Yes, it seems to be ALL dependent on that $30 million, for sure. I am disappointed the DOE stopped its grant, as that would have made it easier.
However, I understand BFRE is still working with both Chinese and American companies for that final $30 million. It seems to me the Chinese have more incentive to help get this Fulton plant going, since they need, in my opinion, to see for sure that the Bluefire process will be successful in a full-sized cellulosic ethanol plant.
