shares the corporation has actually issued that are held by the public.
24billion authorized not issued...theres a difference and so so many stocks in penny land have that much or more authorized.
I'm done here, there is no point in talking to a wall. I will hold my shares and come here for actual news.
What's your point here? That StudentConnect did exactly what it was supposed to do? LMAO

If you check the 10-k it is littered with restricted stock purchases.
In other words, a local restaurant could target customers from their local school districts. Pretty smart if you ask me.
The local minor league baseball team in Arkansas is a sponsor for one. I would imagine most of the advertisements will be from local and small businesses.
The times when the CEO can purchase common shares is restricted meaning they can't purchase common shares whenever they want. Also, if you check out the financials you will see management own preferred shares. EOM
I think we can all agree StudentConnect is a brilliant idea specifically the zero cost aspect. EOM
Did you say anyone can join Verizon Partner program by just paying a fee? Please refer to the link you posted yourself and click on cost.
Cost
There are no fees to join.

Good thing nobody bought 10million shares that day. If there is a reverse split then yes you could lose money if you bought at .0001. I appreciate your clear concern for people investing in penny stocks.
Do your own DD everything I post is my own opinion.
SCAAP is open to businesses and should start bringing in revenues by the next filing IMO. Verizon/StudentConnect partnership real as can be. NO R/S coming. No brainer investment. Pick up some .0001s for a few hundred bucks. In case you missed the pictures from GAPT here you go.

A word of advice for investing in trip zero stocks.... buy at .0001.
The average CEO makes 273 times that of their employees. The average pay in the U.S. is around 700,000 a year. Kay is in the bottom 10% when it comes to CEO salary.
Kay donating his salary wouldn't help near as many children as building a service like StudentConnect.
