Yes, it seems to be ALL dependent on that $30 million, for sure. I am disappointed the DOE stopped its grant, as that would have made it easier.
However, I understand BFRE is still working with both Chinese and American companies for that final $30 million. It seems to me the Chinese have more incentive to help get this Fulton plant going, since they need, in my opinion, to see for sure that the Bluefire process will be successful in a full-sized cellulosic ethanol plant.
A lot of us agree with that projection, and in fact, a number of agreements are already signed, and we believe others are being worked out now. Plus, new specialized sub-designs of Translock Squared are under development for other specific industrial materials right now, which should fuel quite a number of future applications of these unique shipping containers.
Once the breakout in PPS comes, some of us are optimistically looking for a tremendous move up, to as high as $14/sh.
The completion of Fulton's financing relatively soon, should begin a whole new future for BFRE. Not only will it allow continuing revenue for Bluefire, once Fulton is operational, and then further plants in the US, assuming a decent market and pricing for Ethanol, but its successful operation should also encourage the building of multiple new ethanol plants in China, owned by the Chinese company, Three Gorges.
Another factor could be, that it should be about another year after obtaining financing before the plant would begin operations, and by that time it is quite likely that energy prices, including ethanol, would be on the rise again from the current slump.
I agree with your optimism, Mr Pennypacker. My last communication with Richard was over a month ago, but he was quite confident then, that the final piece of financing was still in the works, albeit quite slowly.
The current high stock volume might be telling us something, but we probably still need to wait for some real news.
Doog, Translock Squared will probably benefit DDCC for many years to come, if they are determined to be beneficial to the Asian-European shipping businesses mentioned by Profitscout.
Not yet, but no hurry. What we have in store is like a huge mountain compared to a few random purchases! :)
I am truly amazed at how much is being accomplished, and so fast, by Jerry Drew and his competent staff. As new deals and income gain momentum, I expect additions to the staff of similarly competent people, so that further business relationships can be added, and current ones expanded.
That is SOME GOLD NUGGET, BigIron! Let's all agree and believe for a great number of similar nuggets, soon to be discovered on DDCC's Bateman property!
That should not involve other partners or suppliers, as it is 100% owned by DoubleCrown, and its income will be HUGE!
Salamon, some of us came on board in 2013 when Prophet Kim Clement mentioned Doublecrown as a good company to invest in. So, it seems a number of people are being led to investing in DDCC by the Lord! By all signs, I believe it is right on the verge of being noticed by more and more investors, especially when a sharply rising pattern of earnings begins to be reported.
And yes, it appears our leaders are working with the highest of business ethics, which means both DDCC and our customers, and our suppliers should benefit highly in future business relationships. Frankly, I am just amazed at how fast and efficiently our small management team is moving ahead on all fronts, including precious metals, where I am still expecting much gold from the 100% owned Bateman property in Canada.
Glad we began speaking positively on gold, thinking they would discover a big cache on the Bateman property. Most of us were unaware they were working out other precious metals deals too.
I just watched it again, and its advantages sure do sound convincing!
As an Engineer, I would be really interested in a comparison with an older system which gives more details, such as product loading/unloading times, container handling times, and other characteristics etc., that could be used to estimate both cost and total time advantages of the Translocks.
Probably, however, only a user or potential user, would have access to that type of information at the user's plant. I think information like that will be gathered during the initial trial shipments.
It's also going to be nice to see how much benefit various users actually see in the various designs of the new Translock2 shipping containers! If they perform as we think they will, there could be a huge demand in some industries for many more of them, as fast as they can be manufactured! :)
Hmm, you mentioned coal, which is shipped in fairly big chunks. I wonder if one of the Doublecrown systems is being designed to handle coal?
If no one knows, it might be a good question for the next person who contacts Tricia?
k.Patel's comments are also encouraging in that she mentioned the high grade of Barite offered by Doublecrown, along with the increasing use of re-fracking of older wells, as the price of crude continues to decline. Refracking being a lower-cost alternative to drilling new wells.
Maybe this will stir the financing pot enough to fully fund Fulton? Almost 6 million shares have traded so far today, at higher prices.
Salamon, you display the wisdom of King Solomon, buying into DDCC at this point! :)
I concur 100%, this is an ideal time to get into Doublecrown!
And I speak to all things resisting the advancement and profitability of Double Crown Resources, and declare that beneficial contracts(to all parties) WILL increase according to the ability to perform them.
Further,I(we) declare that our abilities to handle new business contracts will expand rapidly, as experience is gained, and excellent new employees and contractors are added, as DDCC leaders determine to be needed.
Yep, and that meeting with a second Barite customer should be decided by now, and we ought to hear more good news very soon now! remember, refracking is still strong, since its costs using pre-drilled sites are lower than new drilling sites. Hopefully, this meeting was with a customer involved in some refracking.
Was just going to mention something like that, before I saw your post. It has all the appearance of a new uptrend, which could attract even more buyers if price keeps rising, and news stays exciting!
