I have been averaging down since .11 cents.
I'm down to an average dollar cost of .02 cents.
I am one of many.
Not averaging down any further.
That's speculation.
They could use anyone of dozens of corporate credit cards to buy ILNS. They could probably scrape it together from change they could find in the couch in their boardroom.
Yeah...to take a nugget of truth, and then to extrapolate from it...then that would be speculation based on somewhat on fact. Not sure what your point is.
It would be nice, hope your speculation is based in some fact.
0 shares traded but I am happy. Good to see people standing on a price. Even if that price is still far too low.
A .05 cent trade. How is that possible?
Hi frogger,
Not sure what your post is intended to mean. Care to explain?
Thank you
The Canadian legal system is somewhat different from the American system. If this were a Canadian court and the judge found in favor of ILNS, then Pfizer could probably still drag things out for years.
In the American system, if the judge rules in ILNS's favor and makes an award, is there a mechanism to make Pfizer pay out in a timely fashion?
Thank you for the clear and precise recap.
Only to him
That would be nice. I've averaged down to a cost of .0085. Won't take much more than a strong rumor to turn my red to black.
Agreed. As I said in an earlier post, creative genius might be good for IP, but the management of a company is best left to the Wharton grads.
Good to see volumes picking up. Be nice if the price would pick up a bit.
It's a dream stock. Not even sure it's got a real patent app.
You have to believe in the dream. Maybe someday they'll get enough dreamers to drive the price up.
I'm in Canada, and you seem to be very close to the goings-on of this company.
When you say 'Maza gathered outstanding rights to get the full control of ILNS technology', how was this accomplished?
As for'..but there is a massive influx of speculation.' Speculation is good and could lead to upward momentum. As the old saying goes, "buy on fact, sell on rumor".
Based on the past, I'd say that the company filled an order at the bid price.
LOL
I think I'm going to add this stock to the wallpaper portion of my portfolio.
If a miracle happens then I'll dust it off and re-evaluate.
Diluted with options that will probably die on the table?
Why consolidate? OS is small and there's no obvious plan in place.
Even if they issued a grandious 10 point plan for the future, then there is still no need to RS.
Is anyone bold enough to project a pivot point for this company?
A point when the red ink stops and the black begins?
An ironic side bar: quarterly loss was down by 60% compared to last year, but so were sales!
Now this why I buy penny stocks... U neVeR kNow whAT Ur goNNa get.
Exciting times.
The day I buy a penny stock is also the day I say good bye to my money. It may sound foolhardy, but it keeps me from losing any sleep or worrying about the ups and downs of things that are beyond my control.
I'm in for a 100% loss or a 1000% gain, whichever comes first.
Looks like someone just dumped their shares. Good bye, so long.
I own three successful small businesses. When they were start up enterprises, I (as CEO) was the last person to be paid. When there wasn't enough money, my cheques got smaller.
Now that the businesses are mature and successful, I (as CEO), am greatly rewarded in that (after everyone else is paid) my paycheck is limited only by the funds in the account.
As CEO, Dr. Chain would be expected to demonstrate the same flexibility.
Sadly, he won't be around to benefit from the companies success.
Regardless, you are misinterpreting the words of Dr. Chains counsel.
Again, please identify where it says (in your words), "...the CEO wasn't being paid....".
Why do you keep saying the CEO wasn't being paid?
15 trades. 11.3 mil shares. Almost 10% of o/s. Only $68 thou, but very interesting. Is that Chain dumping his shares? Or has the company attracted a suitor?
Quick response indicates assumption, speculation or first hand knowledge?
Is there a PR to that effect?
Thanks. It just seems odd because it has to be hard to make money shorting such small volumes of a sub-penny stock.
Close to 50% of the share volumes of this stock come from short sales.
I haven't seen this phenomena in any other stock I hold or held.
Anyone care to speculate?
Thought it was an 12 month sponsorship? Began Feb 2012.
Sales? Profit? The ability to communicate a business plan to the shareholders? End to guessing games?
Hope it's an exciting day.
A company like Pfizer usually keeps a law firm on retainer for life. I won't bother with the reasoning, it just is what it is. I once lost a business due to a lawyer in gross conflict.
A conflict of interest (COI) occurs when an individual or organization is involved in multiple interests, one of which could possibly corrupt the motivation for an act in another.
IF ILNS made a deal with Pfizer while Chain and Pfizer both had the same lawyer, then the entire deal is suspect. It could be painted that Chain and Pfizer engineered a deal that was not in the best interest of ILNS. A deal that might eventually lead to the collapse of ILNS.
And please don't question motivation. There is far too much (potential) profit involved for motive to be confusing for anyone.
Wow. On the surface this appears to be a conflict of interest of monumental proportions. You should forward that info to Mr. Maza
