Agreed here. Any way you slice it, this name is OVERSOLD. The debt about to wiped out is also A HUGE plus. Having said that, I think dilution is a definite possibility given that they want to raise some $ for Advertising. Time will tell, but I'm not getting too greedy here.

I can only imagine that this is a huge priority for them as, like you said, they've taken down their debt quite substantially so far. They would not give me any direct information as far as timeline, process for paying the loan, etc...but as mentioned before, this is one of their top priorities. IMO I think the K can have some positive surprises but only time will tell.

**PHONE CONVO WITH THE COMPANY FROM 2/7/2013**

All, spoke with the company yesterday afternoon as I left them a msg the day prior and they got back to me, rather quickly I might add.

The conversation went well. The company is down to paying off it's last toxic loan of about ~$50k and once that is done, they will officially be DEBT FREE. They mentioned that their Q is due this month, but not to expect it any earlier than March.

We also spoke about sales/advertising which seems to be a questionable subject to say the least. They are trying to RAISE CAPITAL to form an advertising budget, which would no doubt increase sales IMO. They have a few proposals out to some major companies and if any of those hit, we are talking about some serious revenue coming in IMO.

IMO it's only a matter of time before this thing takes off. If ONE of these big deals hit, were talking about some serious balance sheet updates. Cash flow will be up, debt will be down, and we can finally start booking some serious profit!

Again, this was all over the phone, so take it with a grain of salt but I figured I would let the board know what I was told. GLTYA!

If there is one thing I've noticed over the past few trading days, its that someone out there want's this stock to appear cheaper than it is. Someone is pretty regularly painting the stock to the downside with 100, 500, 1000 shares. Why? I don't know, but I've seen it happen at lest 10 times over the past 3 days.

Slow and steady buys in $AXCG. Light vol, but I like the accumulation going on here!

Yeah, I'm long here...extremely so. I like the business, I like the product, I like the progess. Chris, the CEO, and Mary (IR) have been very responsive via e-mail, which makes me more confident. What we need is a PR, which via an e-mail response from the CEO (should be stickied) is going to come in the short term. Once we get that and volume gets back up there, this thing should be at mid 00's in no time IMO.

You hit the nail on the head, this thing is THIN and can MOVE given a few buys. We need some MOMO and this thing is ready to rock IMO.

I'd love to agree with you here, I really would. But the key word in your response is dilution. The par value of those shares are now MUCH MUCH less than they were, as I'm sure you know. But hey, I hope your right and I'm wrong. Only time will tell here.
