It is common for the warrants not to trade - they will stay with the original purchaser. It seems AH traders don't like the reference to the $5.71 close from yesterday, but it is not as though they set the price at that amount. Could be a dip and rip tomorrow morning.
Recently, I got caught holder Stellar and then they announce an offering far below the close that day. The next day, the stock tanked to the offering price. 3 Days later, it had bounced all the way back.
Yeah, I noticed the offering and posted about it below. It should not be hurting the PPS like this as I have not seen a price attached to the offering below today's close. Have you seen a price posted anywhere? It is trading as though people are assuming yesterdays close will be the price, which I don't see any support for. The announcement makes it sound like they have not decided on the price yet.
Answering my own question, appears ugly AH may relate to announcement that the company will be offering additional shares for sale. Not sure why this is having a negative effect given the PR I read did not intake the price at which the shares would be offered. If it were at today's close, there would be no dilution.
What is with the ugly after hour trades? I would love to buy at $6 if I had access to the AH market. Can't see this opening down for the first time in weeks - I was thinking it would gapup in the morning.
My call for VENDs big run yesterday was easy. Going into tomorrow, I am not sure how this will play out. Closed a little below my target and I did not take a position. I sold today up 30% and missed out on the last junk - surprised me how high it went today. I am thinking it will get tested in the morning by profit takers, and may or may not hold up. I will probably take another position if it holds up after the first heavy volume dip hits, since if it holds up, it should run another 30%. If it runs off the bat with no dips, I will just have to miss out on tomorrows fun.
Understood - did not notice someone had already picked IPCI when I picked it - closed strong; could be a good one (high risk though).
Gapper HZNP
Close above 3.87 we gap in the morning - ticker is strong - must be eating its healthy vending snacks
Gapper IPCI
This one will gap and run a bit in the AM
I bought it yesterday when I posted (with a pump comment). I sold when it was up 30% today - guess I should have waited. not sure if I will buy back in - don't like it when they go up over 50% in one day as it promotes morning profit taking. If it rallies into close, I will probably grab a few
It has gone even higher than I though it would now - did not think it would pass 30% today. Will be interesting to see if it can rally into close. Would probably be healthiest if it closed up around 33%
NBY I was discussing below has had a good day.
With respect to SNTA, interesting to note it is number 3 of the high short interest list I follow:
SNTA Synta Pharmaceuticals Corp. Nasdaq 52.93% 36.40M 69.06M Biotechnology & Drugs
http://www.highshortinterest.com/
I am watching GFOX - may pick up EOD
Well, I noted VEND looked very strong yesterday - it is now up 30% for the day. I cashed out with a nice profit. I will consider re-entry EOD if it holds up/rallies into close.
tough day on the market so far - here is a list of the gap winners that went up at least 3% of open and 1% from open:

Had a breakeven morning (down a couple hundred; kirk hurt me) - NBY popped 5% - keep an eye on this one - fast moving low floater.
I love the solars - I have scored more gaps with TAN and CSIQ this year than with any other tickers.
SNTA is looking like it will be my best gapper this morning, but a lot can change in the last .5H. No losers yet, so should be a profitable morning. I also hold VJET, FREE, KIRK, NBY and 2 OTC tickers. I will be dumping everything at open.
Perfect chart today with nice volume - will gap and run tomorrow. Hope it runs until at least Thursday.
Some interesting picks here. I will definitely start checking these as part of my EOD selection routine.
CRDS looks like high risk high reward potential. Could to tomorrows ICLD (not that high, but has potential).
FREE is also under $1 so I guess it doesn't count - read the rules so I know in the future.
The overall market started to bounce in the last 2 minutes - the PM trend in the morning will be interesting. Tough to call right now.
Things change fast when playing for gappers - I have my eyes on my streamer constantly for the last 15 minutes. NBY ended up being the strongest looking play, although this one is a higher risk bouncing ticker so I limited dollar amount. I have some in KIRK, but it will likely suffer if the SPY is trending down in the PM. FREE is gapup ticker I play all year - won't mention again here as it is under $1. I also picked up some OTC tickers I won't mention - I like some BS p&d tickers as hedges as they are largely immune to the wider market.
Anyway, in the future, I will just post my favourite BB gappper pick at 3:45.
GAPPER FREE
Markets getting beat up now - makes for tougher selection. My gapup pick is KIRK. I also may pick up FREE and NBY if they trend up during last 15 minutes.
VEND looks very strong - I recall reading about this one from Aim High months ago predicting this future.
Took my profit on the Vjet gapup - should have held some with a stop. Went 5 for 5 with gapups today though so I can't complain. Below is my mid-day potential gapup list for the big boards. I never buy a ticker before 3, and prefer after 3:30. I trade a lot of tickers purely for the morning gapup potential.
1 GBR New Concept Energy, Inc. Basic Materials Independent Oil & Gas USA 3.66M 2.07 2.13 13.51% 99,286

