**PHONE CONVO WITH THE COMPANY FROM 2/7/2013**

All, spoke with the company yesterday afternoon as I left them a msg the day prior and they got back to me, rather quickly I might add.

The conversation went well. The company is down to paying off it's last toxic loan of about ~$50k and once that is done, they will officially be DEBT FREE. They mentioned that their Q is due this month, but not to expect it any earlier than March.

We also spoke about sales/advertising which seems to be a questionable subject to say the least. They are trying to RAISE CAPITAL to form an advertising budget, which would no doubt increase sales IMO. They have a few proposals out to some major companies and if any of those hit, we are talking about some serious revenue coming in IMO.

IMO it's only a matter of time before this thing takes off. If ONE of these big deals hit, were talking about some serious balance sheet updates. Cash flow will be up, debt will be down, and we can finally start booking some serious profit!

Again, this was all over the phone, so take it with a grain of salt but I figured I would let the board know what I was told. GLTYA!
