The Canadian legal system is somewhat different from the American system. If this were a Canadian court and the judge found in favor of ILNS, then Pfizer could probably still drag things out for years.

In the American system, if the judge rules in ILNS's favor and makes an award, is there a mechanism to make Pfizer pay out in a timely fashion?