9 VJET Voxeljet AG Technology Computer Peripherals Germany 920.24M - 67.35 14.17% 2,014,348
Awesome morning - VJET, FMCC, PGLO, ONVO and FREE all gapped up nice for me. I have dumped all for now.
On a side note, I finally found a good free stock screener I like - been looking off and on for a bit. I recommend it to all:

Or the greys
Will gap and run tomorrow morning - my second time playing a run on this one; good stuff here.
FNMA showed weakness Friday, but did not crash and closed green. It is a tough call whether it can pull out another rally next week. If it starts falling Monday, I think we will get a large pull back. If it starts climbing and holds up strong off the bat, I think we will get another nice rally. Could not break $3.4 resistance Friday afternoon - we break $3.45 Monday morning, we could run towards $4.
Anyone know the reason for the sudden pop today; on a quick search, I can't seem the find a catalyst. The other shippers were sideways today.
Wow, is one of my old favorites back from the dead? Missed this bounce - will be putting back on watch now.
That is a judgement call. If you are buying into the rally and just looking for short-term larger profits as I do, I like $.05 below bid. My stop did well today - filled at $3.44. You will lose out on a small pull back followed by a bounce playing it this conservative, but you can lock in gains. I prefer a tight stop with large dollar amounts traded on a liquid ticker like this. 10% on $100K is $10K, which makes for a great trading day. I have always done well with FNMA has it has never had a large opening gap down - that is the big risk I take as I always buy big into EOD rallies on this one; as I hope to today if this one finds legs again.
Got stopped out with a large profit - awesome day. Will buy back in if we can break through resistance.
That is a tough call. I just posted on my board that I am liquidating all my holdings to put everything in FNMA today; however, this is just my trading account, not my retirement account, and I will use a rolling stop. I don't like to give advise, but I think you should be careful here. I think today will be great, however, this is obviously a very volatile ticker and personally, I never risk my retirement funds on OTC tickers, no matter how sure the bet seems (especially if you can't employ a stop to mitigate risk).
Good luck today. Just remember, as good as a big profit feels, a big loss feels worse. Always live to trade another day.
The stock Gods must be happy with me. I am up big PM with ONVO, VJET, FNMA, ARCW and OTIV. I am going to cash out all my holdings other than FNMA, and try to load FNMA all the way up. No one knows what will happen of course, but IMO, FNMA looks like a high percentage gap and runner this morning. I am in big PM so have little risk in this trade - if you play the FNMA gap and run, just play it with a rolling stop (my advice).
I have made nice money on every FNMA run this year. Yesterday, I said we would hit $3.4 by 10:30 (based on the analysis I use). Now that we are at $3.35 PM, happily, I have to upward adjust my estimate. This run is now acting parallel to the May run. We are going to gap up 10%, and run as high as 30% today IMO. I have $80K in at open - I am going to buy all the way up (to $160K anyway), and then take profits if we hit $3.79; this should be a very profitable day (or I will stop out even - I don't care either way).
15M shares a day during sideways times is not illiquid - still the top traded ticker everyday on the OTC all year during slow times. If you want super liquid, better go trade FB and GE.
You are assuming the wind-down goes through; no one really thinks that will happen. When the government asked all interested parties for feedback on a wind-down plan, they all unanimously said it would be a disaster and begged the government not to go through with it. These stakeholders included America's largest banks and construction companies; FNMA and FMCC will never go away - the system can't survive without them. The Government can't publicly admit this, but everyone knows it. Doesn't mean the old commons will get anything, but if these companies are IPO'd out as the hedge funds originally proposed, after paying off the old creditors, there would be something left (otherwise the hedge funds would not invest).
Be Careful? We are trading a company in conservatorship - we are here to make money, not be careful. Now is not the time to worry - tomorrow is shaping up to be an obvious huge rally day. These days don't come often, and if you want to survive on the OTC, you have to bank big gains when they offer themselves up. This stock is very liquid - play with a rolling stop and buy on the way up and you will do well.
Love this ticker - best the OTC has ever had to offer (along with AAMRQ, but that play is done)
Nice profitable day; best in a couple weeks - Did well with NENE, GSB, FNMA, ARCW, SRPT and NURO (dumped in the morning gapup) - all winners today. Nice to have the OTC paying off this week after the solars and VJET made my week last week.
FNMA/FMCC have huge old school explosion potential for tomorrow. I think this run will end as they all do, and as usual, I will do my best to time my gains. Happily surprised these tickers are paying off big for me for the fourth time this year - great stuff. I should have stuck with AAMRQ also. No doubt FNMA/FMCC and AAMRQ were the best tickers this year.
