Cool! How long of an exposure was it? Did you use a tripod?
Very impressive! Reminds me of Utah and their national parks. Zion National Park rules! Grew up in Utah and it was "just a normal get-away" with that type of scenery. Thanks for sharing.
My buddy and I drove from NJ to UT to visit my dad some years ago, and then drove to Jackson Hole, Wyoming to ski. One of the most awesome places I have ever been for skiing!
Then you and Bootz must have gone to the same photography school to become pro's!
Nice shot! Ok, gotta tell me, what camera and lens are you using?
Sweet shot! Love those long exposures
Beautiful shot
It's like the wild west of insects with all your posts! Refueling, or some strange insect sex?
That did it! Thanks. Don't I feel like an idiot. I pride myself on being a computer techie... oh well, we're all subject to an "off" day.
Thanks Dave. I've redone the chart in brackets several times, but ihub keeps striping off the chart at the end. No a big deal
Can anyone see my signature picture below? I think it stopped working, but then I can see it in my profile, just not on my posts. Thanks.
Come on Burned Media, turn up the flame, let's get some news and some action. I'm locked and loaded!
Almost looks like one of them tornado-forming cloud cells/types. Run away, fast!
Trippy!
Up-tick!!!
Wow!
Your photos are amazing ... keep them flowing, I really enjoy feeling quite inadequate LOL!
Are we at no bid?
I will mark your post, but who is this Hugh?
Good morning, noon and night!
Yup, and I'm the 2nd post of the day. :)
I see a Bid at .0003 and Ask at .0009 anyone else see this? What does this mean?
And you were correct.
My streamer (TDAmeritrade) is showing 510,000.
That is simply amazing! Didn't mean to doubt you (or your friend Dave) but you know how it is these days with Photoshop being so popular, and talented people using it.
That can't be real? Can it? Amazing if it is.
Tasty morsel! LOL!

I don't know how anyone can capture lightening on camera. You either need a stroke of luck, or extreme patience, or extreme patience and a quick trigger finger, or continuous shooting and some luck.
LOL! A good ol' hangin' !
Impressive. Handheld shot without Vibration Reduction. You must have a very steady hand as the D40 doesn't have image stabilization (that I'm aware of).
Ok spill the beans, what camera did you use (and any lenses) to capture this picture?
Wow!
Cool, never been there. Born and raised in Utah, dad lives in North Salt Lake, sister in Woods Cross.
Awesome thanks!
Thanks! Now my mouth is watering... maybe time to go hit up the Baja Fresh!
I have heard of and eaten enchiladas, gorditas and burritos. But what the heck is/are caldos, pozole, tortas, menudo and flautas? (I guess I could look them up, but too busy at work right now)
Gonna show these to my wife, she loves the outdoor creatures!
I hope it's a whopper because I have so far to go just to break even, that I can't even see my average on the horizon.
Got a picture of that? That would be some sight, that horrid bee sting and aftermath!