Plus, we should direct what we DO, to go along with what we think and speak. Include me to be in agreement with $14, and to keep holding, even if things seem to go slower than we want!
My info is that the 270M$ LOI from China EXIM Bank is still intact, and that some progress, albeit slow progress, is underway on the remaining piece of financing.
It is still my conclusion that Fulton will eventually get built, since the Chinese have a great interest in using their trash and waste products to produce useful chemicals and energy. However, I think they are well aware of their own need to see how effectively a new plant using the Arkenol technology will really work, before investing in numerous plants throughout China.
Furthermore, I am a Chem. Engineer from the petrochemical industry and, after studying Bluefire's process and reports on their Japanese pilot plant, I believe their concentrated acid hydrolysis technology is among the best, if not THE best, cellulosic process for efficient production of ethanol and/or other chemicals from cellulosic raw materials.
Not sure how this will affect US energy drilling, but I think fracking and especially refracking are definitely here to stay! Also, nice to know the coming designs of the Translock2 should be increasingly used for non-energy businesses.
I think so! If not actually started, then in the final phases of getting started. Anyone know any details on the Translock2 order?
I was really referring to a series of expected new orders, designed specifically for different types of materials to be shipped. I believe they are still finalizing a few minor design changes to accommodate varying types of materials.
Yes, and that should be the start of a very lonnnnnnng run of the Translock2 multiple designs!
That's reasonable, since it was ten times that in 2006 when there was no plan as yet for the Fulton plant.
I can envision several months after financing is completed to gather the appropriate people and plans for purchasing, and then maybe up to a year to complete construction.
GREAT! A number of us are now in strong agreement that Doublecrown will become increasingly efficient, diligent and prosperous in multiple ventures, including gold mining.
Let's back up this agreement with our individual prayers and bold, positive statements, that will be beneficial to our company, its customers and suppliers.
Hope all had a wonderful National Day of Thanksgiving!
Good, BIGIRON, that makes two of us in agreement. Any others?
Once DDCC becomes profitable, one of us should ask Tricia if they plan on ramping up exploration on the bateman property any time soon?
They will BE a producing company once they strike a rich gold vein at the Bateman property.
Come on, men of faith, let's speak that into fruitfulness too!
Assuming they have only one company making the Translocks, I wonder what the maximum rate of production might be, when they begin getting multiple, big orders?
Yes, and we can relax, watching our management team do their thing efficiently, as they begin to really bring in more orders for materials and Translock2's.
I think most customers, want some experiential proof of ability to ship well, and supply good quality materials, before they sign a legally-binding contract. That means we should expect preliminary orders from nearly all customers, before they sign on for the longer term.
The Translocks should boost the, "ship well" aspects of Doublecrown's products, hence aid in the securing, as well as profitability, of those future contracts.
Let's relax, and watch the character of Jerry and his crew do their jobs with integrity.
I was also thinking something along those lines were in the realm of possibilities, or even probabilities. They will already need to pay interest and principal toward the 270M$ loan, which is already on the high side for a plant producing only 19 Mgpy of ethanol.
Or, since all plants in China will likely be 100% Chinese owned and financed, it could also mean a reduced technology patent fee for those Chinese plants, or something along those lines, to add incentive to complete the total financing for the Fulton plant?
Yes, there could be a number of new agreements/contracts with various material producers/shippers that will benefit from material-specific new Translock2 designs!
It's something GOOD that happened! [:^)
More coming!!!
Remember, Oral always kept saying, "expect something GOOD will happen". Some of our expectations have ALREADY happened, but we still have many more to come! (my son and two grandsons graduated from his University, ORU)!
By the way, it was Prophet Kim Clement who revealed DoubleCrown to us publically as an investment over two years ago.
I think our Bateman gold-mining property is also a primary asset, and expect that to blossom forth one day with high-quality gold output! Let's not forget that also, in our visionary proclamations of faith and specific expectations!
As income rolls in from increasing new contracts, there should be increasing funds available to begin ramping up the gold exploration and mining activities!
This may be a good INITIAL point, too! [:^)
Not to detract from our excitement, but adding a bit of reality, that 20 million seems to be for the entire 5-year period of the new contract, or 1 million per quarter(roughly $333,333/mo.).
Thankfully, there are many more contracts still coming, that should ramp up the income, and that is where my imagination and faith are centered!
YES! The Translocks are FRIENDLY to customers on ALL fronts!
Truly a game-changer, and a DoubleCrown changer as well! :)
This is FANTASTIC!!!
One detail I noted in the announcement that should also be important to most customers; It mentioned the Translocks are also very environmentally efficient( maybe SAFE would be a better word)! So, it seems that DDCC has moved the chemical shipping business ahead on all areas of importance.
Yes, I am sure it is for different types of products, depending on their handling characteristics, etc.. They reported on working with some customers regarding modifications specific to the customer's needs and desires.
